darkgreenmeme
"Okay, I don't have a patent, or copyright (don't understand difference between those, do you?), or an exclusive distribution contract, but ask anyone they'll tell you, I run the crank in the Alamo Sea. Really, ask 'em and if they tell you otherwise, I'll bury them to their neck in the desert. Where was this going? Oh yeah, rival dealers moving crystal, take 'em out and bring it here." darkgreenmeme
I noticed a continuity error in this mission. The first objective is "go to the coke factory" but the title and the description refer to crystal, and if you know your white drugs they are two different things. The most annoying thing about this mission is that the NPC traffic seems to all want drive down to compound, and if you are not using silenced weapons, you get a constant stream of belligerent rednecks involved in your business. PondNewt
Yes the NPC drivers are really annoying in this one. Many times I've had a tonne of trouble with them. I actually find this mission to be much easier if playing solo as you get fewer enemies. With other people you always seem to get extra enemies hiding in the rocks and grassy areas who can be very hard to spot in freeaim. Probably not such an issue in autoaim but still more difficult than when doing it solo I'd say. On occasion I like to bring out the Dodo for this mission or even the Kraken which I used to quite good effect one time to make my getaway. Speaking of Pegasus vehicles one thing about this one is that if you go quite high up on the hill and call Pegasus for your boat it will often spawn right where the drugs are so it can be useful if you destroy the enemy boats but want to get to Trevor's by water to deliver the package. Some of the time though it doesn't seem to work and the boat spawns in really far away. darkgreenmeme
Mr. Larson
I always thought coke factories are in Bolivia, not in Blaine County. The respawns can be a bit nasty in this mission. Randumbs usually destroy the coke, meth or whatever actually is in this package. There is an enemy right next to it and if you don't take him out first, a savage in a Savage will do so. Same with the boats. They are necessary to cross Alamo Sea, but there is always one guy who blows 'em up. I'm not sure if there is a restricted area for NPCs, but I think so, this actually makes them do what DGM described. You can see similar behaviour in Extradition, the NPC traffic is supposed to turn right before the bridge (and usually ends up in the water), but it's obviously not working like intended. The worst continuity error to my mind is that you don't have to steal any drugs in CCO2 and CCO3. I guess all three of them had different names in some alpha/beta stage, especially because CCO2 and CCO3 must be older than CCO1. The mission is quite easy on foot, the lazy people in helicopters can make it a nightmare. Still don't know why I passed this run: darkgreenmeme

Yep, The Lost Are Tweakers, Meth Labs & Trailer Parks ... One of the writers must've been high on the wrong stuff during the writing. Yep, I noticed the same thing ... Got hit by one of them early on on the game before I unlocked my M4 ... And That's why situational awareness is critical, kids

I never thought about doing this, time to put my Jetmax to use in a mission. ... a savage in a Savage ... Hahaha good one! IceDree
I used to do it on foot with a G36 until I got hit by an NPC driver & got killed while I'm down. I started avoiding it until I got my Buzzard. I clear the area with my Buzzard & take out the boats (except one) ... But leave the guy in the pier next to the "coke" for last. Once I took everyone out, I land & continue on foot to take out the last guy guarding the "coke" with a single shot to the head, then I take the remaining boat for a quick trip across the Alamo sea to deliver the package to Trevor's Tralier. Tails Prower
Is it just me or are the boats and AI accuracy the most annoying thing about this mission? Was recently playing this again and I was stood atop the hill across from the farm/location of the boats and sniping the occupants yet blindfire accuracy was able to kill my character 100% when the boats occupants guns must surely have been out of range? That was enough for me to shelve the game amongst other reasons, the blindfire of AI annoys me so much in missions.
Skeve613
Use a tank spawned near the airfield for a goof, it also gets some rather amusing reactions from random players online if they don't notice the icon on the map.
