Nothing, I already have everything.

Hang in passive or on my yatch anymore.

how come so many americans call it "yatch" instead of "yacht"?

it's obviously not just a spelling mistake or slip.

is it really some kind of nick name for yacht or is it just wrong and dumb?

same goes for "could of been..." instead of "could have been..."

i only see these kind of mistakes from americans.

people from other countries usually don't do these kind of mistakes.

is it some us school issue that the kids don't properly learn their own language anymore?

of course everybody (including me) makes mistakes sometimes which is not really a problem at all.

but these kind of mistakes from native speakers look kind of dumb to me.

As the topic suggests, those of you who have millions upon millions of dollars and are rank +200 of more. You've bought all the clothes in-game, own all the pegasus vehicles, all weapons owned and fully modded. All 5 properties filled with every car you enjoy. What do you do when you run out of things to earn in the meantime while we wait for DLC?

There should be absolutely no-one that fits the bill that you have just proposed.

Yatch sounds funnier. Chill out Gordon Bennett. Gore Blimey.

Are you thick as 2 short planks?

Off to eat my fish and chips.

I own a lot of properties, all the sh*t, and a yacht, and I have enough money to destroy every single car I own, buy over them with a stock car, and then fully upgrade those stock cars.

What do I do now? Well I play Division more often.

I'm just making more pixel money doing VIP work for a new update.

I can see how extremely boring this game would be for free roam warriors who have millions of modded/glitched money just by reading the b&m thread.

Chill with friends. Car meet. Customize cars for care meet. Cruise. Customize cars for cruising.

I used to have some killing as a sidedish, but the joy of PVP has long since expired.

Oh, and I guess toying around with Editor Mode Snapmatic is my latest hobby, though I haven't done much yet.

I play other games...

...even as a legit player with 5 properties, 45 fully customized cars, a yacht, every weapon, and every Pegasus vehicle not painted gold, I used to have a blast playing different modes and wreaking havoc with friends.

But with the recent lack of quality DLC and the overall feeling that GTA:O has seen its best days, I've stopped playing. I hope to log in here and see everyone going crazy over some announcement that some quality DLC is on the horizon and I'll bring my character out of retirement and start padding my already fat stack of GTA$...until then, my character is probably chillin' on the yacht playing Dirt Rally

I appreciate your enjoyment of the English language, but if you're going to criticize others use of it, please make sure you're at least trying to use it correctly your self. For example, your entire body of text is missing proper capitalization and punctuation.

Now I'm sure you can find errors in my text, however that is not my point. My point is we should quit focusing on the delivery of the message and instead focus on the message itself. Isn't that what's more important.

As to one of your questions, the use of "of" instead of "have" in the statement "could of/have been". I believe it comes down to two things. One, many people, myself included, tend to type how we speak. And, at least where I'm at, it's stated "could of been". And the other aspect to this is spoken/written language is quite different than grammatical language. Look at the multiple variations of the Spanish language for example. You have informal and formal grammatical rules that change based on occasion or familiarity with the other participants. And then you have different regional dialects.

you are right about my (not) usage of capitalization.

i generally don't use that on the internet as it is faster without.

but i'm not aware that i miss proper usage of punctuation.

please show me examples for that.

you are correct with the differences of spoken/written language and formal/informal grammar.

i also know that the regional differences and dialects have several differences.

but the examples i have mentioned don't belong into those categories as they are simple mistakes.

as you said they result from typing/spelling how it sounds.

this seems to be a problem nowadays as these kind of mistakes were not as usual in my generation.

must be an educational problem of the recent generations.

maybe because the kids are more likely playing adult video games which they shouldn't even play because of their age instead of learning for school.

but i just cannot believe that where you are at it is correct to write "could of been" instead of "could have been".

i thank you anyways for your answer.

The "yacht" mistake is one of laziness because the computer should auto-correct it, or at least show that it is incorrectly spelled.

Perfection penmanship is not as important as it once was with technology changing the way we share information.

And while I agree that children should not be playing this particular game, video games as a whole are not bad for children. And there are multiple studies that prove the benefits they provide, especially to developing minds.

And nowhere did I state that "could of been" was grammatically correct in my region, only that it is a common way of saying it.

And as I stated before, if you're going to be critical of other peoples grammar, you should make sure your's is correct. Using improper grammar, whether it be with spelling, punctuation, or sentence structure, is still using improper grammar.

I do random stuff with my crew. When you have everything there is a lot of opportunity for hilarity if you have the creativity. ;)

You don't have it all if you don't have friends. If you do run in a good bunch of friends on GTA, you'd not need to ask the "what to do" question.

I've played daily since Jan 2014. Yes, daily - except for one 3 day power cut. I've ranked up 4 characters that have 5 garages each. I'm never bored unless by myself. I've a real good crew of good mates.

Bored on your own? Get on the creator or R* editor.

Seriously, Start a whole new account. Its a rush. You experience the game like its your first time. Those feelings come back and you finaly find out whats important to you in the game and whats not. 10 million seems to be the magic number if I scaled down to what I really need to succeed in this game. Everything else was impulse buy and experiments. Then you get a chance to do Criminal Mastermind and First time challenge all over again. Starting over isnt a chore, Its a incredible feeling dominating the whole lobby as a low rank and only you know the secret.

Just completed a week of hunting the Seanado. Now two are in my garage next to my Mariachi. One is Bennyfied, the other is untouched. Hunting rare vehicles is exciting, you meet cool people and the game shifts dynamic. Oh man those lonely hours trawling around Sandy Shores. But when you roll up on your target successfully, great feeling 😎

Now back to missions, friends, Crew and grinding.

Some of the things I do.

  • Cruise or fly around the map randomly for fun.
  • Do missions or heists for fun.
  • Keep making more money because I like looking at big numbers in my bank balance.

I just keep playing because I like it, for the game itself, not the money I can get.

It's what matters since the begining alright? Playing.
