Special Vehicle Properties Legend:

BP = Bullet Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by Bullets.

DP = Damage Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from Collisions and will not dent from Crashing.

EP = Explosion Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from Explosives.

FP = Fire Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by Fire.

AP = All Proof - BP/DP/EP/FP = AP. AP Vehicles can only be destroyed by tipping them upside down, using the Blow Up All Cars Cheat or if a Tank bumps into the Vehicle.

EC = Exclusive Color - The Special Vehicle has a Special Color or Color Combination that can't be obtained from Pay and Spray or Traffic.

EC2 = Exclusive Color 2 - This Special Vehicle has a Special Invisible Secondary Color only viewable by Save Editors.

Unique = Unique - The Special Vehicle is Unique when it can only be obtained from a Story Mission or Side Mission, the Vehicle itself is Special as it's not possible to find it Parked or in Traffic.

NE = No Extra - The Special Vehicle is missing an Object which is Part of the Vehicle. It's actually a Glitched Property that can be done anytime.


Garages:

Portland - Maximum Capacity is 1, unlocked after Luigi's Girls.
Staunton Island - Maximum Capacity is 6, unlocked after Luigi's Girls, though the actual Island is unlocked after Last Requests.
Shoreside Vale - Maximum Capacity is 6, unlocked after Luigi's Girls, though the actual Island is unlocked after A Drop in the Ocean.

Every GTA III Save can have a Maximum of 13 Vehicles.

1.0. EC Teal Kuruma
Mission: Give Me Liberty + Luigi's Girls (Pass)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Portland, Liberty City! The first Special Vehicle in III is simple to get. It's a Kuruma with a EC Teal Body Color, which in the Game Files is called Blue9. When you start off a New Game and automatically start the Mission Give Me Liberty, you'll be instructed to get into the Kuruma with 8-Ball. That is the EC Teal Kuruma, get into it and drive it to the Portland Safehouse. After that, you'll be instructed to go to the Luigi's Club to start the Mission Luigi's Girls, drive there using your EC Teal Kuruma. After the Cutscene, get into your EC Kuruma again and drive to the Hospital to pick up Misty, after which you will have to drive her back to Luigi's Club. It's important that you do these Tutorial Tasks with your EC Kuruma because you want to keep it. When you pass the Mission, drive the EC Kuruma to the Portland Safehouse and have it stored. The Portland Garage can only hold one Vehicle, so I suggest that you take it to either the Shoreside Vale Garage, because there will be lots of Special Vehicles found during the Portland Chapter of the Game. It's possible to be stored in Staunton Island at this time too, but you would really want this in the Shoreside Vale Garage early to maximize the amount of Special Vehicles in your Save. You can transport the EC Kuruma simply to the other Garages by using a neat trick that allows your Vehicle to become Ghost form, which means the Vehicle will be unsolid, but only the wheels will stay solid, and after you save that Ghost Vehicle in your Garage it will become DP. So this will be an explanation how to get the EC Teal Kuruma to the Shoreside Vale Garage with making it DP at the same time. There are two Methods, one is for all Platforms except for Mobile and the other is the Method for Mobile. I will first explain the Method for all Versions except for Mobile. When you've passed the Mission Luigi's Girls with your EC Kuruma, find a Taxi or a Cabbie and hold down the Taxi Driver Activation Button, get out of the Taxi or Cabbie while holding the Button and get in your EC Teal Kuruma. When you're inside your Kuruma, stop holding the Taxi Driver Activation Button. This will allow you to do Taxi Driver in whatever Vehicle you want. If you're on PC, you should reconfigurate your Controls so the looking behind you while on foot Button is the same as the Sub-Mission Activation Button. When you did that, you'll be doing Taxi Driver in your EC Teal Kuruma, now find a Fare and have the Fare sit in the Front Passenger Seat. It's important that the Fare gets in the Front Passenger Seat as otherwise the Glitch won't work. When you picked up the Fare, drive to the Crusher in Harwood and park your EC Kuruma so that the Driver Seat is blocked off using the Crusher Wall. When you've done that, hold down the Sub Mission Deactivation Button and get out of the Kuruma. When you see the EC Kuruma get picked up by the Crusher Magnet, get in the EC Kuruma by the Front Passenger Door while still holding the Sub Mission Button and when you're in the Kuruma, stop holding the Sub Mission Button to deactivate Taxi Driver. Now you will be sitting inside a Ghost EC Teal Kuruma, whatever you do don't get out of it for now as you won't be able to get in it and the EC Kuruma will be lost. Drive to the Porter Tunnel and drive through the Barriers, your Ghost EC Kuruma will ignore the Barrier Prop as it's a Ghost Vehicle. Now drive to the Shoreside Vale Garage and drive inside the Garage and when the Kuruma is fully inside the Garage, get out of it and let the Garage Door close. Open the Garage Door again and your EC Teal Kuruma will be a DP/EC Teal Kuruma and at the same time it will be transported to Shoreside Vale! This is actually the DP Conversion in III, which is covered in 2.8. of the Guide. To go back to Portland, use the Porter Tunnel to go to Staunton Island and then get a Boat from Newport to sail back to Portland. Also, Taxi Driver won't add any Attempts in the Stats in III. For the Mobile Method, the Taxi Driver in any Vehicle Glitch won't work, instead you'll need to use Misty alone to make the EC Teal Kuruma into Ghost form. When you start Luigi's Girls on Mobile, drive to the Hospital with your EC Teal Kuruma and pick her up, but make sure she's in the Front Passenger Side. Now drive to the Crusher and block off the Kuruma's Driver Doors with the Crusher Wall. Get out of the Kuruma and when the Magnet picks it up, get back in it using the Passenger Door, which will result in you driving a Ghost EC Teal Kuruma. Now take it to Portland Garage, close the Garage and open it again to make it DP. At this moment, get a Random Vehicle from the Streets, pick up Misty and drive her to Luigi's Club. What you want to do now is go back to the DP/EC Kuruma in your Garage and drive it a bit north at a Wall in Hepburn Heights. You want to reverse into the Building Wall Corner so you will drop down the Ground and get onto the solid Subway Tunnel Roof. This can be a bit harder to pull off. When you drop down into Blue Hell and miss the Subway Tunnel, you'll spawn back on the Streets and you can try it again. When you've got the DP/EC Kuruma standing onto the Subway Tunnel, drive towards Staunton Island and when you're in Staunton Island Territory, drop down and fall off into Blue Hell, which will respawn you back onto Staunton Island. Now use the Porter Tunnel to drive it into the Shoreside Vale Garage and store it there. To get back to Portland, use the Porter Tunnel to go to Staunton Island and then drive to Newport to fetch a Boat, using which you'll get back to Portland. It's not as hard as it sounds, it's really easy and undoubtedly a 1-star Difficulty. If you're on the PC Version, you can make this a AP/EC Teal Kuruma using the AP Conversion.

1.1. BP/FP Securicar
Mission: Van Heist (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Securicar with BP/FP Properties on it, which makes it very Special. Before starting the Mission Van Heist, go to the Harwood Fire Station and get a Fire Truck. Drive to Joey's with the Fire Truck and start the Mission Van Heist. After the Mission has begun, simply use the Fire Truck to ram the BP/FP Securicar as hard as you can. This should only take one or two Rams and the Guards will leave allowing you to get inside of it. This is the best and fastest trick to get the Securicar easily, it's not vital to do it and you can use whatever Vehicle you want to ram the BP/FP Securicar. When you've taken control of the Securicar, you'll have a 2 Star Wanted Level. If you've done the Vigilante Missions, you can pick up two Police Bribes from your Safehouse. If not, then pick up some Police Bribes around the Map. When you've lost the Cops, drive the BP/FP Securicar to your Safehouse Garage and put it inside. Now use Greandes or a Rocket Launcher or ram the Securicar inside the Garage into the Wall so it'll explode, but make sure it's inside the Garage when it blows up. After the BP/FP Securicar explodes, the Mission will fail, now open and close the Garage Door to recover the BP/FP Securicar. If the Garage is closed when it blows up and you keep it closed for too long without opening it up, the Wreck can easily vanish, so be quick. You can also ditch the Securicar into the Water at Portland Beach and drive it out, but it's not reliable to do that as you can easily die. When you've renewed the BP/FP Securicar, you can have it stored inside the Portland Garage, but I suggest taking it to either the Shoreside Vale or Staunton Island Garage because there'll be more Special Vehicles to come in the Portland Story Chapter. If you want to store the BP/FP Securicar in Shoreside Vale, then drive it out of the Portland Garage and drive a bit north to the Hepburn Heights Buildings. Reverse or accelerate the BP/FP Securicar into the Tree next to the Building Wall. This will allow the BP/FP Securicar to drop down under the Map and drop down onto the Subway Tunnel Roof. You will need to drop down onto the Subway Tunnel Roof, if you fall down onto Blue Hell you'll respawn onto the Map so you can try it again. If the BP/FP Securicar gets dented too much, have it restored in the Portland Garage nearby. Sometimes the BP/FP Securicar will be half stuck in the Ground and half up in the Air, either horizontally or vertically, if it gets stuck, reload and try again. This Part isn't as easy as it may seem, thus it will take several Attempts. When you've finally managed to drop the Securicar down onto the Subway Roof, drive towards Staunton Island and when you're in Staunton Island Territory, fall down onto Blue Hell. The Game will put you on Staunton Island. Now use the Porter Tunnel to get to the Shoreside Vale Garage and store it there. Confirm the Properties afterwards. Now if you want to go back to Portland, use the Porter Tunnel to get to Staunton Island and then drive to Newport to fetch a Boat to sail back to Portland. Also, you can't put DP onto the BP/FP Securicar because the Crusher Magnet will refuse to get it. So you can't make this a Ghost Vehicle and easily drive to Shoreside Vale through the Porter Tunnel.

