From what I've read this is a common experience among some GTA players, specifically those trying to obtain the All's Fare trophy from Downtown Cab Co. I'm currently at 91% completion - all that's left is the spaceship parts a friends activities. Now I know the Cab co is required for 100%, but it for that elusive Platinum trophy. It's so frustrating, trying to 'jumpstart' the game into actually working. I've tried all suggestions: erasing game data, reverting to an earlier save, going online, saving at safehouses, sleeping, doing missions, driving around, phoning people, it's a damn ugh thing. Funny thing was, when I was on the PS3 version, Tonya's towing missions glitched out and she wouldnt call for the last one. Frustrating as that was, I made sure the first thing I did on the PS4 was those missions - one fix for the 'No Property Missions' was don't complete the towing missions frst.. tl;dr - Game has stalled, property missions don't call for any character, no random events.
