SPEED, PRECISION, SUCCESS, AND TAKING THE PISS

Social Club

https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/crew/vitae_et_morte

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of this new crew is to create a relatively small, however meticulously successful crew that is centered around farming heists, in particular The Pacific Standard Job, and doing so with zero deaths and zero time wasted, all whilst maximizing profits. This is not a role-playing crew, this is not a motorcycle gang. There is no cheesy oath. There are no property requirements, no vehicle requirements* and no uniform requirements*. This is a purely unadulterated heist crew where the number one tenet is SUCCESS.

*All members are expected to own an armored kumura (or at least be willing to dedicate their next purchase to one), and have at least 1 player saved outfit of heavy heist armor.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CORE RULES

1. DO NOT "mess around" during a heist or set-up.

Remember, the goal here is professional level speed and success. Those who intentionally compromise the integrity of the heist will be reprimanded and subject to THE BOOT.

2. Maturity is a virtue, and age may not be a factor of it.

There is no age minimum or maximum in Vitae et Morte. However, it is expected that if you are on the younger side you can compose yourself to get the heists done.

3. Maintain a high +/- ratio. See "How you are scored" below.

4. Know and/or prepare to learn the most effective strategies to complete the heist.

This includes things like owning the property near the bikes in The Pacific Standard for the Kumura/Insurgent.

5. 20%.

6. There is a zero tolerance for cheaters, modders, or any exploitation of game content that is subject to disciplinary action by Rockstar whilst affiliated with Vitae et Morte.

HOW YOU ARE SCORED

To maintain a strict sense of accomplishment within the crew, a very simple ranking system will be implemented similar to the system of DKP from many MMORPG games, or if you're privy to Ice Hockey, the plus and minus system. Every time you successfully complete a heist with the crew, you will earn a +1. Every time that there is a heist setup or heist failure that is the sole fault of yourself, you will "earn" a -1. The aim here being that to heist with the best members of the crew, it is expected that you maintain a high plus/minus ratio. Too many successive minuses, or the failure to pull your negative into the positive in a reasonable amount of time is subject to benching, and THE BOOT.

Simple stuff, really.

*Please note: Until membership is adequate and a data reporting system is in place, only heists that I attend will be pro-rated to your initial ratio.*

OTHER KNOWLEDGEABLE THINGS

Communication is GOLDEN. It is understood that not everyone has a microphone or a headset. If this is the case for you, you MUST follow the lead of those in the heist that do have a mic, and are calling the shots. DO NOT go running off in a heist doing what YOU THINK is the best action. All four members must be on the same page; if your only form of communication is listening, then that is what you will do.

Membership in Vitae et Morte IS NOT MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE, that is to say; if Vitae et Morte does not fulfill a specific desire of your GTA Online experience (such as role-play), you are more than free, and encouraged, to join and belong to any other crew you desire so long as your "hardcore" heist allegiance is with VETM.

There are no time requirements for membership in VETM. You do not need to be online every hour of every day, nor do you need to heist during the times you're online. However, when you do heist, you are expected to SUCCEED.

There is no level requirement for VETM. However, it is expected that you can compensate for your lack in level with the necessary skill. Through various updates the game has provided items like the heavy heist armor, very good weapons (special carbine, homing launder, etc) that are available for purchase. There is no reason that level, barring those <10, should have any problem completing any of the heists in a manner that is in-line with the mission of this crew.

VETM is a brand-new crew with very few current members, so leadership roles are essentially open, as well as "status" as a "sub-founder." This being said, recruitment will be considered open, and for now application-less. All who are willing to join are welcome, but will be subject to potential membership pruning.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

A more sound hierarchy.

Real time ratio data reporting from leadership/management.

Multiple Criminal Mastermind challenges.

Formal application.

Formal try-outs.

TDM squad.

More crewie-type stuff to make us look all official and whatnot.