1.2. Unique Corpse Manana
Mission: Dead Skunk in the Trunk (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is quite a neat Special Vehicle to have in your Collection. It's a Unique Vehicle and it's only seen in this Mission and can only be obtained and stored from getting it from this Mission. You will not find this Vehicle anywhere else in the Game. It's a Manana with a Leone Mafia Member Corpse in its Trunk. Also, this Grey Color can't be found on any other normal Manana, but it's not EC because this Manana Corpse is a completely different Vehicle to a normal Manana, thus this Manana Corpse is Unique. Also, you can convert this into DP form, but by doing that, you will never be able to see the Dead Body in the Trunk ever again, since you won't be able to damage it and pop it open. So I recommend not converting this one to DP. Making it DP will make it less Special in the end. To obtain this Special Vehicle, start the Mission Dead Skunk in the Trunk and make sure you have some kind of Weapon. When you approach this Unique Manana Corpse, you will have two Sentinels coming after you. What you want to try and do is destroy them so they won't be an annoyance to you. After the two Sentinels are blown up, get inside the Manana Corpse and take it back to Portland Garage. Use your Weapon to blow up the Manana Corpse while it's in your Portland Garage. You can also ram the Manana Corpse repeatedly into the Wall until it catches Fire, then quickly get out and let it explode while it's still in the Garage. When the Manana Corpse is destroyed in your Garage, the Mission will fail. Now you will need to renew the Manana Corpse by closing, opening, closing and opening the Garage Door. Be sure to do this Part quick, otherwise the Unique Manana Corpse Wreck might disappear in your Garage. When you've renewed the Unique Manana Corpse, store it in your Portland Garage and it's yours. But I recommend getting this Vehicle to the Shoreside Vale Garage as there are a lot of Special Vehicles in the Portland Chapter, and if you want them all in the same Save File you should get them to the other Garages. I'd personally save the Game after obtaining this Unique Manana Corpse before getting it to Shoreside Vale as this process can be quite tedious at times. Get your Unique Manana Corpse out of the Garage and drive it a block north. Now, drive the Manana Corpse into the Building Wall to glitch it underground. Eventually, you'll succeed and drop down onto the Subway Tunnel Roof. Though it's not that easy and it may take several Attempts for you until you succeed as weird things tend to happen during this Part, sometimes the Manana is half on the Ground and half in the Air, either horizontally or vertically, stuck in the position and you can't do anything other than reload and try it again. If you've succeeded this, drive the Unique Manana Corpse on the Subway Tunnel Roof to Staunton Island and when you get to Staunton Island Territory, drop down into Blue Hell and the Game will teleport you back onto Land in Staunton Island. Now, use the Porter Tunnel to get to Shoreside Vale and store the Unique Corpse Manana in the Shoreside Vale Garage. You can immediately go to Shoreside Vale without having to blow it up in the Portland Garage, but if you do that you'll need to blow up the Manana Corpse inside the Shoreside Vale Garage to fail the Mission and let the Garage renew it. When the Unique Manana Corpse is stored safe and sound in the Shoreside Vale Garage, simply use the Porter Tunnel to go to Staunton Island and fetch a Boat from Newport to get back to Portland. If you're on the PC Version, you can make this a Unique/AP Corpse Manana using the AP Conversion.

1.3. BP/EP/FP Cheetah
Mission: Turismo (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Cheetah with BP/EP/FP Properties on it and it's one of the more challenging Special Vehicles to obtain in III, but if you're determined, you shouldn't have any issue with it. Make sure you do this task before doing Toni's Mission The Pick-Up, as that Mission will upset the Triads and they will become hostile towards Claude, you'll want to obtain this Vehicle without the annoyance of other Gangs. Also, do the El Burro Missions before Asuka's Mission Sayonara Salvatore, as then the Leones will be hostile towards Claude, the Leones will carry Shotguns which can easily kill Claude. So make sure that you don't piss off any Triads or Mafia. First of all, you'll need to get a Mr Wongs Van and convert it to DP before starting the El Burro Payphone Mission Turismo. Get a Mr Wongs from Chinatown, then find a Taxi from the Traffic and get in it, hold down the Taxi Driver Side Mission and keep holding the Sub-Mission Activation Button when getting out of the Taxi and getting in the Mr Wongs. When you're in the Mr Wongs, let go off the Activation Button and you'll be doing Taxi Driver Missions in a Mr Wongs. Now drive to the Crusher in Harwood, when you're near the Crusher pick up a Fare. Drive to the Crusher and park the Mr Wongs so that the Driver Side Door is blocked off by the Crusher Wall like. Hold down the Sub-Mission Activation Button, get out and then get in the Mr Wongs by yanking out the Fare in the Passenger Seat. You'll want to get in the Mr Wongs when the Crusher Magnet has picked up the Mr Wongs. When you're inside the Mr Wongs at this point, let go off the Activation Button to cancel Taxi Driver. Now your Mr Wongs is in Ghost form, simply drive it to your Portland Garage, do not get out of it until you're at the Garage as you can't get back inside the Ghost Vehicles. Drive the Ghost Mr Wongs straight into the Garage and get out of it, let the Garage Door close and open and your Mr Wongs will be converted to DP. Make sure that you don't back the Ghost Mr Wongs up in the Garage as then you'll have more trouble getting it out. This Taxi Driver Trick only works on Console and PC, for Mobile you'll need to use a Mission Scripted Passenger to make a DP Mr Wongs. Use the Criminals from Joey's Mission The Getaway and when one of them is inside the Mr Wongs, do the Crusher Part like already explained just without holding down any Button. First get in a Four Door Vehicle and then get in the Mr Wongs, so one Criminal will get inside your Mr Wongs, the other two will stay in the Four-Seated Vehicle. When the Passenger is inside, drive to the Crusher so that the Crusher Wall blocks off the Driver Side Door and then get out of the Mr Wongs and get back inside it by yanking out the Mission Scripted Passenger Criminal. Drive the Ghost Mr Wongs to the Garage and let the Garage renew it to make it a DP Mr Wongs. Now go back to the two Criminals and pass the Mission like normally. Everything explained by now is how to get a DP Mr Wongs, you'll need it to obtain the BP/EP/FP Cheetah. When you have the DP Mr Wongs in your Garage, start the Mission Turismo and get in your DP Mr Wongs from the Garage. Now, simply pass the Race using the Mr Wongs until you get to the Final Checkpoint. The Mr Wongs is a really quick Van and a good pushing Vehicle which can be converted to DP, you can easily win the Race using it so don't worry. Don't go through the Final Checkpoint, at this point, turn the DP Mr Wongs around the Final Checkpoint without touching it, and wait for a BP/EP/FP Cheetah to come in sight. When you see a BP/EP/FP Cheetah coming towards the last Checkpoint, go through the Checkpoint to pass the Mission/Race and try to ram the BP/EP/FP Cheetah so that it lands upside down. This doesn't always happen and can take several Attempts, however, you can also obtain it by following one at the end of the Race and then ram it against a Wall where it can get stuck and on be on Two Wheels which makes the Driver leave the BP/EP/FP Cheetah. If that happens, you are good to go. As long as the Driver leaves the BP/EP/FP Cheetah, which can happen in a couple of ways, you are good to go. When you manage to flip the BP/EP/FP Cheetah upside down, the Driver will leave it too. It won't blow up when it's upside down because it's also TP (Tip Proof) before storing it in a Garage, but that Property doesn't save in the III Garages, it can only be saved in LCS and VCS Garages. Use the Mr Wongs to slowly and carefully push the BP/EP/FP Cheetah back to the Portland Garage and always keep a Camera on the Cheetah. This is why you should have DP on the Mr Wongs, as it's a really fast Van, a good pushing Vehicle and it can be made DP so you won't damage it while pushing the BP/EP/FP Cheetah. If you haven't provocated the Triads by doing Toni's Missions, then it's an easy push, I highly suggest to not do Toni's Mission The Pick-Up before obtaining this BP/EP/FP Cheetah as the Triads can be quite a nuisance when pushing the Cheetah. If the Cheetah is on its back while you push it, it may go invisible. Don't panic, it doesn't actually disappear but it rather goes invisible, unless you take the Camera off of it and leave it off of it for several seconds. If the Cheetah becomes invisible happens, change your Camera to the Top Down View and the BP/EP/FP Cheetah will come back in sight. Continue to carefully push it back to the Garage and inside the Garage. Once you have it inside the Garage, let the Garage Door close on it and when you open it again, your new shiny BP/EP/FP Cheetah will be there. Now, save the Game and check on the Properties on the BP/EP/FP Cheetah. After saving it, you can make it DP to make it a AP Cheetah and drive it to the Shoreside Vale or Staunton Island Garage early. I suggest getting the AP Cheetah to Shoreside Vale as there are lots of Portland Special Vehicles and you'll need the Garage Space if you are aiming for 13 Special Vehicles. To get it to the other Garages, simply use the Taxi Driver Trick or Mission Scripted Passengers if you're on Mobile, you can use the Leones from Triads and Tribulations on Mobile, to make it into Ghost Form with the Crusher and then simply drive it to the Shoreside Vale Garage by driving into the Porter Tunnel. The Ghost Property BP/EP/FP Cheetah will ignore the Wall at the Porter Tunnel. Store it in the other Garage and then get yourself back to Portland using the Boats parked at Newport. Make note that after storing it in Ghost form in the Shoreside Vale Garage, it will become a AP Cheetah. Good luck! Also, the Turismo Mission can always be replayed after 100% Completion and this BP/EP/FP Cheetah can be obtained at any time using a Mission Failure Method. This explained Method is the only Method where you can get the AP Cheetah with a Mission Pass, which makes it truly Special along with the Stats. If you want to obtain it at any time using the Mission Failure Method, you will need to have a Rhino Tank, start Turismo at any time after 100% Completion and go to the Race Location into the Marker. Once the Race starts, go back to your Portland Safehouse immediately. Wait at the Road at the Portland Safehouse and block the Street with your Rhino. When the Race Time says 115 or about that Number, you will see the BP/EP/FP Cheetahs coming, just ram one with your Rhino Tank so it explodes into a Wreck and then push the Wreck into the Garage nearby with your Rhino Tank. Make note that by putting it in the Garage, you will risk the Wreck to get vanished, so be very quick putting it inside. Once it's inside and the Mission fails for losing the Race, you will have the BP/EP/FP Cheetah, but as already said, this Rhino Method is inferior as you get an extra Mission Attempt. Getting it from doing Turismo for the first time using the DP Mr Wongs is the Method to use as you don't get any Mission Attempts.

