I wish I could help, but I didn't have any issues with it, so it's hard to diagnose why it disappears for you. I literally got it first try but had the intentions that it would of taken a handful of times due to the Wreck disappearing, but surprisingly that wasn't the case. I just tried to mimic Nick's Video exactly and it worked...

Which 13 you going for?

Awe man, sh!t, well I am doing that too, coping the video exactly. I have even entirely emptied the garage. I just can't get it, I blow it up, a split instant before the door shuts, I did it as the door shuts, I've done it a split instant after the door shuts. Hell I've even tried waiting a long ass time and then blowing it up. I've been blowing this thing up, every minute or o for 2 days, well about 20hrs total so far. I'm starting to think maybe it won't work on PS4, even though it should, maybe it is processed too fast or something, hell IDK but I feel like killing Claude repeatedly for this, I blame him! lol

Anyway I have already finished the 1st save. I made a 2nd save right before Toyminator. That way it'll be quick to get all of the cars and 100% on both.

But man between this bandit, and the NE "No Load" Flatbed on VC, I just can't seem to wrap these up.

I had read your post, about how easily you got the Bandit, and you say you just let the door shut and blew it and BAM you got it. But that is not my experience, in fact FAR from it.

I got it, I got the RC Bandit!

What I did was use the Adrenaline Pill at the garage to slow down time so I could blow it up just as it was about to shut.

Really it needs to be so that you press "detonate" as the door is closing but the bandit should explode right after the door shuts, which is a crazy short period of time. BUT using the pill made it so that I got it in 2 tries.

I just stood to the side a bi so that I could see the crack between the door and the garage getting smaller as the door shut, and as the crack was just about to shut I pressed detonate, and the bandit blew up right after the door shut. AND BAM! it was still there.

So now the Flatbed on Vice City and I'll be done for a bit as I do my video thang.

Actually, Adrenaline Pill is a very smart decision. I guess it should be mentioned in the guide. Good job with that as well as with getting this RC Bandit!

I'm currently at the mid of the game, but I don't play too often. So I don't even know how long it will take me to finish my save.

So are we all 100% sure the "Lightless Cabbie" can't be spawned on PS2(PS4)? I mean it seems like if they are spawning on the street near a garage that it should be possible, but am I wrong?

Lol, don't waste your time man! The ONLY NE Vehicles to exist in III are the NE Taxi and NE Hoods Rumpo XL. Nothing else exists that can be NE. There is a handful in SA, too, but no Taxi/Cabbie, but tons in VC that can be NE, like the Taxi, Cabbie, Kaufman Cab, Zebra Cab, Bloodring Bangers, etc, etc and only the Taxi/Hoods Rumpo XL in LCS and Taxi in VCS. The Cabbie is only NE in VC, not III, so don't bother wasting your time with it lol...

Lol, Idk how I got it first try (Bandit), but I literally just detonated it almost after the door closed and when I opened it again, it was there. Claude lost some Armor from the explosion, too and fell down...I thought I would of been stuck on it for a while with it disappearing, but low and behold, there it was lol...

Okay, one last thing...

...any idea how to get the Prison Uniform on console without cheats?

The Loading a Saved Game, then a New Game then at the fiery Kuruma scene re-loading the saved game, doesn't seem to work, I have now tried it in all 3 garages, and can't seem to get it, I'm'a keep trying for a bit longer before I blow it off, but it'd be cool to have on the final save.

I've tried this several times on several different platforms and I've never been able to get it to work. I don't know if there is something I have been doing wrong, how often it is supposed to work, or even if it does work. Maybe it just requires some luck and there's nothing you can do to get it working every time.

I'm not personally interested in having the Prison Uniform in any of the saves I've done so I haven't really looked into it in great detail and certainly not spent a lot of time repeatedly trying to get it to work, but I just tried on PS4 myself a few times after reading your post, loading at different points of the points of the intro and loading different saves in various slots but I still haven't had any luck.

Pretty interesting Garage Layout. I didn't even think it would be possible to ever get a Barracks OL into the SSV Garage, lol...

Also I see your Patriot is Black. Idk why MattJ55 thinks that a Black Patriot is EC cuz it's not and spawns in traffic. Just a default traffic color for the Patriot...

You cannot enter the Barracks OL while it is inside the SSV Garage, you can drive it in, but then you must push it out to be able to re-enter it.

And yeah the Black patriot is default, it is what it spawned as, and if it wouldn't have I'd took it to Pay n' Spray to paint it black.

