Love the homing launcher fun getting messages from all the squeakers begging me to stop killing them,

So I'm in my poor old defenseless Annihilator, someone shoots it at the belly of the heli, it then turns around, maneuvers around the highway, goes straight past me, disappears. And then I randomly explode:

 

 

Meanwhile the only aerial vehicle that can be considered even remotely overpowered has no problem whatsoever with it. Such BS.

The launcher is useful against jets if you are with a friend, one shoots rockets at him at a slow pace, one at a time, and the other shoots the jet with heavy sniper while he flies in predictable circles.

as far as i know the hl rockets don't turn around in 180 degrees anymore.

it used to be like that in the beginning but was nerfed some updates ago.

 

so the gif of icantthinkofonew is either pretty old or he got shot from 2 persons simultaniously (you can also see 2 dots on the mini map).

As a pretty fair pilot, I know the HL launcher is extremely effective against a jet. The only reason some of you are braggin about being able to dodge 90% of em, are being shot at by noobs who immediately fire the rocket the moment the lock turns red. Also, if you are flying a Lazer in a circle to avoid rockets and are still being fired upon, you're also dealing with a noob. There's an art as to when you let the rocket fly. 90% don't do it right.

When I'm under attack by them while in a jet, I just do my dodge and (assuming they don't stop) gradually gain altitude. Soon enough I'll be at an angle they can't aim at. Then I make them go boom.

Tbh, I prefer the HL to the RPG. much more range.

 

Brilliant for clearing really high roof tops. get the general location with a scope and then switch to HL. Also very funny for blowing up vehicles. As a chopper enthusiast they keep me on my toes, but it's a good balance, keeps me honest

Absolutely love this beast for taking down innocent children in helicopters. Really great for ruining air crew meet ups, I mean who doesn't love to blast an innocent roleplaya flying a duster or Cuban 800 out of the sky. Even more fun is going to paleto bay and blasting all hipsters out of their Stratums and Mallards. But the one thing I love most is its ability to not take jets down. Who doesn't loved to be killed a jet p*ssy, I mean c'mon let's be honest here.

I for one love doing air donuts in my Hydra while ground team exhausts their homing launcher ammo supply, dip in for some explosive fun then f*ck off laughing at them literally paying for a chance to kill me like this were a fixed carnival knock over the milk bottles game where they just can't seem to win.

 

Cost of a Hydra/Lazer: $200/Free

Cost of an attempt to kill me: $750 per rocket

The strike rate isn't really the point here, the HL is best used as a deterrent. When I'm running Piracy Prevention and the attacking choppers hear that lock alarm they bale instantly leaving me some parachute target practice

the hl is very good for catching griefers who kill and run away in a car.

they don't even hear the lock on sound in their car while escaping.
