Dinka Blista Compact

I want to get the Dinka Blista Compact (square body) online but it doesnt show up on the southern san andreas website, & it doesnt spawn, why is that? I also didnt finish story mode yet.

I heard it was only for players who transfer from x360/ps3 to x1/ps4.

Yep, you won't be able to keep one unless you have transferred your character from PS3 to PS4 as it only becomes available

after you do this.

 

So you would have to have a friend/PS3 and make your character on the PS3 version then complete the character transfer to unlock

the vehicle.

 

It spawns in traffic occasionaly but it cannot be stored due to restrictions put in by R*.

Seeing that he's only here for one day, he's kinda new here. He might have already used Google and didn't get the answer he was looking for, and thought that he should register at this community to ask that question. He probably doesn't even know that there is a search option on this forum since he's new here.. So why won't you just be friendly?