Oh and yeah the patriot in my "Gripped" and "patriot playground" videos are both black, definitely not EC.

P.S.

Now back to VC to get me that dammed NE Flatbed.

Not sure why it's difficult for you guys, but like I said before, I guess I got lucky getting it on the first try. I literally opened the Garage up thinking it wouldn't be there, but low and behold, there it was. It surprised me to get it first try like it's surprising to hear how difficult it is for you guys...

did you try using the Adrenaline pill that should be at your garage(to slow down time, and the door)? It is what I did. Got it the 2nd try after that. but that 2nd try was like my millionth try overall, lol.

Let me do this like MorsPrincipiumEst do :D
100% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 6 Missions Failed, 32 Days Passed in Game, and 13 Special Vehicles!

It was my first GTA III playthrough, so I think these Stats are good. It was tough and easy at the same time. When you do things first time, they are hard. When you do it second/third/n-th time they are easy. Even Dodo flying. Used it for couple missions and it wasn't that hard after all. I didn't use any om0, because I wanted to feel the whole process.

Few important things:

1) Don't do SSV Flamethrower rampage after "The Exchange" :D

2) Obtain RC Bandit straight away after loading a save. Otherwise you can't exit Toyz (or maybe something wrong with me).
3) You can have even 5 cars in SSV Garage when obtaining RC Bandit.

4) Enjoy ;)

Let me copy you again...

The Only Missions Failed: Dead Skunk in the Trunk to Obtain the Unique Corpse Manana, Salvatore's Called a Meeting to Obtain the AP/EC Stretch, Blow Fish to Obtain the BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb, Grand Theft Auto to Obtain the DP/EC Cheetah/DP/EC Stinger/DP/EC Infernus at the Same Time, Escort Service to Obtain EP/EC Black Trim Securicar, and Toyminator to Obtain Unique RC Bandit.
Portland: AP/EC Stretch
Staunton Island: AP Bobcat, DP/EC Stinger, DP/EC Cheetah, DP/EC Infernus, BP/DP Barracks OL, BP/FP Trashmaster With Bomb
Shoreside Vale: DP/EC Kuruma, Unique RC Bandit, EP/EC Securicar, AP Cheetah, Unique Corpse Manana, DP/EC Rumpo

Now it's time to continue with LCS, but it will be so long. I hope one day I'll finish it.

Awesome Collection! How was the EP/EC Securicar with a packed Garage? Easy for the Unique RC Bandit, right? Other than SA's Unique/AP RC Raider, this Unique RC Bandit is the only RC Vehicle in the entire Series which doesn't need any fancy "trickery" to obtain. It's sort of wacky how it's not solid, though. Claude will "target" the Vehicle to drive, but once he touches the "door" to open it, game will crash. Still an awesome Trophy. I still feel it suits a 2nd Save File a bit more than a 1st Save. I much rather that BP/FP Securicar over a Unique RC Bandit or that EP/EC Securicar. EP/EC Securicar is annoying to obtain for me as the Wreck behaves like the weight of 20 Bus' when trying to push it.

It's gotta be because you never do Starter Saves as to why the Days Passed in Game is lower as well as just being the fact it's PC Version which has those annoying "Rare" Vehicles being much more common in traffic and easier to find for Import/Export. To find a Securicar in Portland alone can take a good 45 Minutes of driving around aimlessly looking for it...Sometimes the Trashmaster, Bus, and Flatbed can act like that, too.

I think Starter Saves in the long run hurt the Total Playing Time Stat or in this case, the Days Passed in Game Stat, as you need to sort of meander around trying to do certain Tasks while it's "quicker" just to drive across a bridge rather than use underground Methods of getting to SI/SSV and such. Or like in SA, it's obviously quicker to do Collectibles WITHOUT a Wanted Level than it is WITH a Wanted Level, thus higher Total Playing Time Stat by the end if you do some stuff in the beginning early. But the main thing with doing a Starter Save is that you NEVER have to do such Tasks again and a lot of the annoying parts of the game are complete. So every time you want to do the game again, it's much more enjoyable and shorter for 100% Completion. So even if the Total Playing Time Stat is "hurt" in the long run, it's still better for me to have the full Starter Saves done than having to worry about R3 Missions, Collectibles, Rampages, Stunt Jumps, and all the other nonsense EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to play through these games...

EDIT: I see you didn't get the DP/EC Stinger WITH a Roof. It looks better with a Roof, imo, and to me is the "whole package." Like the Stallions in LCS from the Races and such as well as Love and Bullets, I like to get all of them WITH the Roof so it's EC1 and EC2...

