Get a petrol bomb (Cant remember the other name) and chuck into all the dancing people and quickly run out. Then quickly run back in again and the screen will not go black and you can just walk around inside. You will be walking on water,you can see the icon for the bank job suit but cant get to it. Its just an invisible floor with water underneath it. Then just run back out and you will appear inside the malibu club with everything back to normal. Its a glitch so...
