Banned from GTA Online without any action of mine

Hi guys,

I was banned from GTA Online without any reason (I think there's one but I'll come to that later.). I was just playing Tomb Raider and my mobile phone ringed: new E-Mail from Rockstar: I was banned.

Since I was "only" banned for two weeks I am not highly stressed about it. I've done nothing, really. I am innocent. The only thing that could have happened what led to this ban was a hacker pushing me to level 260 during a race or so without any permission of mine. I've not contacted Rockstar about it, now I do regret it. What should I do now?!

Already tried they don't believe me and are trying to ged rid of me with standard answers. So that's what happens when you don't report other hackers...

Modders cant adjust your RP without you giving them access to your account from what I have learned.

Did you use any type of FOV - Mod or even any type of Anti-Mod.

I remember once being banned for using an AntiMod Menu that kicked all modders out of the session instantly.

 

Other than that I would recommend to Report all modders you see Online instantly.

 

Oh and one question, when you are banned, does it say "Admin ban" or is it just a standard Ban message.

 

Because you also have Rockstar Admins using the two additional spectator slots to occasionally ban people.

Nope just a standard ban message that I was banned until [two weeks later].

 

Oh yeah, the support is blocking me now entirely. Every time I submit a ticket to this case they adjust the status of it to "solved" and they are answering my request with the same message over and over again.

GTA Online bans are the result of automated analysis related to modding in GTA Online, exploiting or abusing game mechanics, or otherwise interfering with other players' gameplay experience. If you are banned from GTA Online, your ban expiration date is shown in the lower-left corner after being returned to Story Mode following an attempt to play online.

We generally do not overturn temporary bans nor can we guarantee individual responses to any temporary or permanent ban appeals; however, we will review the evidence you submitted and take it into consideration. No further information is required from you at this time, and this ticket will close on its own."

I dont know how much money you got but theres a chance you will be left with a pocket-change of 20k
