Online Story Doesn't Work

When I'm playing GTA Online none of the NPC is showing up on the map. T (Trevor), L (Lester) isn't showing up on the minimap. When I played on PS3 I had no problem with it.

 

Is this something you can fix or do I need to create a new character?

Ahem, I think I understood your post perfectly.

 

If you have already transferred across from PS3 then you don't need to go see Lester, Trevor et all again as you've already completed all of that on PS3,

you'd only do that again if you were starting again from scratch, those icons disappear after you have done the tutorial events.

But the thing is that I didn't transfer my Ps3 account to the Ps4, I made a new account. So when I first started I couldn't do the first race with Lamar, visit Gerald or anything.

What I'm betting you did is that you pressed to skip the tutorial. It gives you that option, even on a new account.
