PC probably the most, followed by ps3 and x360.

 

X1 and PS4 should be safe

Last gen has the most amount of Hackers, PC is so, so, sometimes you have a lot of hackers, other times you don't.

The difference between the two is that on PC R* is constantly issuing security patches however the hackers ALLWAYS find a workaround so its basically a wishious circle

There's more hackers on PC definitely. As for LG, I encounter a good number as well, but most of the "cheaters" are using modded accounts, not actually hacking.

Last gen got completely out of control, which is probably why they abandoned that ship.

 

From what I hear (can't speak from experience) PC is/is getting out of control, but they can't cast it aside with the excuse of it having reached its limits, so they still do a little to combat cheating.

 

Current gen consoles are where it's at if you don't want to see cheating. Having said that, dodgy - ness exists, and some of the mods on PC look pretty cool (the non - cheaty ones).