Interesting that you skipped the BP/DP Patriot, too. That one is a must have, imo...

How was the EP/EC Securicar with a packed Garage?

Quite easy

Easy for the Unique RC Bandit, right?

Well, I spent around 30 mins to get this thing. Then I did some more progress and finally saved it. That was my last 13th Special Vehicle to obtain.

EP/EC Securicar is annoying to obtain for me as the Wreck behaves like the weight of 20 Bus' when trying to push it

No way if you have 4 cars inside your garage already. It will vanish as soon as you try to get your vehicles out, because you can't control camera inside the garage.

PC Version which has those annoying "Rare" Vehicles being much more common in traffic and easier to find for Import/Export

Can't say that they are common either. There is one "main" road for these rare vehicles, so you just drive around this road during missions and take cars (or leave them in memory) and that's it. Can't say that I got all of them in 15 minutes, lol.

SS definitely hurt Total Playing Time. But, you know, 32 days even without SS is good in my opinion. You have to use Dodo for missions, try risky strats, do lots of additional things (Packages, Jumps) during missions. Oh, and you can't save so frequently. So after obtaining new Special Vehicle you do lots of missions, side missions, etc. They can screw you any time, especially if you're playing for the first time. SS are good if you plan many saves. As for me I prefer "Best" ones. They contain my favourite Special Vehicles and they are extremely more challenging then the common ones.

EDIT:

I see you didn't get the DP/EC Stinger WITH a Roof. It looks better with a Roof, imo, and to me is the "whole package." Like the Stallions in LCS from the Races and such as well as Love and Bullets, I like to get all of them WITH the Roof so it's EC1 and EC2...

Remember that I have Replays, so I can easily change it.

Interesting that you skipped the BP/DP Patriot, too. That one is a must have, imo...

Not for me. No space for it. I prefer EC. So easy to obtain.

I had issues with the EP/EC Securicar Wreck vanishing even with looking at it. Either that, or my Tank would get too damaged before I could even reach the Garage. It took an hour to obtain with constant reloads until it worked out...And that was with NOTHING inside the Garage. I don't get how people get it to restore in the Garage while they have 4 or 5 other Special Vehicles inside there...

Control Camera? You can't control the Camera, period...At least on PS2. Only on PC can you move the Camera around 360 Degrees and such while on foot. You can't do that on PS2 at all unless you go into First Person, but that sucks ass. Same issue for VC on PS2. It's the same as III on PS2. Then for Mobile, you can move Camera on foot AND in a Vehicle. As always, they make the "next" releases on the Platforms easier in some way, shape, or form. I also saw you shoot the M16 to show the BP Properties in the Video. Meanwhile on PS2? Try and shoot that Gun at anything, and the Circle on the screen for the Aiming will start shaking frantically all around. It didn't even move at all for you...They always fix the aiming and make it easier and more steady on PC.

The very first Vehicle I had for Import/Export for my Mobile Starter Save was the Securicar. Meanwhile on PS2, this was the LAST Vehicle to find...For ALL my Starter Saves I ever did on PS2. A Mr. Whoopee is as common as a Taxi or Cabbie on Mobile. Yeah, those Vehicles are the most common on Mobile, then PC, then PS2 (and not sure about Xbox), but they are still more common on PC as everyone who records usually is playing PC Version and I will watch a random Video and see the Vehicles driving by the Player in the Video and some of them are the Rare Vehicles that just never spawn on PS2 at all unless you drive around Ammunation and Callahan Bridge, on the big, wide Roads for 45 Minutes switching Vehicles and driving Vehicles in the same class as the Rare Vehicles...

Well, I have 24 Days Passed in Game for my Starter Save and then 46 Days Passed for my 1st 100% Save and 39 Days Passed for my 2nd 100% Save. So this is why I am scratching my head as to how you got 32 AND on your first time through. For 24 Days Passed in my Starter Save, I literally saved the game only 7 to 9 times and then going to 100% with all 13 Special Vehicles I saved about 10-15 times. But I will admit that usually after each Special Vehicle, I DID save the game even if I didn't need to. I like to make Backups on my USB Drive after each one obtained, so I won't lose progress and have to redo it all...Losing percentage progress is one issue, but losing percentage progress AND the Special Vehicle is very annoying. Lately I haven't even really been into GTA to play longer than 30-60 Minute sessions before getting bored and wanting to stop playing for the day. It's been a trend the past couple of months actually...I'm still finishing everything, but things are going much slower...

