Edit: http://gta.wikia.com/wiki/Victimit says here it opens after Learning to fly... Man, I didn't see that page until you posted this. Thank you so much. Seems as a Newbie to this great game I keep learning new Intel every time. Can't believe I wasted my time with other current GTA game while all along this was a treasure. I'm gonna catch a snooze before tackling the true San Andreas.
Fooking Rekt
Are you going for 100% completion? Also, if you want to get a few nice indestructible vehicles, check this out These can only be destroyed by flipping them over Edited May 29, 2016 by Fooking Rekt

Also, if you want to get a few nice indestructible vehicles, check this out These can only be destroyed by flipping them over Dude, F'N brilliant! Thanks. I always think I came up with various ways & means of doing things & that vid was clever. It's on my list of things to do. I'm still in badlands or red country. Question in a video I saw. I saw this guy playing San Andreas & died when Mr. Corrupt TenPenny drops him in Ballars territory & he died, came from a hospital and all stores where open. Is that even normal or cheat? I avoid cheats! Just never saw that so his commentary was you earn all this money, & goes on saying he plays with no cheats & this is so he can get clothes from Victim. Doesn't that ruin your Oyster collection? Alter your game? Fooking Rekt
Fooking Rekt
There are far more vehicles like this in the game, but these are the easiest ones If you want to get some more check out this thread If you use the Jetpack cheat diring the first cutscene that happens yes. It does not ruin Oyster collection, i think. Edited May 29, 2016 by Fooking Rekt

Raj The Rager
I'm not impressed with GTA San Andreas remastered. In fact, I can't see myself calling it a remastered version. It has more bugs than the original. All they did was make the graphics look better, change a few icons, added checkpoints (Ok, that was useful) and make the controls a little less clunky. i really expected a lot more than this. They didn't add any extra missions or activities. I'd just say to anyone to save their money and play the original. it's like 10 bucks, you're not really losing any money by buying the HD version.Remastered version is not bad although I can see how fans hate it since it is different and removes some originality. Love San Andreas, playin' the remastered version on 360. Using cheats but meh, only to get full health upgrade and money since that would take an eternity to raise without cheats. doing paramedic side missions 12 times give you max health and the horse betting track place can make you millions of dollars but if you want to be lazy about it then be lazy. I actually paid $20. And when I buy something I expect for it to work, no matter the price.
