It would be interesting if we had a moderators elimination game...Although it couldn't be in this section, since it has nothing to with Online. I say a Car manufacturer elimination game or personal vehicle elimination game would be interesting.

PV with anon submissions is a very interesting concept but I can see it becoming a sh*tstorm of hating on cars. Pics will have to be neutral (no effect, same camera angle, etc.) so it's fair in terms of customization - which is something people would forget. Just in this thread people would vote on who they knew and vote against who they didn't know - although the anon submissions would fix that - but they forgot that this thread was about a GTA:O lobby where you can hang out with peeps you don't know. The way I see it photograph rules need to be in place. If all of that is met then I'm sure it's gonna be a good comp.

And yeah - if we do another of these, i think the list should be even bigger, and there should be a longer recruitment period. I think it's time for something less fiery next though, this was a really spicy game.

Well I think we should do car brands. Anonymous PV's could be really fun, but I think we need something a little less personal as a change of pace.

 

I'm actually not that clued up on what brands make what cars, but I'll still join in. I can vote for any that make helicopters, and try inject a little goofiness into stuff.

Ive just read through the last 5-6ish pages and damn you guys have some jokes! There's a lotta "what should the next game be" banter, but the comedy gold is there if you can find it

 

I don't have any preference for the next game, but like Icantthinkofonew said above, I'd prefer something less personal/crisis management before going back to chaos.

 

Suggestions for the new game thus far:

anonymous PVs

Vehicles by classes

Helicopters

Vehicle Brands: Countries

Vehicle Brands: split by alphabet

Location

Contacts (supposedly we did this already?)

Services (think Lester/Merryweather)

Grief/Troll tactics

 

I'd like to do vehicles by class (personally) but I'll go with whatever the consensus decides. I'm down to host the next game but if anyone else wants to express interest, feel free.

We could even do the first two games simultaneously in two different threads.

I suggest splitting them in 3 even groups and it run them 1 by 1 or at same time.
Also don't go alphabetical either when splitting, use random.org

 

Since I can't bother making a new post even thought it been 1 hour and noone else have said anything.

Unless a new game have started and I'm not seeing it on the front page, Message me all car brands so I can use random.org to pull out a randomized list from it so the game dosn't become to big, because there was like 50 car brands or so right? anyway I'll even record the entier thing to make it as fair as possible.

I'm pretty sure we've already done helicopters and contacts.

Ok, a quick Google search (because apparently GTAF searches are woefully inadequate) confirms most of this. We did do a Contacts game already (Character Elimination Game), we did vehicle classes already and we did a Planes Elimination Game too. Appreciate the heads up Cameron Star!

How about we split the car brands in two or three brackets and run them in the same topic ?

 

So everyone has to vote up or down in both brackets in one post.

 

Example:

 

Bracket A:

Benefactor 10 +1

Karin 10 -2

 

Bracket B:

Obey 10 -2

Vapid 10 +1

 

And then when there are five or so left per bracket we put them in one final bracket with reseted scores. How does that sound ?

I think someone suggested a vote for what brands should appear in the next game. Make a list of every vehicle brand, each person gets thirty votes to pick which ones they want to see the most. Make a deadline for voting, and then go with what were the most requested.

I think this is a great idea.

I'm wondering if people voting against multiple games at the same time are even aware of the bracket suggestion specifically for vehicle brands. I mean, I'd vote against two games running at the same time too if I thought that meant elimination games in general.

 

If we divide them, and only run one game at a time, then we're looking at a very long process.
