Esperanto_Boy
deluxo is a delorean I think the Deluxo is based somewhere on the lines of a Ferrari F40. And the Blista Compact is based on the Mitsubishi Colt methinks.
Esperanto_Boy
and the sabre turbo? i think its a dodge charger or another old timer like it it almost looks like the general lee from dukes of hazard the stripes are wrong What!? The Sabre Turbo looks nothing like a Charger. It's based on a Cutlass (older variety) if I'm not mistaken. The Mesa Grande is obviously based on a Jeep Wrangler. EDIT: To the guy who suggested a Chrysler LeBaron for the Manana: I don't know, dude. It's too small to resemble a LeBaron.
Ballistic Jello
Alright, here I go. I joined these forums something like 11 days ago because I wanted to debunk all Blista Compact = not a CRX crap. The Blista Compact is obviously a CRX. look at the post above this one. There are two excellent pictures of first generation CRX's and they look exactly like the B.C. in the game. The Honda CRX was sold in the U.S. from 1984-1991. The cars sold from 1984-87 are the first gen, which the one in Vice is modeled after, which may or may not be because Vice is supposedly set in '86. Anyway, the first generation cars were not as reliable as the second generation models and there are a lot less of them on the road today. Case in point: I recently saw a second-gen CRX on eBay with 1.2 million miles. Anyway, the CRX's came in three trim levels, HF, DX, and Si. DX was the crappiest commuter based model, the HF was a step up, and the Si was the sporty version. The Si had a slightly larger motor, and a sunroof. The DX was the lightest, and nearly as fast as the Si because of it. The HF is probably the hardest to find now, because people enjoyed the Si more and many more DX's were produced than HF's. The non-Si CRX's came with the D16A? motor. This (D-series) motor was designed for fuel economy and was not particularly aggressive in acceleration. The Si had one of the first B-series motors found in almost every Honda from 1992 to 2001 or 02. It was the venerable B16A? motor and VTEC was later developed for this motor (I don't remember when VTEC came out), and the B16A2 was the first VTEC motor, debuting in the Prelude. The CRX was an awesome economy car with great handling and a sporty feel that helped Honda make the transition from tiny cars to excellent compact and midsize cars. Whew! P.S. No, the CRX is not a Civic, the CRX only came with two seats, and it somewhat evolved into the del Sol, but thats a really weird car. If you feel like a ricer, clap your hands *[email protected]$TiC J3LLO claps his hands*. And, the Deluxo is OBVIOUSLY a Delorean, look at the cars themselves, and then look at the names Deluxo Delorean Gotta be the Delorean(Although I can sorta see a Scirocco, Schweinhund) Also, Ninjacat, the Stinger would appear to be either a TVR Griffith or Cerbera (in both games); what do you think? Jeezus, that was like one huge flame. Sorry, I didn't mean to piss anybody off. Especially anybody like MmMs, raindancer, Cerbera, or Illspirit! Schweinhund
Ok, cheers Ballistic Jello, at least someone partly agrees with me on the whole Deluxo/Delorean/Scirrocco thing. Now I've put this in a similar topic, readers, but going around here in aberdeen, what with being the Oil Capital of europe(could well be also the sh*tty nightlife capital of europe, the clubs round here suck), I've noticed that there's a few cars that are wrong. OK, 3 cars: The Admiral, Sentinel, and the Sentinel XS. And why? Cos what do you think happens to old 80's BMWs, Mercs and the like? They get sold for second hand at the used car lots! Anyway, I haven't got a clue how to put images into the forums yet, so here's what I've concluded after scouring the garages round my area. Admiral- A '85-'89 Bmw 3-Series Sentinel- Merc E-class 180 or 200 Sentinel XS- Merc E-Class 200 AMG Race Car Model, there's a guy at the top of my road's got one, it's just missing the front scoops and the grille on the rear windscreen OK bet nobody agrees with this lot, so I suggest looking at the AutoTrader UK and Parker.co.uk used car sites as they have good photos of said cars. TTFN.

Ballistic Jello
I looked up the 200 Merc and the 89 BMW and I can definitely see a resemblance. Good find, Schweinhund. What does your name mean anyway? (Not trying to be offensive, just curious)
Schweinhund
It's a german word, most commonly uttered by soldiers in boy's action and war comics. Means "swine" and anyhow its way more original than being Spawn_Of_Vercetti2,000,000 or something. OK that's a wee bit OT, the question of the sentinel's real ID has been thrown into more doubt as one of the workers at Haliburtons' offices up here in aberdeen has taken to driving a modded up 80's Beemer 5-Series and it's a dead ringer for the XS..
