Special carbine

Picked Carbine over Special for my first character as the specs at the time were identical, but have now moved on to the Advanced Rifle...it seems to be much better when it comes to range and accuracy. Second character has a Special, simply because it was the best available when starting out.

Advanced rifle is by far the best all rounder and somewhat overlooked by most players.

The Carbines and Advanced look and feel like toys to me, the Advanced particularly as it's so small. I use the Bullpup.

My favourite is the Carbine Rifle, which is not a H&K 416. Instead, it's some sort of custom AR-15 with a bunch of different guns bits on it. I'm actually pretty sure it's rendered with an airsoft gun.

I usually use either the Special Carbine or Carbine Rifle the most, for accuracy.

I like the appearance of the Bullpup with platinum skin the most, although the AK-47 with the luxury gold finish is a close second.

I like the sound of the Compact Rifle the most, and being able to use it from some vehicles.

 

Despite the above, I've been using the Advanced Rifle a lot recently, as it is more accurate than the Bullpup and Compact Rifle but faster shooting than the two carbines, and performance wise offers a nice compromise.

I prefer the special carbine. I really love the accuracy and look of the gun. I've been switching it up with the carbine rifle but the special carbine will always have a special place in my weapon wheel. It's just that special.

The Compact Rifle is probably my favorite weapon in the game. I love the wood finish on it.

Regular carbine is fun and attractive.

All assault rifles besides the 74U feel the same, there is virtually no recoil or spray pattern in this game. The only objective way you have to look at their performance is damage-wise given none of them compensate in any other aspect, and even then choosing an assault rifle judging by damage is useless, given they all do less than the Combat MG.

 

In general, gunplay sucks.