PS - Your Game looks very Xbox-Like or something...Everything is very shiny, the Flamethrower's Flames look different, and the Rain on the screen even looks different. Also the Pause Menu looks different to mine, as well...What Version even is that?!

As for Securicar I used Barracks Method. No need for tank at all. Much easier and much faster.

How did I get 32 days? Easy. Open an old GTA III Speedrun and repeat what you see. The only exceptions were missions, where he uses om0. I did these missions normally. I probably saved my game around 12 times at all. You can even find my streams where I started my save. You'll see lots of fails though.

It's PC version with textures from Xbox. As far as I remember I've found this mod somewhere on this forum. It's the only mod that I have believe it or not.

Yeah, the Tank Method is pure bullsh*t, actually. I said this the day I obtained it:

For people who want the EP/EC Securicar in their Save whilst having other Vehicles inside the Garage: DO NOT use a Rhino Tank for this task. A BP/DP Barracks OL Method is shown in the founder, Stea1thman's Video, and a couple other Videos on Youtube. Only one person uses a Tank and it's seriously the worst Method ever. Why? Cuz the Tank literally gets damaged so much from trying to push it back to the Garage that it catches fire by the time you get back to the Safehouse, right before going down the slope to the Garage OR literally by the time you are ready to push the Securicar's Wreck into the Garage. Pushing the Securicar using a "T-Boning" Method is terrible and wrecks the Tank even more. The only way you should push it if you decide to use a Tank is from either the back or front of the Securicar. NOT from it's side. You'll regret it when you reach the Safehouse only for the Tank to catch on fire. Using a BP/DP Barracks OL is the easiest Method since you force the Securicar to literally drive right into your Garage, literally. Doing this Method will maximize your chances of obtaining it if there is other Special Vehicles in the Garage to begin with. I used a Tank since there was nothing inside my Garage, but the Method is absolutely pathetic and the Tank moves the Securicar wreck as if you're trying to push a f*cking Bus on foot. That's how slow the Method is. Or better yet, like trying to push a Heavy Vehicle on foot in LCS. Sure, it moves, but how much time to waste to get 10 feet up the road? A long time...

The thing is, since I was going for this EP/EC Securicar for my 2nd Save, I didn't obtain that Barracks OL from Arms Shortage and instead, I got the Tank from Arms Shortage and delivered it to the EV Crane right away. Bad idea, though, cuz the Tank Method sucks ass. Should of used the BP/DP Barracks OL Method as it's much more reliable. No need to worry about the Tank breaking down...

Yeah, I actually play the Missions the SAME WAY as I played them in 2006 and such. I did III, VC, and SA (only) in 2006 and then didn't play GTA AT ALL until 2013 when V was released. So in the time of 2006 to 2013 ways of doing Missions have been found, yet I never really payed attention to ways of doing Missions faster. For instance, during Sayonara Salvatore, you can easily just snipe him from the roof and Mission Passed! I do the Mission some dumb and incredibly more difficult way by waiting inside the "glass wall building" where a Hidden Package is and waiting for Salvatore to start driving away and then just RPG him or Drive-By the Mafia Sentinel. It can go very smooth or very bad. But since I didn't actually know of or think to snipe him, I used this Method up until my 2nd Save File and my most recent time through III. Playing since 2006, haven't used the Snipe Method until 2017. So yeah, there is probably loads of ways to "go faster," but I never use the Methods. Usually when I open up a speedrun of these 3D Era GTA's, I just see people skipping sh*t, using Replay, teleporting, this and that, and you know what that means? Immediately turn it off and find a new Video...

Ah, no wonder. You actually like how it looks? I think that shiny sh*t looks terrible. That's exactly how Mobile Ports are like, especially for SA, and many, many people on this Forum in various Topics complain over how that looks. Everything looks plastic, glossy, and shiny. Just doesn't feel right...

Anyways, good luck with finishing LCS. It's been a LONG time! :D:p I am about 25% through my 2nd IV Save and will finish it before 2018. Once it's finished, I won't do ANY Saves for ANY GTA's at all and just enjoy my 100% Saves for a few months. However, after a few months, I will come back to doing Saves and will be starting with LCS Mobile and redoing my 1st and only Save for LCS Mobile. It's very outdated and can be better for the Special Vehicles...