1.4. AP/EC Black Stretch
Mission: Salvatore's Called a Meeting (Fail)
How to Obtain: This AP/EC Black Stretch is quite nostalgic, back in the early 2000's when III was brand new and when this was found it required Cheats to obtain it, one decade later, low and behold, it was found on how to obtain it without Cheats. This is also the only natural AP Vehicle in the whole Game, but you can make a AP Cheetah and AP Bobcat using the DP Conversion, so it's one of only three AP Vehicles in III without the AP Conversion. It has a Black Body Color which is surely EC. To obtain this AP/EC Black Stretch, start the Mission Salvatore's Called a Meeting and drive towards Joey's Garage but don't get into the Blue Marker at Joey's. First, get a Linerunner from the Docks nearby. Park the Linerunner on the side of Joey's Garage on the back of the Building, now get a Random Vehicle so you can jump on top of the Linerunner. You'll need to keep jumping over and over when standing on top of the Linerunner and underneath the lip of the Garage. Eventually, with a little luck, you'll glitch into the Garage. If done correctly, you won't fall into Blue Hell and will land on solid Ground. Run along the Solid Ground towards the left side of the Garage and then get to where the AP/EC Black Stretch is sitting. Simply, get inside out of it and just reverse and fall into Blue Hell. You'll respawn back on Land and now just drive it to the Portland Beach and give it a dunk in the Water very carefully to fail the Mission. Be careful and drive it out of the Water so Claude doesn't die. You can either store this AP/EC Stretch in the Portland Garage or take it to Staunton Island or Shoreside Vale early. If I were you, I'd take it to Shoreside Vale since all the previous Special Vehicles were taken there and it's not hard and will easily fit. If you're not on PS2, drive it to the Movie Theatre near Luigi's place and then reverse the AP/EC Black Stretch into the Wall so it drops down onto the Subway Tunnel Roof, when you've managed that, drive it towards Staunton Island and then drop down into Blue Hell when you're at Staunton Island territory. You'll respawn back onto Staunton Island and you can easily use the Porter Tunnel to get it to the Shoreside Vale Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties and when it's stored there, drive to Staunton Island using the Porter Tunnel and then use a Boat from Newport to easily sail back to Portland. If you're on PS2, despite this AP/EC Black Stretch already being in DP form, you will need to use the Crusher to make it into the Ghost Property temporarily. Find a Taxi and then hold down the Sub-Mission Activation Button, exit the Taxi and enter the AP/EC Stretch and then release the Taxi Driver Button to do the Taxi Driver Missions in a AP/EC Stretch. Drive it to Harwood, get a Fare and block off the Driver Side Door using the Crusher Wall, now hold down the Sub-Mission Activation Button, get out and when the Crusher Magnet gets the Stretch, get inside it again by yanking the Fare out. If done correctly, you'll be in a Ghost AP/EC Black Stretch, now drive it to Shoreside Vale using the Porter Tunnel, the Ghost Property will make the AP/EC Stretch completely ignore the Wall at the Porter Tunnel and you can easily drive it to the Shoreside Vale Garage. Don't get out of the AP/EC Stretch when it's in Ghost Form just yet because you won't be able to get back inside of it. When you're at the Garage, store it inside and let the Garage Door close and then open it again. Your shiny AP/EC Black Stretch will be safe and sound stored in the Garage without being in Ghost form anymore. Note that you can easily do this trick in the Staunton Island Garage, lose the Ghost Property on the AP/EC Stretch in Staunton Island and then either store it there or drive it to Shoreside Vale to store it there. I highly suggest that you lose the Ghost Property in the Staunton Island Garage as the Shoreside Vale Garage will be filled with other previous Special Vehicles from the Guide if you're obtaining them all. Confirm the Properties and when it's stored in a Garage, go back to Portland. Use the Porter Tunnel to go to Staunton Island and then drive to Newport to get a Boat and sail back to Portland to save your Game.

1.5. EC Black Stretch
Mission: Chaperone (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Inferior Special Vehicle, meaning that there's a better Special Vehicle to obtain in the Game with better Properties. It's a Stretch with a EC Black Body Color, though it's not needed to be obtained as you can get an AP/EC Black Stretch which is far better than just a EC Black Stretch. There's seveal Methods to obtain it, depending if you want it raw or if you want it in DP/EC with the DP Conversion Trick. To obtain it, start Chaperone and get into the EC Black Stretch, then simply drive it to the Portland Beach and into the Ocean to dunk it in the Water very carefully to fail the Mission. Make sure to get it out of the Water so that Claude doesn't die. Once you've done it, get the EC Black Stretch to the Portland Garage and you've obtained it. If you want to get it to Staunton Island, do the Taxi Driver Glitch on it and use the Crusher to make it Ghost, then drive it into the Porter Tunnel and drive it to either the Staunton Island or Shoreside Vale Garage to store it. Then you'll have a DP/EC Black Stretch, but if you want it EC Black only, then you'll have to push it through the Ocean from Portland to Staunton Island using a Boat. Have the Stretch parked at the Pier at Callahan Point while the Mission Chaperone is active, then get to Staunton Island using a Ghost Crusher Vehicle or using the Tunnel Glitch, then get a Boat from Newport and drive it to the Pier. Then push the Stretch into the Ocean and once the Mission fails, push the Stretch from Portland to Staunton Island using the Boat, once you get it there, drive the Stretch to the Staunton Island Garage and you're done. Like already said, this EC Black Stretch is not worth it as you need to fail the Mission to obtain it and because there's a much better Stretch to obtain in III, which is the AP/EC Black Stretch. So if you want a good Stretch, get the AP/EC one. Make note that this Vehicle is Permanent Color, but it loses that Property after you store it in a Garage.

1.6. BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb
Mission: Blow Fish (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a very Special and worthy Trashmaster with BP/FP Properties and a Special Unique Car Bomb on it. There are actually two Methods which you can use to obtain this BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb, but this will be an explanation on the better and easier Method of the two. This Method guarantees success whereas the other Method is very luck based and difficult to pull off, resulting in a lot of wasted time. First of all, make sure you've completed the Mission Cutting the Grass before doing this quest. Start the Mission Blow Fish and go to the BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb. Once you retrieve the Trashmaster, simply drive it to the Portland Beach and into the Ocean to dunk it in the Water very carefully to fail the Mission. Make sure to get it out of the Water so that Claude doesn't die. If done correctly, you've just temporarily obtained the BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb. Whatever you do, DON'T activate the Bomb when you're in the Trashmaster, because the Bomb on it is Special. You can't store it in the Portland Safehouse Garage as the Garage is too small for it, to store it and keep it forever, you'll need to keep this BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb by taking it to Staunton Island early. You will need to keep the Trashmaster in Memory whilst completing Blow Fish, Bomb Da Base: Act I, Bomb Da Base: Act II and Last Requests. Do not drive any Vehicles at this point other than the Vehicle(s) given to you during the Missions. For instance, when you start Blow Fish, you'll obviously be given another BP/FP Trashmaster to use to blow up the Triad's Fish Factory. This Vehicle is obviously allowed to be driven and your BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb left in Memory won't disappear. Then during Last Requests, you're given a Reefer Boat to sail to Staunton Island which unlocks it legit and ends the Portland Story Missions. Again, driving this Boat won't make the Trashmaster disappear. Simply park your BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb that you're leaving in Memory for the remaining three Missions, plus a Cutscene for Bomb Da Base: Act I, in a safe location and remember to always run on Foot back to it after completing each Mission and get inside of it, then get out of it, and continue to run on Foot to the next Mission and start it. Once passed, always check to assure the BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb is still where you left it and do not drive any other Vehicles. After passing Last Requests, you just need to run on Foot back to Portland from Staunton Island to get your BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb where you left it in a safe place and simply drive it across the Callahan Bridge to Staunton Island and store it in the Garage. When you're done that, you have permanently obtained the BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb and it's your for keeping. Check the BP and FP Properties and save your Game, since you didn't save the game before failing Blow Fish. What is also really cool about this Trashmaster other than being BP/FP and Rare in terms of it spawning in Traffic, it also has the same Bomb on it for blowing up the Triad's Fish Factory. You can keep the Bomb too. You can always activate it and blow it up whenever you like just for fun. But DON'T blow it up and then save the game though, or you will lose the Bomb which is Special for the Trashmaster. The Trashmaster is too big to fit into 8-Ball's Bomb Shop so you can never get the Bomb back once it's detonated! Also, you can't make this Special Vehicle into DP using the Crusher because the Crusher Magnet won't lift it. Good luck! If you're on the PC Version, you can make this a AP Trashmaster with Bomb using the AP Conversion.

