SuspensionXD Posted April 28, 2016 Share Posted April 28, 2016 Hey all. So I recently purchased the mobile version to relive the San Andreas experience, (even though I have it on PC ). One mod that I enjoyed playing the most was the Chain Game mod, since it basically extended the game further by allowing starter saves to be done with higher percentages before any missions were started. I was wondering if the creators of the Chain Game, (whoever you guys are) had a mobile version of the mod, or could at least make one so that I could participate in some way independently. I really loved the idea and all the cool features it had to offer, so if anyone knows any whereabouts of a mod similar to this nature currently, or could get in contact with the developers, that would be great. We don't usually get much feedback from independent players, so your comments are much appreciated. A mobile version of the custom Chain Game saves has not been created. I worked out most of the technical details for creating a mobile CG save, but the next step is to create a fully function set of scripts to perform the complete set of modifications and then test everything to make sure it worked correctly and is viable on the mobile version. Having created custom saves for PC and PS2 I am well aware of how huge this task will be, and I don't have the motivation to do it on my own. So the project is on hold pending someone with the right skill set to take the lead on developing a completed and tested mod. OrionSR Posted April 29, 2016 Share Posted April 29, 2016 Save compatibility would be a minor concern for the development team. I think the save format has been consistent for quite a while now, and newer versions are compatible with older saves, so a solution could probably be worked out.
