New Wanted Level System:

(Wanted Levels improved)

If you have a wanted level while in the forest or on the beach the Lifeguard SUV and the Park Ranger SUV will be in pursuit of you with cops driving them instead of normal police cars. Same goes with the Los Santos Docs, if you have a wanted level there then the Merryweather Security/Patrol Car (Karin Dilettane) will be in pursuit of you along with normal police vehicles. Also if your in the water the Police Predator Boats will remain in pursuit of you. If your in any of these locations with a wanted level the same types of law enforcement will come after you at each wanted level, they'll just be in these special vehicles in these areas of the map only. There is also more Female Police Officers joining in on the action now.

Police do not shoot you right away, they'll hit you with Nightsticks. Vehicles that will chase you are the Police Bikes and the Police/Sheriff Cruisers.

Police will now start to use Stun Guns on you and other officers will try to Pepper Spray you. Vehicles that will chase you are the Police/Sheriff Interceptors, Police/Sheriff Cruisers, and Police Bikes.

Police will now take lethal action in attempts to take you down, Police will now start shooting at you with Combat Pistols. and Bullpup Shotguns. Vehicles that chase you now are the Police/Sheriff Buffalo's which will have K9/Police Dogs in the back of them ready to take you down. The Police Transporter Vans, and Police Stockades will also be making road blocks and setting up spike strips with officers surrounding the area. The Police Mavericks will also be in on the action with spot lights for air support.

Police are now taken off the streets and the FIB and the IAA take over, They'll be shooting at you using SMGs, and AP Pistols. You'll now be getting chased by Unmarked Cruisers, FIB Buffalo's, Benefactor Armored XLS's, Armored Karin Kuruma's, Armored Buffalo's, the Dundreary Admiral Armored, the Dundreary Admiral LWB Armored, the Declasse Merit Armored, the Huntley Sport Armored, the Huntley Sport LWB Armored, and all the armored vehicles from the Executives and Other Criminals Update, Air support from the new FIB Helicopter and IAA Helicopter will also chase you with spot lights for air support. Roadblocks are now taken over with the FIB Buffalo's, Unmarked Cruisers, and all the other mentioned armored vehicles, also with IAA and FIB Agents surrounding the area.

The FIB and the IAA are now taken off the streets and the NOOSE are called in. You will now be getting chased by NOOSE Cruisers, NOOSE Patriots, NOOSE Insurgents, FIB/Sheriff Grangers, and the Granger Armored. Roadblocks will now be taken over with Police Riot trucks, MTL Brickades, and Brute Enforcers. NOOSE will now be shooting at you with Carbine Rifles, Pump Shotguns, and Sniper Rifles. NOOSE will also throw/quick throw Tear Gas or BZ Gas to smoke or knock you out of cover. NOOSE will also be using the new Tear Gas Launcher if you're camping in a small area. The Annihilator has now returned to the wanted level system and NOOSE will repeal from the Annihilator as well, they'll be using spotlights for Air Support to. The NOOSE will also repeal down the side of buildings and also be on rooftops with Sniper Rifles. Just to let you know the NOOSE are now trained and not stupid anymore, some NOOSE can now crouch down just like in GTA IV and now can lay down and stop drop and roll under open garages or fences.

The new 6 stars wanted level has returned and will now send the Military and Merryweather after you. They'll be chasing you in the Merryweather Canis Mesas, Military Canis Crusaders, Insurgent Pickups, Insurgents, Military Patriots, Buzzards, Savages, APC Tanks, Valkyries, Karin Technical's, Turreted Limos, Bravado Rumpo Customs, Hunter Attack Helicopters, Duke O' Death's, the Dubsta 6X6 Armored, the Dubsta Armored, the Patriot Armored, and the Merryweather Mesa Armored. Roadblocks will now be taken over with the Barracks Trucks and also the Barracks Semi. The Military and Merryweather will be shooting at you with MG's, Assault Rifles, Homing Launchers, and Special Carbines. They'll also throw/quick throw Grenades and Flash Bangs to take you down. If you're still alive after 10 minutes real life time the Military and Merryweather will evacuate the streets and Rhino Tanks, P996-Lazers and Hydras will be dispatched to take you down. if your still alive after 20 minutes real life time then ALL levels of Law Enforcement will be called back onto the streets to team up and take you down, and they will not stop until your down on the ground. Good luck trying to survive, the Law Enforcement don't mess around in this new update.

