my tornado lowrider was destroyed and followed by a message saying i should of had insurance.

car is now deleted from my game. i looked on the support site but it sucks ass.

 

does anyone know where i go to have rockstar refund me the value of the car? since they cant be bothered to ban an entire crew of modded garbage from their game they own me a car.

I missed the part where he says he purchased the car from the website.

 

No insurance is no insurance, if you forgot to put it on its your own fault even if a modder destroyed it, it could be anyone

 

Edit: i just saw you on ps4 in that case there are NO modders on ps4/xbox1 , dont cry here

Contact rockstar, tell them you had an insured, fully upgraded voodoo lowrider and now its gone missing.

ah ok

He probobly just had his car blown up and got a message by the guy that blew him up, saying he should have had insurance.

If he just sends a ticket to support explaining what happend, they'll most likely refund him the money.

 

Because i had the same happen to me, was pretty certain i had insurence on it, but couldnt get it back.

So they refunded me the money.

I believe OP had a stolen Tornado, parked it once in their garage to get the tracker. OP, basically you forgot insurance and is highly unlikely Rockstar will refund you seeing that is was your own fault.

There was a glitch years ago where cars would actually loose insurance (I remember having to re add it to a Cheetah back on last gen, costing about 80k iirc) maybe that's still floating around.

If you low rider a car it adds insurance automatically, or usually does. All of mine definetly have

Any car you upgrade at benny's automatically gets insurance. Your story is incorrect. Also, ps4 is not jailbroken yet, therefore you cannot run any trainers.

Well that's the reason I mentioned it having insurance in the first place, because he said "tornado lowrider" which suggests to me, it's the 'tornado5' which is the Tornado Custom. That vehicle WOULD have insurance. But I did jump the gun (I'd forgotten you could take a street-found Tornado into Benny's).

 

And Rockstar Games will probably ask you to prove you owned something before offering a refund for it, unless they have a log of you owning it. I don't know when the last time <people> tried to get refunds, but I browse the support forums quite often, and almost always the response is exactly what I'd put, that no refunds are given for in-game items - if that's incorrect, well I doubt you'd get a refund if it actually wasn't insured, because as others have already said - that's your own fault.

 

Finally, the lowrider vehicles are only on Xbox One, PS4 and PC versions, and I don't believe that glitch, or whatever it was that caused a vehicle to lose insurance, are in these versions of the game. That's assuming the glitch is still in the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions - whilst it may have actually been fixed.

Actually, I did get a refund once, when my Cheetah glitched out and disappeared for some reason. So yes, Rockstar does provide refunds.

 

Send them a support ticket, man.

dosent matter you get automatical insurence when upgrading the car

 

and there are nothing but modders on PS4...

'Nothing but modders on PS4' suggests that the only players you will ever encounter, are 'modding' or 'cheating' in some way.

 

Surely you mean the opposite, or 'on PS3' at least?
