Fly a jet really high up above the clouds. Other players can't tell how high up you are. Their time in the lobby is filled with pure paranoia of an impending dive bombing (but you never actually attack).

After I bought my Hydra, that's usually what I'll do although I will attack any aircraft that heads in my direction.

 

Oh I still defend myself, go after bounties, pester VIP's and take part in freemode events that can be done in a jet (checkpoints, criminal damage, ect.). But the mere presence of a jet flying around, with no clear intentions, really makes people paranoid.

You can hijack the Shamal? The one the drug dealer is in and you have to destroy?Yup. I've done it plenty of times. It's funny when the other players chase after me to try to destroy it. It apparently screws up the mission if I'm flying around in it. It's quite fun!

I was stoned and grabbed it on the way in, got out to get the coke...and the goddamned thing came to life and came after me. No pilot, it just rose from the wreckage like some kind of zombiecopter. Quite unnerving when you're high and aren't expecting it

I think you might have been higher than you remember. That has never happened to me in all the times I've stolen the enemy buzzards.

The one near the LSIA entrance that started appearing a few updates ago, not the two by the hangar.

 

I'm guessing it's programmed to start working after retrieving/destroying the coke, regardless of where it is.

Call up a bus. Get the rest of the lobby inside and pretend that we're going on a road trip. Make a "quick stop" and blow up the bus with an RPG.

My favorite method is calling in a buzzard. Going passive to avoid ground fire. Pick up a random and fly them into the nearest building (i jump out before impact).

Place a sticky bomb on the chopper. Give the chopper away in passive mode. Let them fly off. Turn off passive mode and detonate.

Not sure if this counts as a troll move. I'll get a 1K bounty put on me. Take my T20 into that little room into Devin Westin's Hanger. The one where you can block the door with. Take cover by the soda machine, and wait for would be bounty hunters. Whey they see that the door is blocked, they'll try to launch a RPG, or Grenade Round into it. The blast takes out my T20 resulting in them paying the insurance. Sometimes the blasts gets me, but so what. That 1K reward doesn't wipe out the 20K + insurance bill.

My fave is shooting players at burton lsc with the heavy sniper whilst standing on the roofs edge of eclipse towers 99.9% of the time they have absolutely no f*cking idea what hit em lol! I know it's in no way innovative, but it's an oldie and goodie for sure..

I realized that proximity mines stay wherever you threw them even long after dying or when you are on the other side of the map. As long as they dont blow up, itll stay there for 15+ minutes

 

5 proximity mines + commonly driven roads = boom

I've encountered people doing that before. It was tough to get to them to kill them.

I usually drive my insurgeant at all times since the game is so hostile. I've been blessed a few times to find a couple guys riding in civilian vehicles without bulletproofs. at first it's a playful nudge and then I pop tires and follow them as they frantically try to get away. sometimes they're die hard and won't leave they're vehicle so you can ram em til they blow - Always a fun time there

Been doing this since my early days of GTA.

 

When I see someone take a High Priority Vehicle, I'll haul ass down south and put a C4 on the entrance. I'll then make my way to the Merryweather base next door and grab my Buzzard and get on the roof in perfect sight of Simeon's garage but the heli out of sight when he comes...

 

Now I either wait for them to come down or if they have someone chasing them, I'll send mercs and a mugger after the aggressor. If they keep on chasing I'll get in the Buzzard and take the aggressor out, protecting the player with the High Priority Vehicle but most of the time I don't have to go that route..

 

So they make their way into the port, drive up to the garage all while I'm keeping my scope right on them from the roof.. They pull in and BOOM!!!

 

Once I actually missed my C4 detonating too early but was still able to pull off a very small windowed 1 shot kill before he could get in. A definite "WTF?! No wayyyy" moment lol.

Get people who you know have little money to blow up your T20

Get in an unarmed helicopter, hide behind buildings until you can hover over your enemy. Call a mugger, crush them while they're down.

 

It can get some explosive reactions off people.

Or get a helicopter in passive mode, then pick up a random player who is friendly enough to get in. Then crash into a building. It's even better if they have a bounty.

 

I used to pick up randoms(usually low ranks, higher ranks would just shoot you as you approached) in helis but 1st Id attach a sticky bomb to it.

Jump out, set off sticky. Then message them.. Lesson #1 Never trust anyone.

I'm curious about your ways to troll other players in gta online, whether it be free-roam, jobs, heists setups, lts', etc. However under-handed or low they might seem please don't hesitate to tell us how low you've gone to make those randoms' volcanoes explode with anger.

Drive t20 and pick another player,then drive towards water and when you get close water jump from your car.

Someone already said, you are wasting money on Insurance doing that. But if you're a glitched billionaire, then I suppose you have to get your kicks somehow, now that there is no sense of achievement in the game for you.

I'm a Passive Aggressive.

 

In a public room I am always in passive mode. If someones being a dick I just follow them in my T20. It amuse me the various ways they try & lose me or kill me. It never works as I'm in PASSIVE MODE. After a period of time the asshat realizes they can't win & I'm not gonna leave them alone so they leave the room having wasted time/ammo/bombs/petrol cans/blown up their own vehicle/been killed by the cops numerous times.

 

I win & haven't wasted a single bullet in the process.

 

Yeah this. I do this often, honking my clown horn and shadowing people. There are those that do it to me. Coming out of passive and shooting them is fun too.

Yeah, I do this a lot. Circle a few players and watch their icons spin in panic.

 

jet griefer taunting using the besra then when you get bored either go into passive or eject to safety and watch the messages either insult you for going passive after they have spent the last 10 minutes trying to shoot you down or you get some cocky message saying that they shot me even though i ejected long before they cannoned the plane.

 

Do you know what's even better than that? Typing with commas.
