Use any picture as your crew emblem

Does anyone know of a way to make any picture the crew emblem? Any help is highly appreciated! Also, if someone is really good at making the crew emblems could you send me a message, again any help is highly apprecitated!

Find a picture you want on Google, download it, if you use Google Chrome, look for an extension for it by searching overlay picture Google Chrome extension, install it. Now in the emblem creator, open that picture you downloaded in that extension you downloaded and use the emblem creator's shapes and painfully try to fill in the picture.

 

It's either this, or pay for someone to do it for you. R* patched their emblem creator so people couldn't use offensive images.
