Progeekzy
This has always bugged me. Why does the new safe house have 3 living rooms and a dining room? Seems like a huge waste of space. Theres other things that bugs me about his new safe house as well. Like the lack of bathrooms, or not knowing whats behind the 4 closed doors. Im guessing theres a bathroom or 2 in there somewhere. The safehouse seems very rushed and unfinished, last minute. saintsrow

S1N0D3UTSCHT3K
GTA V is probably one of the longest and most expensive games ever made on consoles =p definitely rushed and unfinished lol i think there's a difference between choosing to leave something finished as 'good enough' for the devs and it actually being unfinished by your own standards =p that said, the house 2 living rooms is pretty normal in a decent sized house =p for a larger, especially luxury open floor plan house, having 3 isn't odd... usually a family room, a living room, and a hosting room (different levels of use and formality/casualness). kinda similar to having 3 'dining areas'... a small eating bar or kitchen table in the kitchen, a dinette with kitchen table near the kitchen, and then a formal dining room. That would work if the floor plan was bigger or on different floors. These are literally right next to each other.

Jammsbro
It's a rich persons house designed for hosting and holding parties. The large, multie "living room" areas are so that the house can have large amounts of people enjoying themselves without being cramped into one room. It also gives people the freedom to mingle and move around different areas. It's a great design for a house. It's amazing, but true, that some fancy modern architect-designed houses aren't all that practical.

DimitriFaustin
Franklin's new mansion has a very common modernist design for new homes in L.A. these days, so I am not surprised Franklin would live in a modernist house. Besides, it blends in with his personality. SmokesWithCigs, S1N0D3UTSCHT3K, AmigaMix and 1 other

Progeekzy
Pretty common layout for an upscale modern home if you ask me. I would agree if the house had many bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchens/ect. But a {2 bedroom? how many bedrooms are there? some of those doors downstairs has to be a bathroom?} and a 2 bathroom with 1 kitchen does not need 3 living rooms. It has 1 living room and 2 sitting areas. A 2 br 2 bth modern loft/home/apartment is generally laid out with several sitting areas and eating areas. It's normal. Hell I have a very modest home and it has 2 "living rooms". Al3x_XXI and S1N0D3UTSCHT3K 2 Twitter - Instagram - Youtube - Social Club
theNGclan
It's just more space to iron, and eat potato chips, and leave before somebody takes advantage, or being drunk but avoiding getting drunker. It's also a big house, so it's got more space to put space-filling things. PhillBellic
