Game began smoothly but the visuals are incomplete, im not able to view the street that im walking on. I checked the settings, i turned everything to low n turned Vsync Off. My texture memory says :240/39 mb.. Wat do it mean? I have: windows 7 32bit Core i7 2nd gen processor 4gb ram 750 hdd Intel hd graphics 3000.... Plz help guysss... Red Hat Posted May 3, 2016 Share Posted May 3, 2016 Download and install the latest patch for GTA EFLC, if you haven't already. Make a file in the folder where you installed GTA EFLC using notepad, and name it "commandline.txt" (without the quotes). And copy paste these codes into the file you made. -nomemrestrict -norestrictions -novblank -percentvidmem -availablevidmem 10 Save the file.
