I would like to know who provide Internet to NPCs and players in-game ?

Is it magic ? or satellites ? or did the technology has evolved to the point that the internet is now part of the air we breathe ?

and believe me , the game is so broken it makes Karma happens more often ( back in the PS3 very same error message when i've tried to give a randumb a payback , the guy gets away with it all thanks to this F-ing error message . note : this gif isn't mine , just giving an example )

back in past , signs out happens more often because i've plugged at LAN port instead of WAN ( this includes time outs ) . though after connection upgrade , time outs happens in little chance

I heard Tinkle runs a little bit slower than Whiz, but everyone that i spoke to seems happy with Badger.
