Custom plates problem

Last night I ordered a custom plate from the ifruit app. Usually you will get a pro PT that your plate is available almost as soon as you load in but after so many minutes into the game and still no prompt. To make matters worse. The rock star support site is down so now I can't even send a ticket. What gives here?

Try the following:

 

Check the list of cars in your Ifruit ap, if you have not used it for awhile you may find that it is listing a car you no longer own, to rectify you need to

drive a number of your cars out/into garage so you have a list of current vehicles inclduing the one you want the plate on.

 

When you get this completed try resubmitting the order and it should process correctlty to the game.

 

If the ap list of cars is out of date or contains a sold/destroyed car it won't process the order for reasons unknown.

Already done that but thanks. I hope rockstar support is down temporarily. I need to submit this ticket.

It's always been a bit hit and miss! I recently added a custom plate to my list and wasn't aware you had to apply it to a character's vehicle in story mode 1st for profanity check. Have you tried that?

Any news? I'm having the same problem. Went to story mode to see if it did anything, I even went to lsc with Franklins car and saw nothing under plates.