Small Changes:

• Some Paramedics now carry Knifes
• Some Firemen now carry Hatchets and Fire Axes.
• Some Police Officers now carry Flashlights, Pepper Spray, and Nightsticks.
• Some Military/Merryweather Marines now carry Switchblades.
• Strip Club Bouncers now carry Knuckledusters, and Dildos.
• Some NPC Construction Workers around the map working at construction sites now spawn with Crowbars, XL Crowbars, Hammers, Screwdrivers, Shovels, Sledge Hammers, Staple Guns, and Pipe Wrench's.
• The Police Radio from GTA V Singleplayer can now be heard in GTA Online if your in any Emergency, or Militarized Vehicle. It can also be heard in the background while you have stars.
• Killing Police will still earn you 3 stars (if you don't have stars already)
• Killing FIB or IAA will earn your 4 stars (if you don't have stars already)
• Killing NOOSE will earn you 5 stars (if you don't have stars already)
• Killing Military or Merryweather Marines will earn you 6 stars (if you don't have stars already)
• Killing Firemen will earn you 3 stars (if you don't have stars already)
• Killing Paramedics will earn you 3 stars (if you don't have stars already)

Changes Made To The In Game Internet:

Creator Updates and Changes:

• All buildings are now open to walk into and are no longer restricted to create your maps inside interiors. Build away!
• All missing vehicles from the creator have now been added in
• You can now create Parachute Jobs
• You can now create Vehicle Deathmatch's
• You can now create Survivals
• You can now create Versus Missions
• "You can not place more then 5 different vehicle types" has now been removed
• You can now place up to 180 Vehicles in the creator instead of the default 30
• You can now place up to 120 Weapon pickups in the creator instead of the default 60
• The Forced Weapon (Unarmed) has been added back into the creator as an option for all creator modes

GTA Online New Heist Changes/Features:

• When doing the Pacific Standard Job, if you go in quite and everyone uses silencers, then you get a 3 Minute head start get away on the bikes before the Police is on your ass, you'll get 3 stars.

• When doing the Pacific Standard Job, if you go in loud using no silencers, then your going to have an instant 4 stars with FIB and IAA on your ass.

• When doing the Pacific Standard Job, if the Red Button behind the tellers window is pressed, then you'll have an instant 5 stars with NOOSE on your ass.

• When doing the Pacific Standard Job, if a hostage is killed, then you'll have an instant 6 stars with the Military and Merryweather on your ass.

GTA Online New Changes/Features:

• All restricted buildings have now been opened up for you to explore in Freemode with friends or just start World War III with the whole lobby in them if you wanted to.

• The Mechanic has now returned! He is now smarter and less stupid and there is no more 5 minute wait timer for your personal vehicle.

• Money Trucks, Special Create Drops, Create Drops, Lester Kill Targets, Smuggler Planes, and Distract Cops Events have now been added back into Freemode.

• You can actually go into passive mode in the Gold Jet and Helicopter now.

• The Homing Launcher has now been fixed and will no longer aim at players that are in Sandy Shores while you're in Los Santos. No more saying OMFG how in the f*ck did that guy shoot me from that far!

• Homing Launchers no longer have Auto Aim lock on in FREE AIM SESSIONS!

• Players with FULL High Psychopath Metal States will not be able to go into passive mode.

• Players can no longer Disable Passive Mode while near other players with Bounties on there head. It avoids trolls following you in Passive Mode while you have a bounty on your head, because we all now that f*cking randoms just Disable Passive Mode when your not looking and then they'll kill you because there f*cking pussy's.

• Fireworks Launcher Ammo can now be purchased all year around.

• Ground Fireworks can now be purchased all year around.

• There's now a cool down timer for purchasing ammo in the interaction menu. if the player constantly keeps purchasing ammo in the interaction menu for more then 10 times per weapon, they'll have to wait 5 minutes to purchase more. Its to stop most grieving in Freemode lobbies

• Bounties can now go up to $20.000.

• You can now hang off the side of certain vehicles by double tapping (Y) or (Triangle) if a player is driving and if the vehicle supports this feature. No longer do you have to wait to fill up the whole vehicle before hanging onto the side like the NOOSE.

• Bahama Mamas Nightclub is now open! there is a dancing mini game and you can impress woman by dancing and filling up the like meter, them you can take them to Restroom or Washroom, whatever you prefer to call it. You can also purchase a drink at the bar just like in the Strip Club.

• Split Side Wests Comedy Club is now open! You can go there to watch some good old classic GTA Comedy or just go in and purchase yourself a drink just like in the Strip Club.

• Tequila La La Bar is now open! You can go there to watch Love Fist, purchase a drink, play Darts, and also play Pool with some friends.

• A new Male Strip Club for female players has now been opened lol! It has the same functions as the normal Strip Club, just a new location and a different interior.

• During the month of October you can go trick or treating to other players apartments and get some Ps & Qs, Sprunk and more. there also is a Blackout in Freemode on October 31st.
• During the month of November you can buy poppies for your GTA Online characters for Veterans Day (US) or Remembrance Day (Canada) hey you could even have a 21 gun salute or a moment of silence if you wanted to.
• During the month of December Snow automatically starts to fall in Los Santos and Blaine County. Christmas trees will return as normal. All vehicles on the streets turn into snowy versions from North Yankton. Police will be using the Snowy Police Roadcruisers and Police Ranchers from North Yankton to chase you now. Festive clothing returns every year as of December 1^st with snow and it doesn't leave the game until January 5^th
