Rockstar is doing it all wrong. They need to stop releasing endless adversary modes that nobody will ever play and release much better quality ones that people will play. Maybe a classic Cops N Crooks mode from GTA 4? I always played that and Mafia Work.

Watch Cops and Crooks be the very last update to the game...... since that's the thing EVERYONE wants besides SP DLC

Any time, even 30 seconds, that they wasted on this crappy adversary mode could've gone into a real update instead.

This may just be false ray of hope that something big is on the way. Or it could be Rockstar's way of staying, keep those crappy Adversary Modes Coming!!

This made me play GTA V even less. Until R* can think of something fresh and creative that doesn't involve *cough*Adversary Modes*cough*, watching paint dry is far more entertaining than GTA V itself.

Wow. Overwhelming number of negative comments on the newswire. Think R* can take a hint? I doubt it.

Sweet! I love me some adversary modes! Thanks Rockstar, you're the best!

I'm betting this was sarcasm. I'm sure of it.

Boring, why not pay Double RP and $ for doing missions locked in first person mode?...Easy to do and would give the game a boost..

I can only speak for myself...all these adversary modes mean absolutely nothing to me when I can't even stay in a public lobby without connection issues and everyone leaving the lobby at the same time. Seems like R* needs to rethink their priorities. If they really make that much $$$ off shark cards and game sales; then they should be taking the necessary measures to allow us to play online without flaw just like all the other online games. In essences, they make $$$ off of us. Why on earth do they not fix the many issues that prevent us from having an enjoyable playtime. More than not, I leave the game out of frustration rather than game play overdose...

Well atleast Bethesda are releasing Mods for FO4 on consoles.

Because unlike Rockstar, they actually seem to listen.

Bethesda ain't releasing sh*t, the community is.

Don't for a second think they're doing this because they "care".

In my opinion, Bethesda is lazy when they make their games. They seem to rely on modders to fix the bugs that they won't fix themselves and to also add more content to increase the longevity of the game for us to enjoy. I guess it's cheaper for them to use that method and in return, they'll yield more profit.

Sorry for going off-topic.

CrazyFerret

guess they still have not caught on to the fact that hardly anyone plays or likes those garbage adversary modes

On the contrary...

A LOT more people play them then you realize.

Not all players of GTA Online, are living in America, nor are they all here on GTA Forums.

When I started, I joined the GameStop-ATL Crew, because I thought... oh cool, a crew based here in Atlanta where I live... I can find and play with people in my local area.

But what did I find instead?

The GameStop ATL Crew of 29,000+ Members...

...and they're all mostly all Russians!

Not only that, they don't give a damn about helping each other, they just want to fight and shoot and kill everyone... and they're absolutely obsessed, over these Adversary mode things.

So then I come here to GTA Forums, and join the GTAF Crew... and what do I find?

....about 800 members, who are never online...

I am lucky if I find a session with a few members from here.

Who do YOU think, is the majority of players out there?

Rockstar don't give a Blista's tailpipe, about the opinions of people here on these forums; we're a minority. They're more interested in the opinions of the huge Crews with 29,000+ members.

The day when the GTAF crew has 29,000 active members, all sharing their opinions to R*... then maybe. But for now this community is a sad, sad minority out of the total overall population of players in GTA Online...

Rockstar don't care about what the minority wants.

Wow. Overwhelming number of negative comments on the newswire. Think R* can take a hint? I doubt it.

Mostly likely not, because the number of those comments... combined with the number of comments here... is way, way insignificant compared to the actual server stats at R* showing how many players are actually doing what...

...and I suspect a VAST majority of players, mostly Russian and other none-English speaking players throughout Europe are likely the Majority of those server stats.

Hence, R* take a hint from the "minority" making comments on their newswire?

Who would you listen too? The tens of thousands playing your adversary modes according to your server stats?

Or the few hundred commenters on your newswire?

Well all Adversary Modes from April until May 3rd, were completle scheduled by R*...

So at that time Adversary Modes were played by the playerbase, that could have changed now.

The next Update will show....

This is the actual definition of laziness, they literally took the playstyle of capture missions and just slapped the name of Adversary Modes on them.

Seriously, recycling content that was introduced with your game when it was first launched and you market it as a brand new product? Holy sh*t R*, you're so incompetent at fixing your game and keeping it entertaining.

I'm going back to playing San Andreas for 100%, I'm done with GTA Online for a loooong while.

Seriously, who are the idiots that come up with these ideas? Somebody break into Rockstar's office, find them and shoot them, Please!

Well, The Benz was the driving root of GTA5. The one with the most amazing ideas.

Without him, this is what we get: In and Out, Inch by inch etc.

There's a chance even GTA6 is going to be crappy..

i hope red dead 3 won't suffer the same fate. Benz did some work On redemption that was crucial to fix a big camera problem and the ability to ship the game complete. Dark times for rockstar i'm afraid

Sad truth: All these comments will get deleted for trolling; and you'll get a nice e-mail from them, asking you to please stop trolling on their newswire.

Almost as if they wanted to say: "We know you like Adversary Modes, so stop trying to bullsh*t us, man."

The R* Newswire comment section is one of the most delusional places in our digital world.

And it's their own fault for deleting EVERY little comment, that dares to say ANYTHING negative. It's only logical to me that, most comments look like this...

It is called good marketing, the Newswire is their ADVERTISEMENT website, of course they don't want ANYTHING negative in there, comments are nothing more than showpieces, if there are only nice comments under the article, the people who actualy dislike these Modes will try to fit in and give them another try.

It is the same strategy they advertised GTA V, just in smaller.

Back then, R* payed people to literally talk about GTA V in universities/schools etc. and people who didn't know about it suddenly became "outsiders", how could they not know about GTA?, the best selling video game of all time, with posters all around the city, in taxis etc.

It was pretty damn brilliant I have to say.

Weird, I don't see shadow's comment here passively-aggressively complaining about us not liking R*'s lazy gamemodes and leaving a #grateful hashtag.

Did he realize that R* made nothing worthwhile or is he grounded from his computer?

They don't need any form of criticism to be posted on their threads and pages for the sake of their almighty publicity and marketing, it should just be a huge circlejerk of positivity over the dumbest and tiniest content with the least amount of effort to it. Now that's what I call freedom of speech!

I think you don't know what "false advertisement" is.

If you are implieng that deleting "negative" comments on your own promotional platform is illegal...well you're wrong...

I doubt it has anything to do with "freedom of speach", it is their site, therefor they can decide what they delete and what not, and obviously as it is a marketing website, they'll delete what they don't like.

Similar to how the Forum Owners and Mods can delete what they don't like, they set their own rules for their website.
