game crashes with 2 car mods (add-ons)

why there is a white highlight i dont know. Just highlight all the text with your mouse to read it

 

 

I installed Menyoo PC trainer so i could spawn the cars. It worked all fine; after 5 mins the game would crash, i tried the game without the car mods and it worked fine for like and hour then i got bored and installed the car mods. I know i did the mods right because i could spawn them and drive them for 5 mins then it would crash i don't know why could anyone help?