1.7. EC Black Rumpo
Mission: Under Surveillance (Pass)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Staunton Island! This is a Rumpo with a EC Black Body Color, which makes it very Special. The EC Black Rumpo is very easy to obtain, but you'll need to do the Mission in a certain way and order of events to obtain it. Start the Mission Under Surveillance at Asuka's Condo, now drive to Belleville Park and shoot the Leones/Agents inside the Park. When you take them out, drive to the Casino and take out all of the guys on the Building across Kenji's Casino. Once they're dead, drive to the final Target, which will be a couple of guys inside a EC Black Rumpo parked off on the side of the Road. All you have to do is drive into the EC Black Rumpo and shoot at it to force the Driver and the Enemy on the back to get out. Now, simply kill the Driver and Enemy to pass the Mission. Get in the EC Black Rumpo and drive it to your Staunton Island Garage and store it to keep it. You can make this a DP/EC Black Rumpo using the DP Conversion Trick and even store it in the Shoreside Vale Garage early. On Console and PC, use the Taxi Driver in any Vehicle Trick/Glitch to get a Passenger in the Front Seat with you and then apply the Crusher Trick to make it a Ghost and drive it to Shoreside Vale through the Porter Tunnel. Store it in the Garage, close and re-open the garage Door and your DP/EC Black Rumpo will be stored there safe and sound. This should be the sixth and final allowed Special Vehicle to be stored in Shoreside Vale if you've been going through the Guide and obtaining them all following the Tips I've been given to maximitze Storage Space and obtaining 13 Special Vehicles in your Save. To get back to Staunton Island, go to Francis International Airport and get a Predator Boat from there and sail back to Staunton. You can't use the Porter Tunnel this time as it will have Barriers blocking access to it. On Mobile, you'll need to use a Mission Scripted Passenger as the Taxi Trick doesn't work there, use Kanbu from Kanbu Bust Out to make this EC Black Rumpo and the BP Barracks OL later on in the Guide into Ghost and DP, and then have the Rumpo stored in Shoreside Vale. If you're on the PC Version, you can make this a AP/EC Black Rumpo using the AP Conversion.

1.8. BP Barracks OL
Mission: Arms Shortage (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is one of the easier Special Vehicles in the Guide and it's practically given to you. This is a Barracks OL with a BP Property on it, which is why it's Special. Start the Mission Arms Shortage and just pass the Mission. Once passed, the BP Barracks OL will be sitting there accross from where the Rhino Tank is sitting. Just take it back to a Garage and store it. Also, you can convert this BP Barracks OL into DP form using the DP Conversion Trick. Simply use the Taxi Trick to get a Passenger on the Front Seat and then apply the Crusher Glitch on it and store it in the Staunton Island Garage. Now you'll have a BP/DP Barracks OL. But if you're on Mobile, however, you will need to use a Mission Scripted Passenger to do the Crusher Trick, use Kanbu from the Mission Kanbu Bust Out to convert the BP Barracks OL into a BP/DP Barracks OL, but also make the EC Black Rumpo into a DP/EC Black Rumpo and have it stored in Shoreside Vale. Though on Mobile, you will need to scratch the Barracks OL onto the Wall so the Driver Side Door falls off, as that will make the process of converting the BP Barracks OL into DP a lot easier. You can easily convert both the BP Barracks OL and EC Rumpo into DP and pass the Mission Kanbu Bust Out. Surprisingly enough, it's possible to make this BP Barracks OL into DP, while the Securicar and Trashmaster couldn't be done. It's good to convert this beast into DP Form as it can be also used to obtain the next Special Vehicle in the Guide, the BP/EP/FP Bobcat.

1.9. BP/EP/FP Bobcat
Mission: Evidence Dash (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Bobcat with BP/EP/FP Properties on it, which makes it very Special. This Special Vehicle is probably on par with the BP/EP/FP Cheetah in the Guide, it may take several tries to get it, but if you're detemined to get it, you'll need to do this and take your time. It's possible to obtain this BP/EP/FP Bobcat using a Fire Truck to ram the Bobcat on its back, but the Fire Truck obviously will eventually break down from crashing so if I were you, I would use a Barracks OL and have it converted to DP to use it for the BP/EP/FP Bobcat, I highly suggest using the BP/DP Barracks OL from the previous Ray Mission. To obtain the BP/EP/FP Bobcat, start the Mission Evidence Dash with or without your BP/DP Barracks OL and locate the Bobcat. Once you find it, ram it, but don't pick up the Package, and you'll get a 2 Star Wanted Level from ramming the Bobcat. If you pick it up, go to your Safehouse to pick up two Police Bribes to clear it or use Pay and Spray. Once cleared, get your BP/DP Barracks OL from the Garage and once again locate the BP/EP/FP Bobcat which is driving around Staunton Island. What you want to try and do is ram the BP/EP/FP Bobcat in a way so that it flips over on its Back. Once you succeed it, wait for the Message to appear on the bottom of the Screen saying "That car is a decoy!!" The BP/DP/FP Bobcat won't blow up when it's flipped upside down since, just like the BP/EP/FP Cheetah from Turismo, as the Bobcat is TP (Tip Proof). The TP Property will be deleted when you store it in the Garage as Garages in III can't save the TP Property. Use your BP/DP Barracks OL to now push the BP/EP/FP Bobcat all the way back to the Staunton Island Safehouse and into the Garage. On the way, the BP/EP/FP Bobcat may go invisible, if that happens don't panic as it just went invisible and hasn't vanished. If that happens, change the Camera Mode to the Top Down View and you will see the Bobcat so you can continue pushing it. Once you finally get it into the Garage, also put your BP/DP Barracks OL back into the Garage and have them both stored. Get a Random Vehicle from Traffic and continue the Mission as normal by collecting all the Packages and then destroying your own Vehicle to get rid of the Evidence and pass the Mission. Once passed, go check on your BP/DP/FP Bobcat in your Garage by opening, closing and opening the Garage Door and save your Game if it's successfully saved. You can make this a AP Bobcat by converting it into DP using the DP Conversion Trick. On Console and PC, use the Taxi and Crusher Tricks to make them DP which are explained later in the Guide. If you're on Mobile and want to convert it to DP, you need to use Mission Scripted Passengers to convert it. Use the Yakuza from Deal Steal to make it DP, along with making the three EC Sports Cars in the Mission Grand Theft Auto into DP, when you've done that, simply pass Deal Steal. When converted into DP, it will be one of three AP Vehicles in III, the other two are the AP Cheetah and AP/EC Black Stretch. Good luck!

2.0. EC Dark Red Cheetah
Mission: Grand Theft Auto (Fail)
How to Obtain: In this Mission called Grand Theft Auto you can obtain a EC Dark Red Cheetah, EC Dark Red Stinger and EC Dark Red Infernus. All three of them can be obtained at the same time with only failing the Mission once. You can obtain each one and have three Mission Failures in the Stats, but it's better to get all three and fail only once. Also, the EC Infernus is actually EC2, but I call it EC because the whole Color Combination can't be replicated, the EC2 on the Infernus is visible though. The Seconday Color on the Infernus is the Front Medallion/Badge and the Door Handles. The Color that the three Sports Cars have is called Red4, which is fully EC on the Cheetah and Stinger and EC2 on the Infernus. Start the Mission Grand Theft Auto and retrieve each Vehicle, but instead of taking them to the Garage that the Mission is instructing you to take them to, just drive them back to the Staunton Island Safehouse Garage. Park two of them at the Safehouse Garage and when you have the third Vehicle, drive it back to the Safehouse Garage and wait there to let the Mission Timer expire. You can park them inside your Garage and blow them up, but this is not recommended as then you'd accidently blow up your BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb, which may result in the Trashmaster losing the Unique Bomb Property. Once the Mission fails, put them in the Garage and you have them to keep. Pretty easy, at this point if you're obtaining all the Special Vehicles in the Guide up to these three EC Sports Cars, you should have six inside Shoreside Vale and completely filled to the Maximum Capacity. You should also now have six inside the Staunton Island Garage filling its Maximum Capacity including the EC Dark Red Sports Cars. You can make all three of the EC Sports Cars into DP form, so they'll be DP/EC. Portland's Garage would be completely empty at this point which will make converting these three EC Sports Cars in DP form rather easy. On Console and PC, use the Taxi Trick and the Crusher Trick to make them DP like explained later on in the DP Conversion Trick Entry of the Guide. Use the Portland Garage to remove the Ghost Effect from them and have them DP. Make one DP using the Portland Garage, then drive it back to Staunton Island, then do the same with the next, and then the same with the third and last one. If you're on Mobile, you should use a Mission Scripted Passenger to make them into DP form, use the Yakuza Gang Member from Kenji's Mission Deal Steal to make these three EC Sports Cars into DP form, but also make the BP/EP/FP Bobcat into DP to make it a AP Bobcat using the same Passenger and the same Mission, when all four of these Vehicles are converted to DP just pass Deal Steal. Make note that this Vehicle is Permanent Color, but it loses that Property after you store it in a Garage. If you're on the PC Version, you can make this a AP/EC Dark Red Cheetah using the AP Conversion.

