GTA V problem

the game is unplayable

barrely 1 fps even if the game is on the lowest settings its the same

Pc spec:ProccIntel i5 3570k 3.40Ghz

Ram:Kingston HyperX FURY Red Series 8GB 1600MHz DDR3

Graphic:msi r7 360 2gb oc

it worked before but now dont

reistalled the game still the same problem

when i Go to Windows device manager, double click on "Sound video and game controllers", then right click on each sound device and disable them. Then reboot and try the game again. that works but when i quit the game and later i come to play its the same problem again.i should disable sounds everytime when i want to play
