Strength, Stelth and Lung Capacity

what is the best way to increase thouse stats, without needing other players to help?

Strength-Play 1 hole of golf at a time. Try hole 3 or 6 for a hole in 1. Or, some players like starting up a mission and go around punching npc's by the pier.

Stealth-Go into stealth mode and put a rubber band around your controller, come back after a while-repeat if needed.

Lung Capacity-Swim under water, come up for air and repeat.

 

Other than glitches (idk if there are even any working glitches for these) these are all pretty slow to fill.

There's a convenience store above the start of a canal tunnel leading to the beach I just used to rob store dive in and swim through tunnel underwater by time your through cops are off you,your lung capacity has increased and your bank balance has increased ,everyone's a winner ...