The EC Stinger can spawn with or without the Roof, though I highly suggest getting the Roof Variant on the Stinger, as it looks nicer. If you're on the PC Version, you can make this a AP/EC Dark Red Stinger using the AP Conversion.

How to Obtain: Check out 2.0. to know how to get all three EC Sports Cars from the Mission Grand Theft Auto with only one Mission Failure in the Stats. The Color that the three Sports Cars have is called Red4, which is fully EC on the Cheetah and Stinger and EC2 on the Infernus. This EC Infernus is actually EC2 with a visible Secondary Color, but I call it EC because the Color Combination can't be replicated and because you can't have the Primary Color changed while the Secondary Color stays. The Secondary Color on the Infernus are the Front Medallion/Badge and the Door Handles. Make note that this Vehicle is Permanent Color, but it loses that Property after you store it in a Garage. If you're on the PC Version, you can make this a AP/EC Dark Red Infernus using the AP Conversion.

2.3. BP Patriot
Mission: Marked Men (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a really easy Special Vehicle to obtain and it's literally given to you. It's a Patriot with a BP Property on it which makes it Special. Start the Mission Marked Men and drive Ray to the Airport either using the Porter Tunnel, Subway or with a BP Vehicle through the Shoreside Lift Bridge as there'll be FBI Guys with M16's on the Bridge. When you get there and Ray takes a flight to Miami, drive to Ray's Lockup Garage in Staunton and you'll be awarded with Weapons and some Money, but also with the BP Patriot. The Mission will be passed, now just drive the BP Patriot to your Safehouse Garage and store it. If you've been following along with each entry in the Guide and using all the tips mentioned and explained about maximizing Storage Space and where to store all the Special Vehicles up to this point to give you 13 in total, you should have the Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale Garages completely filled with 12 total Special Vehicles. With this BP Patriot that makes it 13 and you can store it in the empty Portland Garage at this time. You can make this a BP/DP Patriot using the DP Conversion Trick, if you're on Console or PC use the Taxi and Crusher Tricks to convert it to DP like explained later on in the Guide, but if you're on Mobile you will need a Mission Scripted Passenger, so use D-Ice's Brother from the Payphone Mission Rumble to convert the BP Patriot into DP. After storing it, just pass the Mission Rumble.

2.4. EP/EC Black Trim Securicar
Mission: Escort Service (Fail)
How to Obtain: If you've been following along and obtained all the Special Vehicles in III up until this point, then you will already have 13 total Special Vehicles which is the maximum you can store in III, rendering this one useless since you can't store it anywhere no matter what. Furthermore, both Console Methods for this EP/EC Black Trim Securicar will require you to have an Empty Garage in Staunton Island which means you'll need to remove a handful of Special Vehicles if you want this one. I suggest making a 2nd Save just for this EP/EC Black Trim Securicar. Also, it may not look EC Black at first, but the Metal Bars on the Securicar are EC Black, usually they are just Grey, which makes this EP/EC Securicar also EC. To get this EP/EC Black Trim Securicar, either have a large Vehicle like a Fire Truck or a Barracks OL, or even your own BP/DP Barracks OL obtained from Arms Shortage with the DP Conversion, also you need to have a Random Vehicle in your Staunton Island Garage. Use your large Vehicle and start the Mission Escort Service with it. Get back in your large Vehicle and follow the EP/EC Securicar's Route until you get to the Belleville Park Location. You will need to force the Driver of the EP/EC Securicar back to your Staunton Island Garage by rubbing on the Side of it after taking out the Colombian Cartel Cruiser. Ram the EP/EC Securicar and make sure the EP/EC Securicar rubs at the left Wall on the Road to your Staunton Island Safehouse. It's best to do this with a BP/DP Barracks OL or just a Random DP Barracks OL, since it won't take any Damage from rubbing against the EP/EC Securicar, but it's possible to do it without a DP Vehicle. If you managed to get it back to the Safehouse, it can very possibly drive into the Garage by itself. Make sure to have the Safehouse Garage open with the random Vehicle that is in your Garage and have it halfway parked outside, so the Garage Door won't close on it. It may get stuck near the Garage but you can easily get it unstuck with the large Vehicle that you've started the Mission in. If the EP/EC Black Trim Securicar drives into your Staunton Island Garage, destroy it using Bullets or Fire so the Mission gets failed while the Securicar is still inside the Garage. Now, simply have the Garage Door close and open when you've done that and the EP/EC Black Trim Securicar will be renewed. Confirm the Properties afterwards and it's yours to keep forever. You can also use a Rhino Tank to get this EP/EC Black Trim Securicar, though the Barracks OL Method is much better as the Rhino gets damaged a lot and may blow up, plus pushing Wrecks in III is a nightmare. Get a Rhino Tank from Arms Shortage or the Emergency Vehicle Crane or from a 6 Star Wanted Level and save it in the Staunton Island Garage. Then simply start the Mission Escort Service with the Rhino Tank and drive it to the same Location near Belleville Park. When the EP/EC Securicar gets to that Location, ram the Rhino into the Securicar and have it blown up. The Mission will fail, now push the EP/EC Black Trim Securicar Wreck into the Staunton Island Garage using the Rhino Tank and let the Garage renew the EP/EC Securicar. Sometimes the Wreck likes to disappear, so you'll need to reload and try again if that happens. Also, you can't convert this EP/EC Securicar to DP because the Crusher won't lift it. On the PC Version, there is a far easier Method to obtain this EP/EC Securicar using the Replay Feature. To do that, get a Police Car to Donald Love's, then hold the Sub-Mission Activation Button which is the same as the Look Behind Button. If it's not the same, reconfigurate the Controls so it's the same. Hold down the Button, then walk into the Mission Marker, skip the Cutscene and keep that Button held. Walk to the EP/EC Securicar and then stop holding the Button. As soon as you take your finger away from the Button, press the Replay Button repeatedly and the Old Oriental Gentleman will get out and the Mission will be failed. I suggest still doing the harder Method with the Barracks OL or Rhino as it's much more fun and challenging to try that. By the way, during the Mission Decoy, which is the next Donald Love Mission, you can get a EC Black Trim Securicar with passing Decoy, but it's useless and inferior as it's better to have a EP/EC Black Trim Securicar.

2.5. EC Black Trim Securicar
Mission: Decoy (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is the same Securicar from the Entry above, but without the EP Property on it, which means it's an Inferior Special Vehicle. Though, the EP/EC one requires a Mission Failure, while this EC one can be obtained with Pass. Also, the EP/EC Securicar is much harder to be obtained than the EC Securicar, so if you give up getting the EP/EC one, get the EC one instead. Also, it may not look EC Black at first, but the Metal Bars on the Securicar are EC Black, usually they are just Grey, which makes this Securicar truly EC. To obtain it, start the Mission Decoy and drive to Pike Creek. Get into the EC Black Trim Securicar and just do the Mission like normal. You'll be slapped with a 6 Star Wanted Level, but don't worry as only Police Cars and Enforcers will spawn. Wait for the Timer to go to zero so the Mission is passed. Once the Mission is passed, drive it to a Garage and store it. Simple Special Vehicle to get, but like I said, it's Inferior and I highly suggest that you get the EP/EC Black Trim Securicar instead of this one. 2.6. Unique RC Bandit
Mission: Toyminator (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is an awesome Discovery and it works on PC and Console Versions of III, it's the Unique RC Bandit in III! This RC Bandit can be obtained from the Mission Toyminator and it's not a solid Vehicle, meaning it has no collisions, also it can't be driven or controlled by Claude. It's one of those Special Vehicles which can only be admired and looked at in your Garage. Before getting this, make sure that you don't have three or more Vehicles in your Shoreside Vale Garage, that's very important, because if you have that and obtain the RC Bandit, you won't be able to get the Garage Door to open forever. I don't know if that claim is true or false, but do that as it's better to be safe than sorry. It's best to not have any Vehicles in that Shoreside Vale Garage before getting it. To obtain this, start the D-Ice Payphone Mission called Toyminator and drive to the Toyz Van in Wichita Gardens. Enter it and then repeatedly press the Exit Button so that Claude enters and immediately exits the Toyz, then the Mission will fail. If that doesn't seem to work for you, enter it while holding the Honk Button at the same time as Claude is entering it, keep holding the Button and repeatedly press the Exit Vehicle Button so Claude will exit the Toyz Van. It's important that you do that. When you've done that, you will see the RC Bandit still being there on the Road and you will realize that you can control the Unique RC Bandit while also controlling Claude's On Foot Controls. What you want and need to do is navigate the Unique RC Bandit into the Shoreside Vale Garage. Whatever you do, don't press the Fire Button while navigating it, which is LMB on PC and Circle/B on PS2/Xbox. On PC, the W Button will navigate Claude to walk forward and also makes the RC Bandit accelerate, the A and D Buttons will make Claude walk left or right and also make the RC Bandit turn left or right while holding W. The S Button will make the RC Bandit drive in reverse while also making Claude walk backwards. On PS2/Xbox, the X/A Button will make Claude sprint and also makes the RC Bandit accelerate, while turning the Left Analog Stick left or right will make the RC Bandit turn left or right while you hold the X/A Button. The Square/X Button will make the Unique RC Bandit drive backwards, while also making Claude jump. Now, when you've navigated the Unique RC Bandit to the Garage, you will need to drive it inside the Garage. Now this is where the hard part comes. You need to press the Fire Button just before the Garage Door fully closes. So walk towards the Garage Door and then away from it, and when it starts to close, press the Fire Button as soon as it's nearly closed. You can use the Adrenaline Pill as a help for that Step, though you must complete Paramedic to get the Adrenaline Pill at the Hideouts. If you don't do it right, the Unique RC Bandit will disappear and you'll need to redo it. When you have finally managed it, then you have just obtained the Unique RC Bandit and it's stored forever in the Shoreside Vale Garage. By the way, you can't store this Vehicle in the Staunton Island or Portland Garages, if you try to drive it away from Shoreside Vale, the RC Bandit will just explode and say Out of Range on the Screen. The RC Bandit obviously can't be made DP and when you try to enter it, the Game will crash. Good luck!

