The whole topic is a spolier, enjoy it.

I hate Hostlie Negotation, Roman is kidnapped and well, There's many guys you have to beat up
and also, They have everything that makes it really hard, A massive
impossible mission for me, So well I tried, used Cheats BECAUSE
IM A F*CKING P*SSY. And somehow I completed it, On the PEE CEE
(PC) Version I coudn't do it, My friend did it for me and completed it,
But I still hate it after all the sh*t it has been put me up to, Bye.

Its actually a well crafted mission that captures the vibe of GTA IV's Russian mob feel perfectly.

There's no reason at all to hate this mission

I dont want to be rude or something but...

1) You could post it here http://gtaforums.com/topic/733749-things-youve-actually-disliked-about-gta-iv/

or made a thread like "missions i hate" or "GTA IV Missions hating thread" it will be more easy to follow your posts, considering you hate a few missions :p

2) It's PE4 not C4.

3) The world doesnt turn around you, please stop things like: "I use this font..." "Im xxxxxx as probably you know.." " I like this..." "I hate there..." "I use trainer or cheats to pass a mission...my friend bla bla bla" i mean its nice to give an opinion but come on! you are worse than Manny!.

I understand you probably want to write your post as best as you can, but please leave your "ego" behind it will be more nice to read you, thanks in advance.

Now, talking about the mission, personally i love it, it had a lot of action, you can feel the despair, anger and pain of Niko who want with all his heart try to save Roman, if you use the cover system wisely you can avoid a lot of bullets. The first time i played it remind me a lot the first Max Payne game.

Cheers

Sounds like you just need to practice man. The first time I played that mission it was pretty difficult but by my 3rd or 4th playthrough I could finish the mission with barely any damage. The trick is to use cover, move in "aim mode", and have fast reflexes. Of course, it helps if you know enemy spawn points too. I highly recommend you go back and beat it for yourself because it's one of the best missions in GTA IV and there is a certain satisfaction to be had.

I think this mission is pretty easy, maybe because i played a lot of GTA Online, so GTA single player is not a problem, to be honest.

I don´t think GTA Online has anything to do with it, to be honest. All of GTA IV´s missions aren´t a problem for me and I never touched GTA Online.

If you want to avoid getting shot to pieces then when you clear the bottom floor, hug the inside wall (the wall that Niko is crouched behind when he first enters) that way the guys on the upstairs balcony can't get a shot and then quickly run up the stairs and take cover. Also don't forget your grenades come in handy for taking out groups of enemies.

Failing that, instead of entering the building, go around to the eastern outside wall where you can see some gaps in the wall. Sniper rifle comes in handy to pick off some visible targets.

Why is difficulty bad? It insists that the player should get better at the game rather than have everything handed to them, if anything I thought GTA IV should have been more difficult. None of the missions took me more than 2 or 3 tries when I first played the game back in 2008.

True. There was a pain in the ass here and there (Phil dying in Catch the Wave), but it was nothing compared to previous GTAs, when you just wanted to smash your controller. Especially missions including this remote-controlled crap in VC and SA or some missions with a timer.

Honestly there's never been a GTA that I'd consider controller smashing type hard, but 3 and VC have their difficult moments, which are one thing I like more about those two than IV.

Here are some tips:

-Call Little Jacob beforehand, buy armor and stock up on ammo(I recomend the assault rifles abd grenades);

-If you have Dwayne's friendship, try callin him and see if he can send you backup(may not work, I haven't tested it yet);

-Use cover constantly or atleast stay crouched down;

-Avoid cover on the pilars as these get damaged, use them only if you really have to;

-Take your time, move slowly while having your weapon ready;

-Use your grenades to dispatch enemies that are close to each other, even if they don't die they will be knockout of their feet, giving you time to pop them out;

-There are many explosive barrels around, shoot to blow them up and get some enemies too(they can use this against you)

-Once you get to Roman, you will have to use free aim to free him, I prefer to use the pistol here but if you're not that much confident, use a sniper rifle or zoomed in aim of the assault rifle;

-After that, the drive back home is tranquil.

Important: DON'T come to the warehouse in a helicopter, if you do you will be shot down by RPGs.

To be honest, I wish I actually had the chance to help someone with a GTA mission (in person, not through GTA:SP). Pretty much all my school mates used to spend all day outside playing football, and when they touched the game, they just went on rampages without caring about the story.
Did you see the frightened ones? Did you hear the falling bombs? Did you ever wonder...

...why we had to run for shelter when the promise of a brave new world unfurled beneath a clear blue sky?

People just want easy missions, that's lazy and stupid. GTA4 is an easy game, there's no difficult at all. I mean, if you think GTA4 is a hard game, you havent completed GTA III or Manhunt. Just quit complaining and practice some more, jeez

I guess that´s why they implemented the option to skip parts of a mission in V. Perhaps to make it easier for their new "fanbase" in SP, despite all they care about is da Online.

On topic: You can shoot some of the guys at the ground level at the beginning, then leave the bulding. Go around the building to the west. You´ll find a staircase with blue metal sheets on the outside. Go up there and over a small bridge to the west side of the warehouse. There´s a boarded up window. You can shoot through the holes with a sniper rifle and kill many enemies. After that it´s much easier to fight your way through the warehouse.

Really? You know, I've never played GTA$5, I didnt know that...that's just...ugg. I remember playing GTAIII in my PS2, dying and retrying the same mission for hours, having to drive aaaall the way to the mission start and then dying and all over again, nowadays this is just bullsh*t. Kids fanbase = bullsh*t in our games.

Yeah, if you fail several times at the same point (I think it was three times) you can skip this part and directly go to the next checkpoint.
