OT: I dislike most adversary modes because they pay little, have little novelty to them (they're varians of capture,TDM) and because after the event weekend no one plays them making it difficult to host the few good ones.

 

Still having fun doing VIP jobs, would love another dlc like executives and criminals that adds something new not a variant of what we already have (looking at you Benny and Housers bros with adversary modes).

The one that's basically bumper cars was fun and recent, but I agree most are stale variations.

They f*cked up after Slasher in my opinion. Two exceptions would be Beast vs Slasher and Sumo.

i totally agree. I have this game since December and still haven't played it. I'm a disgusting person for ignoring possibly my favorite game of all time for almost 5 months now.

 

 

Anyway, OT: It watched a vid and it looks boring as hell. Basically Capture mode but without interesting features like vehicles and actors.

So I tried to host an In and Out job...10 mins in and no one has joined, it can't be my connection as it has been spot on with GTA online for months now.

 

The community has spoken, the majority do not like these jobs or they are burnt out on these jobs.

All it is is a raid capture. I wish they would just give us more modes and tools in the creator. The players can make better jobs than R*.

I think the mode is great fun on Free Aim,

 

Unfortunately horrible, horrible Matchmaking ruins the experience sometimes.

 

But the mode is realy a great deal of mixup between a Deathmatch a Capture and even a Survival, in my opinion.

 

One day R* will finally improve the Matchmaking so I can finally enjoy all Adversary Modes like they are supposed to be played, with a FULL lobby.

The Matchmaking is not good, if it was good I wouldn't see 10 people HOSTING a Job, while I am looking for a single full lobby.

Biggest misstake R* makes is to spam the player with invites.

Yeah, that was the one type I really enjoyed.

I don't even try them anymore. They are all really poor. Long loading for a really short game. None of them are fun or tense compared to a good DM or LTS.

 

There are so many elements in this game they could be utilising but all they want to do is roll out more easy to make adversary modes. To me it signals one of two things. Either they are giving us small updates because they are working on something substantial or they are winding the game down.

 

Considering they are already working on VI, I think that the winding down option is more likely.

Won't even bother, actually getting tired of more Adversary Modes and Lowriders. Haven't even played the last few new AM's, and the new lowriders got old after the first day. Surely they have to be keeping us occupied with this sh*t while they work on something big. This is just some tiny bit of hope, but it could just be they are getting lazy and/or running out of ideas, lol.

 

Keep in mind, this is coming from someone that might be considered a "fanboy". I don't think this game or Rockstar deserve most of the hate they both get, but this time, I agree with the people saying the game is getting stale. I still play every day, mostly with friends, and it is still the only game I really play (besides the new (old?) Ratchet and Clank). I just think they should give us with something that will keep us occupied for a while, like Heists did or E&OC.

 

I'm not saying they owe us anything, they have given us a lot more than most game devs do, I would just like something fresh, is all. ANYTHING but new AM's and lowriders.