2.7. AP Conversion Trick (PC only)
Mission: The Exchange (Fail)
How to Obtain: Only on the PC Version of III, you can convert any Vehicle to AP and make it Special. The reason why you can make Vehicles AP using this Conversion only on PC is because this uses the Replay Feature which is exclusive to the PC Version. To convert Vehicles to AP, you need to be on The Exchange, which is the Final Mission in III, and you will need to save a Replay from Shoreside Vale, so before doing this, go to Shoreside Vale and do a Replay and save it, then reload the Save File. You will also need to understand the Concept of the Vehicle Pool in III, because you can only make Vehicles AP which are in the First Slot of the Vehicle Pool. The Vehicle Pool is a List of Vehicles which are active and have spawned at the moment when you're playing III. In most cases, Slot 1 will be empty. To get your Vehicles from the Garage, which you want to be made AP, into Slot 1 of the Vehicle Pool will be quite easy and I highly suggest that you do the following in the Staunton Island Garage. If you have only one Vehicle in the Garage, press F1, which is the Replay Button, and then open the Garage immediately. Your Vehicle should be placed in Slot 1. If you have 2 Vehicles, then one will be in Slot 1 and the other won't. Make note that you can't know which Vehicle is in Slot 1 so it may rely on luck, if you don't use any Script to know which Vehicle is in Slot 1. If you have more, the same applies, plus you will have to manipulate the Vehicles in the Garage, which means removing Vehicles from it, closing, pressing F1, opening the Garage Door and then putting the Vehicles back in. Again, you won't know which Vehicle will be in Slot 1 in your Garage if you have more, so you will need to assume that your Vehicle which you want to make AP is in Slot 1. The El Train from Portland is always available and it's always in Slot 2 of the Vehicle Pool. You may also use the Portland Garage to put Vehicles in Slot 1, but there will be Random Traffic Vehicles around which may make the Portland Garage unreliable for it. Let's assume you have your Vehicle that you need for the Conversion in Slot 1. Get in it and don't do any Replays, simply drive to Catalina's Mansion, leave your Vehicle in a safe spot so it won't vanish and start The Exchange. After the Cutscene once you leave the Mansion, activate the Shoreside Vale Replay with Slot 1 empty, spam the Button and continue spamming it, until you are sure that you left the Mansion Area. When the Cutscene starts, it will show your Vehicle instead of Catalina's Escape Helicopter. If the Cutscene shows the Helicopter, restart the Game and do it all again. If it doesn't show anything and there is a Red Blip on the Radar far away, you used a bad Replay, so make a new Replay and store it. If it doesn't show anything and there is no Blip, then you were spamming Replays for too long and you'll need to redo it all. If the Cutscene has shown your Vehicle, get in it and drive it to a Garage and store it. You will notice that your Vehicle has a Red Corona behind it. Now, go to the Road and look for a Vehicle with the Red Corona behind it. Use F1 Replays to reset the Current Vehicle Pool Slot Position. Once you see it, get into it and don't let it despawn by any means. Take it to a safe spot, now wait for Timer to run out. Once the Timer goes to zero, the Vehicle with that Red Corona will disappear. You can now save and reload the Game. Your Garage will now contain your Vehicle in AP form, meaning it will be fully Proofed. Quite cool. You can get Vehicles from the Storyline and upgrade them, for example, you can make a AP/EC Teal Kuruma, Unique/AP Corpse Manana, AP Trashmaster with Bomb, AP/EC Dark Red Sports Cars, AP/EC Black Trim Securicar, AP/EC Black FBI Car, AP/NE Taxi and AP/NE Hoods Rumpo XL. Making the NE Vehicles and EC FBI Car into AP will convert them to fully Special. Also, there are some Vehicles which can't be made DP using the DP Conversion Trick, so you can make them AP. These Vehicles are the Fire Truck, Trashmaster, Blista, Securicar, Bus, Rhino, Dodo, Predator, Speeder, Reefer, and RC Bandit. The Boats converted to AP will be useless as you can't store them, just like that Unique Ghost Missing from Gone Fishing which is unobtainable. I'm also not sure if you can make a Unique/AP RC Bandit, though that would be useless too. If anything, making a AP Fire Truck, AP Blista, AP Securicar, AP Bus, AP Rhino, and AP Dodo will be good enough. Also a AP Coach would be interesting. For the bigger Vehicles, you will need to get OM0 during The Exchange and activate the Paramedic Side Mission after getting the required Vehicle AP, the Mission will be cancelled and the Timer is no longer an issue. Any Vehicle can be made AP, so have fun making AP Vehicles on III PC.

2.8. DP Conversion Trick (Almost Any Vehicle)
Mission: Free Roam using Taxi Driver Glitch (All Platforms except Mobile) / Scripted Passenger from Story Missions in Front Seat (Mobile, but also works on all Platforms)
How to Obtain: This Conversion Trick allows you to make almost any Vehicle in III into DP form simply using the Crusher in Harwood. The Vehicles that can't be made into DP form are the Fire Truck, Trashmaster, Blista, Securicar, Bus, Rhino, Dodo, Predator, Speeder, Reefer and RC Bandit. First seven Vehicles the Crusher refuses to lift them so it's not possible to convert them, next three Vehicles are Boats which obviously can't be made into DP using the Crusher and the RC Bandit obviously can't be made into DP because it's not solid and not controllable after obtaining it. You can't make these eleven Vehicles into DP on any Platforms. So, any Vehicle other than those can be made into DP form, interestingly you can make a Barracks OL into DP though it's bigger than the Blista. You can use any Special Vehicle from the Guide, which aren't too heavy for the Crusher, and make them into DP. The DP Conversion Trick doesn't delete any Properties that the Vehicle previously has. So, for example, you can convert the BP/EP/FP Cheetah into DP, then you'll get an AP Cheetah. You can convert the EC Teal Kuruma and have a DP/EC Teal Kuruma. Converting the BP Barracks OL will make it a BP/DP Barracks OL. There are two Methods which can be used and this will be an explanation for both of them. The first Method can be done at any time during Free Roam and it's much simpler and easier, but it's only possible on Console and PC and not possible on Mobile. The second Method is for Mobile and it's much harder and you'll need to use Story or Payphone Mission Scripted Passengers to make Vehicles into DP. The Mobile Method works on all Platforms and should only be used for non-Mobile Platforms if you want to make the Police, Enforcer, FBI Car and Ambulance into DP form. First, the Console and PC Method, first you'll need to find a Taxi or Cabbie or even a Borgnine. When you've found a Taxi Vehicle, drive it to your Garage where your Special Vehicle is that you want to make into DP form. You can also use any random Vehicle from Traffic if you really want to, too. Get your desired Special Vehicle out of the Garage. Now you'll want to do the Taxi Driver in any Vehicle Glitch. On PC, make sure the Look Back on Foot Camera Button is the same as the Sub Mission Activation Button in your Controls Configurations in your Options. Get in your Taxi/Cabbie/Borgnine and then hold down and keep holding down the Sub Mission Activation Button, get out of the Taxi Vehicle while holding down the Button and then enter the desired Vehicle you want to make into DP. When you're inside the desired Vehicle, release the Sub Mission Button. Now you will be doing the Taxi Driver Missions inside the desired Vehicle you want to make into DP. Now, drive to the Crusher location at Harwood in Portland. When you're near it, get a Fare Passenger and make sure he enters the Front Seat of the Vehicle. It's very, very important that he gets into the Front Seat of your desired Vehicle or else this won't work. When you've done that, drive to the Crusher and block off the Driver Side Door with the Crusher Wall. After that, keep holding down the Sub Mission Activation Button and then exit your Vehicle while still holding that Button. When you see the Crusher Magnet picking up your Vehicle, get in the desired Vehicle while still holding down the Button all before the Taxi Driver Timer runs out. Claude will then yank out the Fare from the Front Seat and enter the Vehicle while the Magnet is attached onto the Vehicle. When you're inside, you can release the Sub Mission Activation Button and the Vehicle will drop down onto the Ground. Now, you will be driving a Ghost Version of your Vehicle. Whatever you do, don't exit it for no reason until you're at your Garage, because otherwise you won't be able to enter it back again. When you're inside the Ghost Vehicle, drive to any of your Garage and have the Ghost Vehicle stay inside your Garage. Now, get out of your Vehicle while it's in the Garage and let the Garage Door close on it. Re-open the Garage and the desired Vehicle was successfully converted to DP form. Basically, you need to make sure the Vehicle is Ghost-ed when it's in the Garage. When the Vehicle is in Ghost form you will see the Vehicle getting larger in size and collisions won't affect it, meaning it can fall into Blue Hell and when that happens, it will respawn back onto the Road. Because of it getting larger in size it might be harder for the Garage Door to close onto it, so just run away from the Garage Door, get in a random Vehicle and then come back, your desired Vehicle will still be there in DP form. It's very simple to do it. For the second and Mobile Method, you can't do the Taxi Driver Glitch like on Console on PC, it's completely patched. What you'll NEED to use are Mission Scripted Passengers. You can easily use Mission Scripted Passengers for every Special Vehicle in the Guide and have them all into DP by the end easily, though it might take you a longer while. To do this Method, start a Mission with a Mission Scripted Passenger and when you have the Person following you, get in your desired Vehicle you want to make into DP and have him/her sit on the Front Passenger Seat, then do the Crusher Glitch like already explained which is completely the same, just without the holding down Button Part, and drive the Ghost Vehicle in your Garage, close and open the Garage Door and your Vehicle is now DP. Now, you can make your other desired Vehicles into DP using this same Method, but when you're done with it, pass the Mission. Almost any Mission with Mission Scripted Passengers can be used to also pass the Mission, only the ones with a Mission Timer won't work like Fuzz Ball or Marked Men. Now, I will list out all the Story Missions with Mission Scripted Passengers which can be used to make your Special Vehicles from the Guide into DP. Luigi's Girls can be used to make the EC Teal Kuruma into DP using Misty. The Getaway can be used to make the Mr Wongs into DP form as a prerequisite for obtaining the BP/EP/FP Cheetah from Turismo using the Leone Bank Robbers. Triads and Tribulations can be used to make the BP/EP/FP Cheetah into DP using the Leone Mafia Gang Members. Kanbu Bust Out can be used to make the BP Barracks OL and EC Black Rumpo into DP using Kanbu. Deal Steal can be used to make the BP/EP/FP Bobcat and the three EC Dark Red Sports Cars into DP form using the Yardie Guy. Lastly, Rumble can be used to make the BP Patriot into DP form using D-Ice's Brother. Another option is to use Liberator to make Vehicles into DP using the Old Oriental Gentleman. Some are long and tedious to pass while making Vehicles into DP, but it's not hard. For the BP Barracks OL, you will NEED to chop off the Passenger Side Door before doing the Crusher Trick as otherwise Claude won't be able to get into the Barracks OL quick enough. To make the Police, FBI Car (EC Black FBI Car), Enforcer and Ambulance into DP, you'll NEED to use Mission Scripted Passengers even on Consoles, because if you do it with the Taxi Driver Glitch on PS2, you will permanently disable yourself from being able to do Taxi Driver Missions ever again, thus your Save will be permanently glitched. Same thing will happen if you use the Taxi Driver Glitch on the Fire Truck, though it can't be made DP. For the Ambulance, you can actually make it DP during Free Roam even on Mobile and on Console. To do that, get to Harwood and kill some Pedestrians there so an Ambulance spawns. Once it spawns, get into it. Once the Paramedic heals the Dead Person, he will want to get into the Ambulance back, so lure him with the Ambulance to the Crusher. Park the Ambulance at the Crusher Zone and then get out of it, time it correctly so that the Medic gets into the Ambulance right after the Magnet touches the Ambulance. Once you pull that off and the Medic is in a Ghosted Ambulance, jack the Medic out of the Ambulance and drive it to a Safehouse Garage to make it DP. The DP Conversion Trick is really easy to pull off and it also works on LCS with a slightly different Method.

