2. South Shambles Street 10 car garage

3. Alta Street Apt (more expensive one)

 

PB locn good beach house in remote location. Allows smooth car sales most of time without interference. Super bounty survival site, close to police station helipad then easy access to sub dock. If bounty survival plenty time see them coming to flee to safe house or set up for combat.

 

So Shambles garage away from main violence, super prodn site for gang car money garage. It is close to heli base at harbor. Nearby buildings offer good cover from planes and places for cover if enemies on foot. I have brought down number of aircraft from area occasionally start trouble or up to no good.

 

Alta Street high end apartment good ocean view, right across from subway, subway tunnel excellent refuge from cops or just hang near ientrance and have your own little fun war w cops or whoever. Banner hotel good camp site for anyone foolish engage u there. Alta st only really decent high end location somewhat away from carnage. It's a good bookend property w Poplar st Garage and Shambles st garage. It is close to helipad and boat launch, excellent locn for staging missions w buzzard from.

Integrity Way ( Tinkle Tower) i consider the best APRT in the game in terms of being a strategic in location, pathing and cover. And i've been using because of that for over 3 years now.

 

 

Its sits right on top of the the tunner that connects to the subway and sewers. RIght next to the high way.. has a ton of sneaky short cuts and alley ways. And its located right in the middle of the city

The ten car garage near airport LSC another good locn.

Murrieta Heights and Poplar Street 10-car are right across from LSC, great for selling a car first thing especially if you collect Ballers and such in your garage.

 

The 10-car on Exceptionalists Way near the airport also works for this purpose, with the added bonus of being near aircraft and helipad spawn points.

 

The 6-car on Route 66 was good for Sandking spawns, although I'm told those aren't as sure a thing now.

Yes I have owned the poplar street garage. It's near LSC and super camp out site - roof of Matx factory. Its across street from ammu nation and near Mirror Park and 2 stores to rob. I would use the race Trend Setting as gateway to area. There is a store along route.....

 

It is a good property to have with the Alta street high end apt and the So shambles st garage - gang car mining site. These form a triangular symbol in LS and are close to drive to here and then. At login would sell gang car from poplar street garage, run to area behind it hide in bin have mech bring up gang car replacement from ss garage. Then do jobs, missions, goof around killing them, repeat.

 

It aggravates me LS did not make any nice high end apts in east LS or PB.

Eclipse Towers and Tinsel Towers to store Sentinel XS

Supply Street (or the other two 10-car garages near it) to sell them to LSC

Exceptionalists Way for quick access to the airport (good for Hostile Takeover and also Sightseer if you don't own a Buzzard)

 

Usually i just ignore properties where you can store less than 10 cars but the house with a 6 car garage near Post-OP (the place where you have the bikes in PS Heist) can be worthy to put your Armored Kuruma in there.

The garage almost across the downtown los santos customs next to the train track.......hell there are 3 10 car garages close to that place....

The only thing you ever find in that area in general are people delivering simeon vehicles and wallbreachers hiding in the bridge
