R* doesn't understand that we want (uhm no, we NEED) new and awesome content every week. They don't understand that we are not even able to play the game because we are "distracted" by all this stuff we don't care about.

 

It's such a shame, they don't understand that they are forcing us to play other games. We are so sorry, we didn't mean to destroy their multi-million business but they kinda asked for it. Now that a bunch of gtaf users will remove that damn disc from their gaming devices the game is probably gonna die and nobody will ever play it anymore.

So basically I'm on that Fallout 4 Far Harbor and mod tool flex until these fools come up with something credible... I'd rather have nothing than these things...It wouldn't be as bad if they gave us a time frame in which DLC would come out, not just drop sh*t on us whenever they feel like it.

I'm gonna continue what I'm doing all the time: Grinding missions, VIP-missions, an occasional mugger, some jet-action, alot of car-fun.. and hopefully lots of freeroam events...

 

I'm having and making my own fun within GTA Online... But capture/adversary games are not one of them... I dread seeing those pop up in the dialy objectives and most of the time they're the single reason why I can't or won't complete that day's daily objectives...

 

No fan of deathmatches or other teambased games within GTA (also main reason why I don't play Heists anymore with strangers)... If I want DM or TDM I play other games, mostly FPS... To me GTA should evolve around cars and car-crimes... Why not think of more and new Freeroam events, which stimulate players to compete against eachother, but on a positive note, instead of blowing eachother up as fast as possible...

 

These adversary modes are not the best answer to revitalize GTA... Still love the game to bits, but I hope we can expect something other than adversary stuff soon... And i'm not alone...

Still, I'm gonna make good use of the discounts at ammu nation for some more 'processed' survival grinding, with less expenses at the ammo-side, thus more of the 30K payout in my wallet...:-)

im sure the attackers would be armed with a pistol and combat mg with 200bullets, while the defenders get to use all their inventory of guns.

So apparently this isn't actually the "update" they've been talking a lot about in the last few Newswire posts. They just talked about it again in today's Newswire post.

 

 

This gives me hope tbh. Wonder what the update would consist of though.

It's not even May yet. They always do adversary modes and discounts in between updates.

 

I'm not excited either, but it's not something to complain about. I'd be content with just one major update every month and nothing else, but R* gives us this stuff anyway.

Rockstar is doing it all wrong. They need to stop releasing endless adversary modes that nobody will ever play and release much better quality ones that people will play. Maybe a classic Cops N Crooks mode from GTA 4? I always played that and Mafia Work.