2.9. EC Black FBI Car
Mission: Free Roam after Last Requests when Five Star Wanted Levels get unlocked
How to Obtain: This is barely a Special Vehicle but it's included in the Guide because it is EC. This EC Black FBI Car can be obtained at any time when the Five Star Wanted Levels get unlocked, after the Mission Last Requests. All you need to do is get a Five Star Wanted Level and then steal one of those Black FBI Cars that will chase you, then store it in your Garage. Lose the Wanted Levels using Pay and Spray with a random Vehicle or by just collecting the Police Bribes at your Safehouse Garage which are unlocked after doing Vigilante. You may ask why this is EC Black while it's found in Traffic, well if you take the FBI Car into Pay and Spray, it will turn into Dark Grey and always will be Dark Grey, just like those FBI Cars which are used in the FBI Blockages on the Map during Five Star Wanted Levels. So make sure you jack the ones which are Black and chase after you. You can easily use the Staunton Island Safehouse Entrance as Cover to easily obtain this EC Black FBI Car. Now, here's something very important to mention, you can't make this EC Black FBI Car into DP Form using the Taxi and Crusher Tricks, as the Taxi Trick simply won't work on it, just like how it wouldn't work on the Ambulance, Police and Enforcer, atleast on PS2. It may work on the PC Version, but if you convert it to DP on the PS2 Version then it'll be a Truly Special Vehicle in III. If you try the Taxi Driver Glitch on the FBI Car, Police, Ambulance, Fire Truck and Enforcer, then you won't ever be able to do Taxi Driver Side Missions ever again, thus your Save will be permanently glitched. To make this a DP/EC Black FBI Car, you will need to use a Mission Scripted Passenger. Same thing that you'll need to do if you want a DP Police or DP Enforcer or DP Ambulance. I suggest using D-Ice's Brother from the Payphone Mission Rumble to make this EC Black FBI Car into DP Form. If you're on the PC Version, you can make this a AP/EC Black FBI Car using the AP Conversion.

3.0. NE Taxi
Mission: Free Roam (Anytime)
How to Obtain: This is not really a Special Vehicle, but a Rare and Glitched Variant of a Normal Traffic Vehicle. This is a Taxi without the Taxi Lights on its Roof, meaning it's Lightless. You can always obtain it at any time of the Game, thus it's not really Special. To obtain it, get to the Shoreside Vale Garage and run towards the Garage and back to the Street. It may take a while, but you'll eventually see a Taxi without Lights on the Street, this is the NE Taxi. Get into it and store it in a Garage. You can make this DP and then you'll have a DP/NE Taxi, which is only really Special on Mobile, but still Rare on all other Versions of III. If you're on the PC Version, you can make this a AP/NE Taxi using the AP Conversion, meaning that it will become Special.

3.1. NE Hoods Rumpo XL

Mission: Free Roam (Anytime)
How to Obtain: This is not really a Special Vehicle, but a Rare and Glitched Variant of a Normal Traffic Vehicle. This is a Hoods Rumpo XL without the Hoods Graffiti on its Side, meaning it's Graffitiless. You can always obtain it at any time of the Game, thus it's not really Special. To obtain it, get to the Shoreside Vale Garage and run towards the Garage and back to the Street. It may take a while, but you'll eventually see a Hoods Rumpo XL without Graffitis on the Street, this is the NE Hoods Rumpo XL. Get into it and store it in a Garage. You can make this DP and then you'll have a DP/NE Hoods Rumpo XL, which is only really Special on Mobile, but still Rare on all other Versions of III. If you're on the PC Version, you can make this a AP/NE Hoods Rumpo XL using the AP Conversion, meaning that it will become Special.

How? By backing it up on top of the DP/EC2 Infernus. How else? It's not hard at all. GTAKid667 did it. fnxrak did it. I did it and several other people who went for all 13 did it, as well. Obviously I take out the DP/EC Cheetah blocking its path before backing the Bobcat up onto the Infernus. Common sense, really.

 

To get them all out of the Garage is easy, too. I just jump on top of the DP/EC Cheetah in the front of the SI Garage and that allows me to open the door of the BP/DP Barracks OL and drive it out. Next, I can drive out the DP/EC Cheetah, followed by the AP Bobcat, DP/EC Stinger, DP/EC2 Infernus, and lastly, the BP/FP Trashmaster. In SSV, I can take out the AP Cheetah first by jumping over it and getting inside of it from the driver's side door. After that, I can take out the DP/EC Rumpo. Then I just use Claude's body alone to push out the Unique Corpse Manana and once I do that, I can just open the driver's side door of the DP/EC Kuruma and take that out, followed by the AP/EC Stretch and last, the BP/FP Securicar.

 

I've done GTA III 5 times (4 on PS2 and 1 on iOS) and I've obtained all 13 3 of the 5 playthroughs. It's really easy to do all this stuff with more experience...

 

Both my PS2 and iOS Saves are identical. Only difference is on PS2 my Barracks OL is BP/DP and on iOS it's only BP. Also, on PS2, I have 78 Mission Attempts whereas on iOS I have 79. Other than these minor differences, they are exactly identical...

Nah, I already did that in the past and then had them removed from this Forum and GTAGarage. I don't like handing them out to anybody. Anyone has the ability to do this stuff themselves if they wish. It's all up to the Player to try all of this out on their own.

 

Instead of posting Saves, I just post the Photos of my Collections as well as the Garage Layouts, etc.

 

There is now a Special Vehicle Guide made by me for III, VC, SA, LCS, VCS, and CW. Expect a IV and TLaD Guide sometime in the future, as well.

 

If you want help on doing it yourself, I can assist you, like I do everyone else, but I will NOT post any of my Saves anymore...

Btw about the guide, i'm pretty sure you don't need to enter the Trashmaster after every mission, as long as you don't drive too many cars.

Just one correction: the Cheetah, the Infernus and the Stinger from "Grand Theft Auto" are brown, if we are to believe the color designations the game provided them with. The Infernus is also fully EC, because the version that spawns in the traffic is of somewhat lighter color. Just check it out once you have time. The problem with the Infernus is that it also uses a livery, although not full, on top of it - and this livery is the black tint you no doubt saw on the hood and on the roof of the car. The bottom is free of this tint.

