AP Pistol Locked

It says it unlocks at level 33, but my Character is almost 35 ? any help would be appreciated

 

Also, I just started this Character This past thursday evening, after deleting a level 28 character and just noticed tonight that most of the Missions are already Unlocked in the Mission screen?

Seems like a bug, I could only pick up the Heavy sniper 5 levels after it should have unlocked.

Get a friend to drop their AP, pick it up and then take it to Ammu-Nation and fit an upgrade or tint, that should force save it.

Send a ticket to Rockstar, wait 5 years for a response and it should be fixed

 

OT: It probably is just a bug. Maybe some character data got mixed up? But yeah, Rockstar should get back to you fairly quickly.

You need to force the game to sync its data to Social Club, you can do this simply by switching to Singleplayer and switching back to Online, that should resolve your issue.
