You can leave your ideas & i will go over them with you. The game's setting is in a Fictionalized Canada, so if you know any good canadian locations/cities, we can also discuss them as well. i hope you do your best with this community project. It's a concept game i want to make, and Yes there IS crime in Canada: Car Hijacking, Burgulary, Store robberies, Alcohol Bootlegging, Drug dealing & trafficking, Murder, ETC. I have ideas for my creation, but i would like other people's opinions on what they would want in the game: cars, music, clothing, character creation, etc. you get the picture. I have an idea for the "Bounty" system, for example: gta online you can only put a bounty between $1,000 to $9,000, where in my idea it would be $10,000 to $90,000. give them a real reason to go all on the targets. I mean if you made a thread for your project, then that would imply you at least have a good chunk of something done, or failing that, enough to warrant a thread. But since you don't and you're asking for a bunch of people to give ideas for a GTA game that's specifically in Canada, then why be mad when people pitch ideas that're specific to Canada? Like I said before, Moose should be able to be ridable, stolen, and customized. The protagonist wears nothing but flannel and deals in black market syrup running. The main antagonist is the reanimated corpse of Denny Doherty. That's what I got for a Canadian GTA game. It'd make more sense to have a seperate expy of the Bricklin since Bricklin's are 100% Canadian while Delorean's aren't. I'm also fairly certain I read somewhere that the Bricklin helped inspire the Delorean's design, so having a car of both mashed together might seem weird since cars in the GTA universe are expies of IRL cars right down to their history. Not sure if the Insurgents themselves are of Canadian origin in GTAO though. One of the business names could be "Fuddle Duddle" as reference to Pierre Trudeau. Mexico would make a better GTA. But if you really want a GTA here, you would be better off with Montréal : Gang variety, Interesting and varied neighbor, Hardcore police and pretty unique in North America (well, its the only major Francophone city on this continent). But meh, like I've said not alot of crime (only 1 murder so far this year) and how would a GTA be without some killing-spree... this isn't Sleeping Dog. And not everything will be canadian! the map is in canada, but not Everything will be just canadian. the music will be random seleted music that people don't hear in video games.