 

The Securicars in "Escort Service" and "Decoy" are fully black as well, but as I explained before, because of the livery all we can see is the black trims.

 

P.S. Notice how the colors are bleached in PC, Xbox and Mobile versions of the game compared to PS2. If PC is explainable, since back in 2001 PCs could not support such profound graphics, the Mobile is somewhat of a mystery to me.

@Arsen, someone in the old Topic on PC posted a screenshot of the Infernus taken from GTA and then one found in Traffic and they were identical. WildBrick142 also looked in main.scm and confirmed it's EC2 that the Color found in traffic is identical to the one in GTA, but the badges or something were different and that's why it is EC2. The main primary color spawns in traffic says main.scm.

 

Purple/Red or Brown, yeah, I was unsure what to actually call these. They look slightly different depending on the Version, so I couldn't decide what Color to call these. I will fix the Guide this weekend or after I get home from work. I am not around as much now, but this weekend I will fix things...

Yeah, TEMPORARILY obtaining these Vehicles is easy. PERMANENTLY obtaining them and KEEPING all 13 is the greater challenge. I only show Videos in the Guide which show it all. No point in obtaining a Vehicle and then not showing the most important part, storing them...

If you are talking about Aldi, he already has a guide on how to obtain the vehicles temporarily.

If you're talking to me, i am currently doing a III guide, and VC sometimes later :p

I know that but I just meant few weeks ago, Militia told me he will make these special vehicle guides for GTA 3 and Vice City (which are posted since 2 days) to replace old ones by lol232 and Aldi. Sorry if my previous posts were confusing but last night I didn't sleep well. Hope that I cleared the confusion now. :p

Yeah, they weren't accurate. They were outdated and Aldi's was a copy/paste job, which isn't welcomed on the Forum. I asked an Administrator on the Forum, and said Admin gave me the green light to make them, replacing the other Guides. Lets be honest, nobody is into it as much as I am. I am the rightful person to be making the Guides for all the GTA's since apparently by looking at a lot of things and seeing people's comments I know a lot more than them and been doing all of this for years now on multiple Platforms at that, too...

 

It took me 1 day to make the III and VC Guides. It took me 3 days to make the LCS Guide. Just like it taking a short amount of time to reach 100% with Minimum Stats, and all the Special Vehicles. It's simple these days...

 

@GTAGuy, but you could of just looked at the Comment above, where I supplied the URL to all the Guides I made under gts. comment. You gotta read before asking or questioning things. It's all right in front of you. I told you this many times in PM. People don't have to ask me everything. A simple read over the Topic, or a simple Youtube Search, or a simple Google Search can find ALL the answers you need. How do you think I got to where I am? I didn't just wake up one day and know all this stuff and how to do it. It took years...

You have misunderstood me, just like FR. I KNEW that you made these guides and I DID see that comment you made that listed all the guides you made for rest GTA games. All I was saying is that I wondered few weeks ago if/when you will make these guides for 3 and VC, considering the fact that you always deleted my PMs and didn't want to talk to me...until yesterday (or 2 days ago) when I noticed that you posted these guides, so I made a new PM and start talking about the guides and mobile GTA games. I plan to buy a new mobile soon and get GTA 3, VC, SA and LCS. I am mostly looking forward to play LCS because it will be my very first playthrough and it will be exciting to play a new GTA for first time. But I think I will start playing the games in order, from 3 to LCS.

 

Now let's get back on topic, please. :lol:

Okay, went back to III, changed all vehicles to DP, re-organized them and now my 100% file is complete. I didn't end up using all 13 garage spaces because I didn't end up getting that many special vehicles. So I'm kind of disappointed that I skipped vehicles like the Manana and Trashmaster but there is always next time. Not really that special but I took pics and added them to my profile.

As you can see, I still have like 5 garage spaces left but I'm kind of happy with Staunton. It's so neat. Oh well, it was the first GTA game I got special vehicles in so I guess it's cool.

You'll get better with more playthroughs. Even if you don't think it will happen, it always does. I've, as did many other people, said that we were done after the Save and wouldn't do it again, but it always happens again and again, since it becomes addicting to gather all of these up for each GTA and assemble the ultimate Save. In time, I know you'll get more. Personally, I wouldn't make "random" Vehicles DP, like the Stinger or even the Lightless Taxi (Glitched Vehicle). I wouldn't even obtain Glitch Vehicles to begin with due to the storage space. If this was VC, then it's easy to do since there is 44 spots to store Special Vehicles in VC but only 26 Special Vehicles in the game. So having those Glitched Vehicles is pretty cool since there is so much storage space to burn. But with III, and only having 13 spots to fill, I only pay attention to specifically what is obtainable in the game and then pick from them and get ALL the Proof Vehicles and EC Vehicles and make them DP when necessary. So by doing this, from the list in the Guide, removing all the Inferior Vehicles like the EC Stretch and the EC Securicar, you only have 14 Special Vehicles. You'd have to choose from either the BP/FP Securicar or the EP/EC Securicar and I'd always go with the BP/FP Securicar. This is why I obtain ALL 13, minus the EP/EC Securicar since there isn't the space for this 14th Vehicle.

 

However, it's still a good Save. The first time I did III, but this was back in 2006, I had the BP Patriot and the BP Barracks OL (Not BP/DP - Crusher Was Unknown at the Time). But this was when I wasn't so serious. I only became serious in 2014 to the present. In the second Save, I got 7 Special Vehicles (AP/EC Stretch, AP Cheetah, AP Bobcat, BP/FP Securicar, BP/FP Trashmaster, BP/DP Barracks OL, and BP/DP Patriot), this was in 2014. But then in the third, fourth and fifth Saves, I got all 13. One of these Saves, I had the EC Securicar and not the DP/EC Cheetah. I've perfected the Save now to have all 13, but also 78 Mission Attempts, with passing for the AP Cheetah. I used to fail the Mission to obtain the AP Cheetah and I did the same in my Mobile Save (79 Mission Attempts), but on PS2 it can't get any better at this point. I may do another Save File, though, simply to gather up the EP/EC Securicar as well as ALL Glitch Vehicles and make them DP, of course, minus the Securicar since it doesn't work. I'll have the space, since I won't be going for any of the current 13 I have...

 

At least you have the 3 out of 4 best Special Vehicles and most fun in III. AP Cheetah, AP Bobcat, and BP/DP Barracks OL. Missing the AP/EC Stretch...I remember this back in 2006 where everyone called it the Everything Proof Stretch and used to obtain it and fly it across the water to Staunton Island. It was said only obtainable with Cheats. 10+ years later? :D:p

 

Oh, and I like your Profile...It reminds me of.....MINE! :D:p Eventually, you'll have done this in all the GTA's. Give it a couple years...

Well, I meant to get the EC Stinger but stupid little me for some reason skipped it but I got the EC Infernus for some reason? lol, I was lazy as f*ck on that save. I'll probably go back to it after I finish my 100% run of all GTAs (minus GTA 1, 2 and Advance). I'm really f*cking disappointed with my VC save. I literally didn't get sh*t, I skipped so many vehicles for no reason seeing how there's so much garage space. f*cking pulling my hair out now. And sh*t, I got addicted fast. Skipped so many in III and VC and told myself I was only going for easy ones. Then on SA, I said f*ck it and when for Greenwood and Firetruck. How things change xD.

Yeah, that, too. If you do it in ALL the GTA's and take a break in between, when you go back to do another run, it's THAT much easier. Since you did III, VC, and now finishing SA and soon onto LCS and maybe VCS after, when you go back to III and VC, etc, it'll be THAT much easier and you'll definitely go for all of them. In a few years, you'll notice it's actually not that difficulty, you just need to have the patience in the end. Some skill is also necessary, but not for ALL of them...Even some luck can be involved, too.

When Fooking Rekt shows the BP Barracks OL being obtained and converted to DP, that might give me some inspiration to re-do my Mobile Save for III and get the Cheetah this time with passing the Mission and make the Barracks OL into DP form. These two differences would make my Mobile Save exactly identical to my PS2 Save, then...

Nice! I always wanted to see the BP Barracks OL be converted to DP on Mobile. It's the ONLY Special Vehicle in my Mobile Save that I don't have converted to DP that needs to be converted. I'll probably re-do III on both PS2 and iOS in the future, anyways, as I am in the mood and since I have the 53% Starter Save for both Platforms, it'll go by quick. I'll probably do it on PS2 first. My Save is perfect for PS2, btw, but I want to do it where it's in Slot 2 and my Starter Save is in Slot 1, but all on the SAME File. Same for VC...I only have the Starter Save WITH the other 100% Save(s) in SA, LCS, and VCS all on the same SINGLE File. But for III and VC, I have the Starter Saves separate and the 100% Saves on another Save File separately, too. I'd literally be doing a replica of what I already have, however, in the process, I might get the EP/EC Securicar on a File as well, like in Slot 3. I'll have the SAME 13 I have now, fully converted to DP with 78 Attempts and then in the next Slot underneath it, I will have the SAME 13, except NOT the AP Cheetah and INSTEAD the EP/EC Securicar. So both Saves will have Minimum Stats being 78 with the Cheetah and 79 with the Securicar and my Starter Save along with it, all on ONE File, with 3 Save Slots...

 

But yeah, I can do this in the future. Besides with 53% Starter Save in III and 44% Starter Save in VC, it will take all of 2-3 days for III and 3-4 days for VC, tbh...

 

Btw, the Rhino Tank is actually BP. But not BP/EP, like normal Rhino Tanks...
