Off topic, but still on topic, does anyone else get a thrill out of seeing these places in the game, now?

Codratulations on finding this! hehe... fish pun! Seriously, tho, I thought this one might be tough, as the name is difficult to see, especially at night.

 

To answer your question, The Vinewood Café is at the Amphitheatre (see my description in the previous post), with the bank next door.

The actual café, I believe, is on the second floor, so it's not easy to see if you just drive by it.

I knew this (though it took some remembering), because I recall hiding up there and thinking, "what an odd location for a restaurant."

 

Also, did you end up joining the VIP organization, Suck My A$$? You could probably start your own VIP with the money you got! lol!
