.Vooodu.
I love my Kuruma. It gets me around town effectively (personally I find it a joy to drive), offers sufficient protection against the 'spray-on-sight' fraternity Pretty much this. The main reason i use mine is to avoid getting killed by random auto aimers when im busy doing something else and don't want to get blood on my outfit. ( Meaning im not pvping) I use it in a strictly defensive manner. Which is how the vehicle is meant to be used. We Are Ninja
I have no issues paying the insurance on these things, especially when they are full of players thinking there invincible... Agreed. It's well worth the $6k to educate lightweight trolls about that car's glaring shortcomings... Like the fact that makes less knowledgeable players believe that they're impervious to harm, LOL. ViolatingBox
I bought an Armored Kuruma... Then I left it parked it in my Garage and never drove it once. Co-signed. It cheapens missions, sucks all the fun out of Pacific Standard, and it makes me feel like a twat in free roam. That, and it's handling is so bad that it can't get out of it's own way, so it's just a matter of time before you get 'sploded by someone in literally any other vehicle (because they'd actually have the ability to throw stickies out of any other vehicle...). I would think you would appreciate the over-steer. Such a blast around corners. Handbrakes like a champ and it accelerates like hell on certain downshifts. Love mine! aaronBLUEeyes
Kurumas are anti bullets... not anti explosives. Whats there to understand? One totally blocks bullets... the other can take a few explosives and a few bullets. But i know one things for certain, i would never die by auto shotgun while im driving the damn kuruma. Unless i pulled over to roll a joint.. They're not anti bullets either...I get many kills with my AP pistol because of so many people with that train of thought. The front and rear windshields are 100% bullet resistent however, the door windows are similar to the armored Shafter, for instance, in that they will protect passangers until each window has sustained a certain amount of damage. With that being said, the driver would have to be practically standing still for players to get shots effectively thru those small window slits. I find the Kuruma much more fun than the 900r but I don't have as much seat time in it. Its in no way a competitive race choice, its a lot of fun for me in free roam though. I'd still take it over a Kuruma any day of the week, though. It's fast enough, and handles well enough, to get you out of harm's way. The Kuruma works fine in FR as defensive vehicle; no auto-aim drive-by's from players standing on the street. But as an offensive weapon or in a foot race? LOL. Not hardly. Hey.. no ones forcing the Kuruma Driver to drive head 1st into an RPG. That takes commitment from the kuruma driver. Since hes choosing to allow himself to get blown up when he attacks players. You keep making it sound like the BEST option is the worst option and people should feel bad about it? Its a damn bullet proof vehicle.. No f*cks are given.. ever. Shaundi.
Extended version.. Housers: we guna release heists m8? The Benz: yeah we are but I'm thinking of adding an armoured Japanese sedan in the game called the Kuruma. It's sole purpose is to evade cops in the first introductory heist Housers: ok m8. but we add it to freemode? The Benz: only the non armoured version, because it would be unfair Housers: kek fucc off m8. we all know freemode is a money pit u incompetent mong. when ppl run out of money on stoking up on explosifs and rockets they buy shark cards meaning we git rich. The Benz: I thought shark cards were optional not forced.. Adding this car would mean they're forced into buying shark cards because they've run out of money.. Housers: Leslie pls Edited April 13, 2016 by Shaundi. Hunter

You're just full of presumptions, aren't you? First of all, "noob tube" is a bit of a misnomer since you have to reach a rank of 100 to unlock it. Second, I've shot plenty of scrubs out of their troll mobiles with non-explosive weaponry; the AK is bullet-resistant, not bullet proof. Third, you deride others for their lack of imagination in dealing with AK's when AK drivers' only options are to try and flatten you, or AP you to death... You're a funny person. At least its not against the AP pistol. Shooting threw the front windshield is how I get most of my kills against the Kuruma. The only thing that is 100% bullet proof on the Kuruma is the BACK windshield, which is why you can't shoot from the back when your inside the car...And 90% of my kills against Kuruma drivers is when they are driving straight towards me, NOT sitting still. teagle
I am nearly immune to police in my kuruma. How about rockets? If you wanna play like that in Freemode, you're better off using an armored Shafter or Cog 55. I use it to avoid cops. Not players.I would really enjoy seeing game clips of your combat.I make the videos for myself.Of course you do.

Oversteer is fun when it's controllable. The Kuruma will spin most of the time when it oversteers, because counter-steering does next to nothing with this car. Compare and contrast with the Coquette, which oversteering tendency is extremely easy to correct. We Are Ninja

I'm not an expert by any stretch of the word but I can handle a high speed hand brake turn quite well and can let the body roll flick it around at slow to medium speeds. Its also a blast off road since it doesn't lose much speed.
wmblgy
Because Rockstar were smart enough to put the car in the game. It is a sh*tter flag in freeroam and a crutch in jobs. If we never had armoured cars to begin with, the player base would be much better at the game by now. We Are Ninja and R3CON

jhuteman
The Armored Karuma is not a luxury, it is a tool for use on missions. I can't seem to break mine even when I 'threw' it off the top of MT Chiliad! I do missions and all I burn is gas, not a shot needs to be fired! It's damned near indestructible and if you can DRIVE nobody can get near you. Having a car that can go 230 is useless when all you do is go one block and spin out! I've SMOKED those 'fast cars' in impromptu 'races' from the spawn point to the mission start in many a mission! They's a bunch of 'non-driving fuks' out there! Of course I BEEN smoked by folks who can handle the power, those things are a blast and I can't wait to own one, though I WILL wait until after I've gotten my hands on a SAVAGE, the Insurgent with the gun turret was an impulse buy. See y'all in the 'grind'! Lets show some class and make some money! Edited April 16, 2016 by jhuteman