I'm going to upset you, but this method is outdated too. What I did in this mission, if you are interested in: deliver Blista to Import/Export, get Mafia Sentinel behind Toni's place (if enough time, then grab armor too), drive inside club's alley, prepare your RPG. When the timer is over, simply shot 3-4 rockets into a door, get in car and kill Salvatore. He will literaly run in your direction.

Something like that, but with Blista and RPG

Well, as for me I like these new methods, including om0 ones. If the main reason get 100% as fast as possible, why you should care about skipping? It is a SpeedRun, not a normal Gameplay. But I must admit that having both normal and "no skipping" categories would be better. Then anyone will be satisfied.

Do I like Xbox Version? Well, sort of. I don't like how cars shine, but other things look good.

Thank you for good luck. Definitely not gonna finish my save any time soon. Game likes screwing me, for instance, when Banshee spawns without H (if it spawns at all, lol).

I want to inform that you CAN'T store the Unique RC Bandit in Portland or Staunton Island Garages. As soon as the RC Bandit leaves the Shoreside Vale Area, it blows up saying "Out of Range."

Thus you can ONLY store the Unique RC Bandit in Shoreside Vale...

Shame, as putting it in the Portland Garage makes the most sense as it's a small Garage and has only a One Vehicle Capacity.

Soon, I'm going to try the EP/EC Securicar after I get the Unique RC Bandit for my 2nd III Save.

GTA III 2nd Save completed!

100% Completion, 0 Wasted, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 75 Mission Attempts, 2 Missions Failed (Escort Service - EP/EC Securicar, Toyminator - Unique RC Bandit), 47 Days Passed in Game

Portland - EP/EC Black Trim Securicar
Staunton Island - DP/EC Black FBI Car, DP NE Taxi, DP NE Hoods Rumpo XL, DP Police, DP Enforcer, DP Ambulance
Shoreside Vale - Unique RC Bandit, DP Banshee, DP Borgnine, DP Mafia Sentinel, DP Sentinel, DP Esperanto

First of all, it could've been 46 Days Passed in Game or less. I had to screw around the Staunton Island Garage to make the layout as you see there. I love it how the DP NE Hoods Rumpo XL is on top of the DP Police.

Also, at the end when I only had to deliver the Rhino to the EV Crane, I delivered it and drove away, realizing that I didn't get 100% nor the Money from doing it. So I went back to the Rhino and when I went back to the EV Crane Location, I got the Money, EV Crane Reward and 100% Completion, thus I wasted one more Day for nothing, thus why it's 47 Days Passed in Game like my 1st Save.

The EP/EC Securicar took me a long, long time to obtain. It's hands down the hardest Vehicle to obtain in III. I used MattJ's Method and had trouble pushing the EP/EC Securicar up the road, it sometimes got stuck inside Belleville Park, it sometimes went around and drove back on its right way etc. I used a normal non-DP Barracks OL, but everything went smooth. But still, this Method is better than the Rhino Method for sure.

About the Unique RC Bandit. It took me some hours. It wasn't too bad to obtain and was pretty simple. You actually don't need to hold anything when failing Toyminator (when getting in and out of the Toyz), you just get in and out of the Toyz spamming Triangle to get out. Garage Part was a small pain in the neck, but everything went smooth.

Now, after 100% Completion I had trouble for the Shoreside Vale Garage to open. Had to stand there for 5 minutes for it to open, weird.

I had to use Mission Scripted Passengers for the Enforcer, Police, Ambulance and EC FBI Car. They're the only random Vehicles that are Special with the DP Property on them. Thus counting them with the RC Bandit and Securicar, I have 6 Special Vehicles and 7 Rare Vehicles in this Save. In my 1st Save, all 13 are Special (except the AP Cheetah which is Rare, but Special in terms of Stats).

I got the NE Taxi and NE Hoods Rumpo XL and made them DP, because Mors did the same so I had to get them. In Story Missions, there are a fake DP Sentinel, fake DP Mafia Sentinel and fake DP Esperanto, so I got real ones for this Save. Also, got a random DP Borgnine and DP Banshee to fill in the empty Spots. In my 1st Save I have all the Sports Cars except the Banshee, because there is no Special Banshee in III, so I got this DP Banshee instead for the 2nd Save. DP Borgnine, because I like the Vehicle.

Anyways, III is now in the box. Next Project? I don't know... VC, probably...

I MAY do a III 3rd Save just for 0 Stats and 13 random DP Vehicles, but mainly for 0 Mission Failed Stats and much much less Days Passed in Game. But for now, III is fully done.

