People want to be rich but don't feel like working at it. I get it. Neither do I. There has been one thing I've been doing and I've made an easy million over the past week just by one thing. And that thing is:

 

Playing the Fleeca Bank heist 2 times a day.

 

Why? It's quick (takes only about 30 minutes to complete the 3 missions), pays out a 86,000 ($11,500 start fee), and you don't need to wait for 4 heist players in public lobbies. Plus with a cool down time of only 45 minutes you can grind this in an easy 2 hours of playing online which isn't honestly that long.

 

Really, some of you may find this stupid I know, but this is a really great "get rich quick" method I've been using because it doesn't take much. It really doesn't. Let me know what you think.

I used to farm the Fleeca heist as well.

 

That is, until I discovered PSJ replay, not exactly legit I'm aware.

 

I used to split it 60/40 which paid me 78k if I remember correctly, not sure what split you use to give you 86k, but kudos to you finding people to accept that.

Honestly, if the player knows the cost of it it's pretty much evened out since I lose 11k at the beginning but I also do the harder task (driller) so all the other guy has to do is drive.

VIP mixed with a mission or two during a cool-down pays better per hour than does Fleeca. Sightseer and Hostile Takeover, Altruist Camp, are the ways to go. Don't forget to do a P2P race and quickly beat your bodyguard for $11k in 30 seconds. Then again, there's also the Pac Std Job so, if you really want to clean up, start there.
