I'm not playing them. Not at all. I haven't even turned GTA on to look at this new update.

 

I'm still complaining. It's like having a world class chef cooking you dinners, but every time he just decides to do a little sh*t in the dinner. You're like - this could be so much better; why don't you give sauce for the dinner instead of sh*t?

I don't know why R* just doesn't give us a mission creator for other mods like Survival and Contact missions, it's in the already in the game, just unlock it to everyone!

You do realize that what you suggested is fun? Read the Rockstar Propaganda Rulebook and see the first rule of the 839 rules:-

I'd like survivals but where there are fewer enemies to kill and you're given specific tasks to perform before you can finish. Oh, those'd be contact missions...

Heck i think i wouldn't mind Adversary if they were persistent in making new Interiors like office buildings or underground bases in Fort Zancudo. if they did that i would actually play them to just see the newly made interiors rather than everything be combat outside like its battlefield.

At least hundreds of thousands of people will pay for contact missions, real money, and they create adversary modes, which while free are completely unwanted. Bravo.

V's story mode has nothing compared to past titles like IV and SA, at least in terms of player engagement.

 

Turns out splitting player attention between 3 meh characters isn't such a great idea.

in my opinion, the story is very weak, inconsistent, character development is poor, the endings are all ridiculous, overall V story is very forgettable.

 

the same cannot be said about IV which i played so many times i knew every line of dialoge.

Yep. I do like a lot of the contact missions but have come to resent them because of how many times I've gone through them now. New ones with added variety, swimming, parachuting etc, would be sooo great.

To each his own, but I think the Story of V was very well written, in terms of dialouge, also the gameplay experience was innovative and not complex at all, it was one full experience.

Compared to GTA IV charactar developement fell short, I agree, but Vs Mission Design far outdos IVs, with big setpieces like Heists to open Stealth missions with a special twist, every Mission in V is memorable at some point.

V is a bit of soap opera, I kind of enjoy it because of that though, it has its own personality, something like that has never been done before.

It is entirely justified. Rockstar are focusing their resources on these adversary modes rather than the stuff people truly want - more missions, more survivals, a cheeky heist or 2 or even (the holy grail of the gta v/o wishlist) a game expansion at long last!

It is entirely justified. Rockstar are focusing their resources on these adversary modes rather than the stuff people truly want - more missions, more survivals, a cheeky heist or 2 or even (the holy grail of the gta v/o wishlist) a game expansion at long last!

 

I don't think they are "focusing their resources" on them, they seem like a bridge to real DLC to me.

I don't think they are "focusing their resources" on them, they seem like a bridge to real DLC to me.

 

 

2 and a half years since release. You still holding onto hope of a "real DLC"? I gave up on that months ago. Just resigned myself to the fact that all we'll get are small updates that are interesting for a whole 5 minutes. It's pretty obvious that there is nothing new, exciting or game changing coming.

The Duke O Death is part of Online, it is featured in the Free Mode Event "Moving Target", I think it should remain that way to keep Free Mode Events "special" and to get more people playing them.

Nothing wrong in adversary modes. Its just the wrong way they create them.

They should do only normal criminal life, sports etc things and not those weird scifi swag youtuber things, they do now.

Like this:

-Cops and Crooks where other team is cops and other criminals, like in that one mode in that farm house.

-American football minigame and other sports similar to golf and tennis, not that stupid gun swag sh*t they did now.

-Mode where you escort someone from the airport to places and the other team is assassins.

 

-Driveby shooting mode. Now this is something really unique. There is 2 cars full of players in long road/street.

Drivers can only slow down and speed up. They cant turn the cars kinda like it was train in the rails or something like that.

Camera is in side of the car pointing to the other car. Shooters hang from the windows in driveby shooting style.

Everyone can choose one gun to use and the driver selects the car.

Winner is the team with more livin players or less damage.

They could do that actually even in slowmotion. Kinda like modern version of red dead redemptions duels. Just with more players and shooting.
