GTA 5 PC Save Editor and In-game Cheat flags?

TLDR: If I use the save editor to change some plot points and some skill points, does the game consider that as cheats and will it ruin my progression for "Solid Gold Baby" achievement?

So I had GTA V for pc since launch but barely played it since newer games came out and I did play it on the X360. So I am thinking of getting perfect on single player before starting multiplayer. I got excited for the newer features and I have some knack for coding so I do poke around in code here and there. The OP railgun really excites me since its coded to do undefined damage since it blows everything up on contact. So I guess this weapon is also motivation. Anyway I did the merryweather heist using other crew members and not the optimal one getting the most cash. If i edit the mission and set the right crew members does those crew members get the skill bonus? Is this considered cheating to the game?

Ofcourse its cheating , but he , who gives a sh*t about SP
