Lazlow Jones the only character that's been in just about every game(Except CTW,Advance,1,2,and London) and didn't die, who's voice we've been used to hearing on the radio.

 

 

 

Did you guys prefer listening to him when he's a talk radio host or just as a DJ on a music station like in Vice City when he was in charge of V-Rock?

Let's just say that I preferred him in the 3D Era. The HD Era has been his 'decline' if you will.

He was good in III and VC. He only started being a f*ckwad in San Andreas onward.

Lazlow was actually good in IV. I absolutely hated him in V, however. In IV his jokes were delivered much better and were actually funny. He just wasn't the same in V.

I only thought Lazlow was funny when he did Chatterbox in GTA 3. I really think it's time Rockstar found someone new and fresh for once. I really do not understand why R* keeps him around.

I liked him in the 3D games very much. But also in GTA iV, when he tried to get his career back on track. Especially the EFLC version with Jorge alias Georgie, so funny. In V they overdid it, everything in his show felt so forced.

Lazlow was great in V, IV, and the 3D universe. I didn't pay that much attention to him until IV though, and even then, I preferred him as a Talk Show Host because his jokes on Integrity FM were well-delivered and hilarious.

 

In V he was kind of cool, yet the only parts that were funny with him starring is the TV Shows. The Radio Stations and Talk Shows in V were poor at best and his jokes seemed to be centered more upon how pathetic he is, and his washed-up career.

 

That's one of the only times I'd ever say IV was a little better than V.

 

However, the Rockstar Livestreams he did in Online were funny.

I liked Lazlow in the 3D era but then his character got ruined when they Flanderized him to be this extremely pathetic scumbag type of guy.

Yet another reason why the story in V sucks. He worked much better in GTAIII as the sane voice of reason in contrast to the lunatics of liberty city rather than just another unlikeable nut job.

Since I don't listen to talk radio stations much,I liked Lazlow the most as a DJ on V-Rock in VC and VCS.I'd like if they would give him another role of a rock station DJ in some future GTA (but with his more serious personality from 3D games,not as a sleazy pervert like in GTA 5).

I've always thought Lazlow was a total chump, and that was the point of him, too be this self centred prick who was funny to laugh at and not with, I just they went too far with him in V.
