aussie_phil Posted February 18, 2003 Share Posted February 18, 2003 Ok Guys i'm not just starting this for other people, I'm new to this forum but not to vice city, I just have a question. I have completed EVERYTHING all my stats are good i even used a faq and ticked off after completion of missions and ramapges, jumps etc.. but my stats read 99% the only thing i can think of that i havn't done is picked someone up in a coach before, but do you need to do that? I know some people that didnt do that, thinking second or third was okay. Sure, it gets you money, but you need 1st place if you want to get 100%. The only reason I said that was because it is rather common, not as common as missing a jump though. Anyways, go to the pinned topic up top and just double check. Good luck. You will never accomplish 100% in GTA Vice City if you have cheated (Not even once). The maximum percentage is 99%. If you have cheated, sorry but you can not get over 99% but if you have not cheated then make sure you havecollected every weapon in the game at least once. This is Earthbound quoting himself. If you have not yet collected the smoke grenade even once (this is what stopped me from getting 100%) then do that. They can be located behind the VCPD HQ in the car park in the corner Goodluck, If this does not work then I don't have a clue whats going on! I have used every weapon, but i have also used cheats so yeah, not really bad cheats such as spawn a car etc... but i have used weapon cheat and lower/raise wanted level. so I guess i have to start a new game... Man thats gonna take ages, ah well i'll probly get all the packages, jumps, rampages and side missions before doing too many or the main missions, kind of like getting the hard stuff out of the way first. I sware i have done everything, i even had a checklist from gamefaqs.com that i used everything was ticked off. If you cant help me out then i guess i'll just stick with the new game, i'm up to back alley brawl its like the 3rd missions haha. but one weird thing when I started a new game it scrubed all my stats (as it should) but it still had highest vigilante mission level 67 that was from my old game. whats the deal with that Later guys Phil Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ah well. aussie_phil Posted March 4, 2003 Author Share Posted March 4, 2003 Thanks Jack 969 but this is really annoying me, I started a new game WITH OUT CHEATS the whole game and i did everything like last time ticking it off the 100% checklist as i went and it still stuck on 99% i can't believe this. I have done Everything. I just have one question when you do the the rifle range mini game you need to pass a score of 45? well i passed that in the mission with Phil but i havn't been able to pass it out of the mission because you only get one chance to make it not 3 chances (like in the mission) anyway if anyone can help me and tell me if beating 45 in the mission is enough then please reply to this topic.
