Increase the chance of an FIB dispatch

is there any way to make sure or atleast increase the chance of an FIB team dispatching at a 4, 5 or 6 star wanted level? 90% of the time i get a NOOSE team, and i really want the FIB Buffalo. What i mostly try is the site that gives you five stars but even then the chance of getting a NOOSE team is bigger than a FIB team.

try going to the airport runway. or you could go up on a small building like the ones in alderney and snipe until you get the FIB, then go down and get the buffalo.

From what I noticed is that they only spawn on 5-6 Wanted Levels. I usually just drive around the city doing Drive-By's on the cops until an FIB team comes, then I kill the driver and hope he won't crash the car too bad... after that I just highjack it and done.

Like zuckmeslow has said, that's how I get it. I either go to the Airport, which instantly gives you the 5 star wanted level (or is it 6? Damn, I don't play these games anymore ) or like it says on various Sites on the Web that you need to rapidly kill a lot of Cops and increase your wanted level quickly, usually on foot. Making a greater chance for the FIB Buffalo to spawn.

 

 

 

This Guy is a God at everything to do with GTA IV. He only does the challenging things in this Game and has excellent Starter Save Videos, too. I don't even look elsewhere when I need to know things about IV. zmoonchild is all you need...

Cheating is easy, easy things are boring, between, the cheats should be for fun, not for actual gameplay.

Grab a rocket launcher, some body armor and start blowing the sh*t out of cop cars. Try to stay in one location too. Usually only 1 buffalo spawns.

I go on littlelacysurprisepageant. I have tried it a lot and i mean a huge amount of times and there either was a NOOSE team or the FIB killed me too quickly(which didn't happen as much as me running into the NOOSE)

If you use that method, I recommend doing it from the the internet cafe in North Algonquin. Once you've nabbed your Buffalo you can drive it down the train tracks (same route as in "No Way on the Subway"), which is an easy way to lose your wanted level if you are low on health and don't want to cheat!

On some of my playthroughs I could jack a FIB Buffalo after doing the Civilization Commitee stunt jump, when you get a four star wanted level for entering the area. Sometimes I´m lucky and a FIB Buffalo spawns after leaving the area using the second ramp and landing on the expressway. It´s a good opportunity because usually there aren´t too many cops around yet.

I've never tried it but I imagine if you don't mind failing "To live and die in Alderney" you could steal one of the three that spawn at the abandoned mansion.

@Jimbatron. Yeah, you can do this no problem, with +1 to the Mission Failed Stat. There isn't a way to pass the Mission and get it.

Just spawn one and sit in one while you get a wanted level. They'll spawn then. It's tedious to keep trying just to get one.

Northwood lan house > wwww.littlelacysuprisepageant.com > Survive the initial wave(use the lan house as cover) > Be quick and grab the Buffalo > Jump on the train tracks and go to the tunnel to lose the cops.

And then lose the car you want, which only spawns from having a wanted level. I'd go for the subway
