how many are there?

off the top of my head I can think of:

3 garage interiors, 2 6 10

the 1 yacht interior

low, mid and high end origional

the 10 or so custom ones

do stilt apartments have a unique one?

4 garage interiors:

10 car with lift.

10 car without lift (stilt houses only).

6 car.

2 car.

Apartments:

Penthouse (8 customisable interior options).

Black & White Stilt House (with waterfall wall staircase).

Red Stilt House.

High Life.

High End.

Medium (6 car garage).

Low End (2 car garage).

Also, some stilt houses have the blind in the kitchen drawn due to garage placement.

Dr Labuschagne

Imagine if we couldn't teleport into our properties? I.e walking into them like in story mode?

How cool would the foyer and the private underground garage look?

I guess its too late for that, people would care for the view they get since we all share the same room with a million of others which doesn't make sense, making the thought of having a mansion useless...

Still never understood why stilts don't have a door to garages. I have to walk outside, turn right and go inside. What is the technical reason for no door there.>>??

I know right. My high end apartment lets me take the elevator to my garage, and its not even in the same building. Yet most stilt appartments have garages connected to them. Regardless, I thought they would ignore the realisim of entering your garage from your appartment, concidering there is no possible why that a 10 car garage interior can fit in one.

Stilt houses interiors could be better made. I don't really complain about the interiors of the houses themselves, they really don't match the outside but still they look cool to me. But their garages are so lame, they simply recycled appartments' garages, they're way bigger than the outside and they should had the same outside garage door.

None of the apartment interiors match the outside (windows on every side etc.); at least most of the stilt houses fit in the correct footprint (although the heist room under the road is unlikely to say the least). Anyway, can you imagine how much people would complain if their $500,000+ house had a "realistic" two-car garage?

I believe in my old 51 Richards Majestic apartment the windows match the outside. I've even got it figured out which windows are to my apartment from looking at the building outside. There aren't windows on four sides. It's a corner apartment with windows on two sides. It's confusing because of the way the stairs to the bedroom turn you around.

Yeah but there are curtains on one of the "interior" walls by the kitchen, with light behind; it's clearly meant to simulate an exterior window. The 6-car apartments are even worse.

Edit: The heist rooms in High Life apartments, Penthouses, and Stilt Houses also have an obvious drawn window blind behind the computer desk, despite the internal (or underground!) location of the room.

So there are 7 interiors all together, not including the yacht, office and two clubhouse ones?

Apt. 604 - window in the kitchen shows an oak or maple tree silhouette outside, going outside you see ....only palms. Good job, R* :)

What are the differences between the two stilt house interiors? Is it just the colour scheme and water fall, or are there any small physical layout differences?

They do have different furniture and fittings, and the stairwell/halls are much bigger in the waterfall one; the heist room faces the other way as well, but the overall layout of the main rooms remains the same. There are a million YouTube videos if you want a full tour.

Fun fact, my church (built in 1914) has windows in the basement. I don't even know why, because all you can see through them is cement.