Interestingly, today is my 1 Year Anniversary since I've joined GTAForums, it's pretty cool how I've completed this Save today.

Oh dudes so cool to see you are in obtaining! I mean it's obvoius, what's this guide meant for? But still good to see many guys into this 15 years later when most people in the world don't even know the GTA III as a game. Which is sad, U say I'll play GTA tonight, and they instantly reply I haven't bought one and my computer is not OP (and they mean GTA V) :/ . But anyways, I am still stuck to GTA VC, making perfect starter save takes forever :O and in GTA III is even harder, rampages are more difficult and also peds tend to get wasted more often. But anough of that, I'm now also in GTA V and about to reach first S. V. quite soon, differently from PC version I like GTA V old gen like any other GTA game. So any of u enthusiastic dudes about to deal with GTA V guide in a future? ll be waiting for ya!

III is probably one of the better GTA Games, and having 2 Saves for it is enough for all Special Vehicles in III, plus the other DP nonsense.

When I do Starter Saves, I only look at the Total Playing Time (in III there is no TPT Stat, so I look at the Days Passed in Game Stat), Safehouse Visits and 0 Missions Failed/Wasted/Busted/Cheats, plus any other small Stats which can be easily put to 0. For me, People Wasted by Others to be kept minimum seems impossible and I have no control over it, thus why bother looking at that Stat?

V will be a Project in the far future for me. I currently have Starter Saves in III, LCS, VCS and CW. Next GTA Starter Save to play is VC, then the VC 1st Save with all Special Vehicles which don't need OM0. Then the Starter Saves and 1st Saves for other GTA Game (IV, TLaD, TBoGT and V), and then the SS and 1st Save for SA on PS2, which will be a huge f*cking pain in the neck, but I'll manage somehow.

I want to have 2 Saves for III, 2 Saves for VC, 2-3 Saves for SA, 8-10 Saves for LCS, 8-9 Saves for VCS, a lot of Saves for IV, 2-3 Saves for TLaD, 2-3 Saves for TBoGT, 2 Saves for CW and 2-4 Saves for V. An adventure is about to await me...

So yeah, like I said, III is done for now and I don't need to look back to it.

In Story Missions, there are a fake DP Sentinel, fake DP Mafia Sentinel and fake DP Esperanto

Courtesy of Nick007J, these cars are not exactly DP. They possess a unique flag called "immune_to_non_player", which, as its description suggests, makes the cars immune to any form of damage not caused by the player. That said, they are not only "fake" DP; you can also cruise around Portland and not care about the deadly Mafia, or even drive-by vehicles to death without worrying about explosions.

This property is not stored in garages, hence why you probably haven't heard of it before.

I had to use Mission Scripted Passengers for the Enforcer, Police, Ambulance

Yeah, tbh, can anyone on PS2 get under 39 Days Passed or less while doing a Save with 13 Special Vehicles? I don't think it's possible ESPECIALLY with the 53% Starter Save. No matter how fast we both went, we both finished with in the 40's for Days Passed in Game and both on PS2. I had 46 Days Passed in Game for my 1st Save and 39 Days Passed in Game for my 2nd Save, but the 2nd Save doesn't count since I only have 5 Special Vehicles included and random DP Vehicles don't count, either. But for the main 1st Save with 13 Special Vehicles fully converted, I'd like to see someone get 39 or less Days Passed in Game. Doesn't seem possible in the end...

Yeah, I actually should of thought about this before doing my 2nd Save. Even though these DP Vehicles are completely useless and pointless to have in any Save, the Ambulance, Police, and Enforcer seem to be the BEST ones to have since they are truly one time only and need Mission Scripted Passengers to make them DP as doing the Taxi Trick won't work since Look Back Button is the same as R3 Button to activate an R3 Mission, thus Taxi Driver AND Vigilante is activated at the same time and your game is now permanently glitched if you save over it. Same with Taxi Driver and Paramedics. It's glitched. So the only way to get these 3 Vehicles in DP form is using Missions and once passed, that's it, can't do it anymore, so these are truly special and one time only.

Even though they are completely fake and CAN be recreated anytime with the basic Taxi Trick, the DP Mafia Sentinel, DP Esperanto, and DP Sentinel are also pretty cool as they appear in Missions with those fake Properties, so you can at least make them DP and keep them, but I wouldn't care for these as I can drive a DP Mafia Sentinel, Esperanto, or Sentinel in any Save at anytime, just by using the Crusher after 100% on one of these, putting it into the Garage, and then take it out of the Garage to drive around.
