The Unarmed Buzzard

So I got the Life-Flight (Air Ambulance) helicopter to spawn for the first time since the heist update, this got me wondering. Does the Unarmed Buzzard spawn still, if so how do you get it to spawn?

I've seen pics of it but never actually seen one in game, I think the police station where the impound lot is used to be a good place for it.

It was at one point the best place to find one, however since the Heists update I've not seen anything spawn on that helipad.

so far i know it only exist in chopper races

I can see why you haven't see one outside a race, it only spawned at the impound lot helipad and it had a only a 10% chance of spawning.

Well, I keep seeing the Coast Guard helicopter flying around... spent around a hour trying to get it to crash on land and not blow up.

OT: As someone said above, it hasn't spawned since Heist were released.

On a police station, and there might have been another on a different police station.

I've seen it a few times recently, but not as a helipad spawn. All were near either the La Mesa or Mission Row police stations, with a wanted level, and it spawned as a police helicopter in air.

Well I just got the Police Heli to spawn on the Impound lot helipad, so that's something, going to fly around the block a few times and see what I get.

I got wanted by the police while flying my Buzzard by the police station across from the Rooftop Rumble mission building and the police Buzzard spawned on the police station heli pad.

 

ETA: I just tried the same thing and it worked. After I got wanted I flew back by the bridge in the background, turned back to police station and Buzzard was there.

Outside of story mode, I haven't seen one spawn in Online (freeroam). I think it's like the non-military Cargobob, it exists, but not in Online outside of jobs and created content.

 

I did notice more random colors for Pegasus vehicles since the last update. Three of my last for Dodos were delivered in different colors: Blue/White, Yellow/White, and White/Pink/Black.

It's always been on the police roof across from rooftop rumble. I used to take a Ruffian into the mission and jump up there for a fast and free document delivery vehicle.
