1.0. EC White Admiral
Mission: In the Beginning... (Pass)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Vice Beach, Vice City! The first Special Vehicle in VC is Rosenberg's EC White Admiral. It's an Admiral in a EC White Body Color, which is called Light Grey in the Game Files. Simply, start up a New Game and after the Cutscenes, this EC White Admiral will be right next to of you. However, you can't store it anywhere this early on in the Game, as you'll need to buy a Safehouse with a Garage, so you will need to earn Money while being in possession of this EC Admiral or having it in Memory until you've earned enough Money to buy a Safehouse. I suggest doing Paramedic while having this EC White Admiral in Memory. If you want to get 100% Completion in VC, then you'll need to do Paramedic Level 12 and buy all the Safehouses in the Game, so you can easily do these things for 100% while at the same time obtaining this EC White Admiral. Some people prefer doing Cone Crazy multiple times for a lot of Money, however, I don't think that's a very good idea as doing Paramedic you will get the Infinite Sprint Reward which will be helpful during the playthrough. After the Opening Cutscenes of the Game, just get in the EC White Admiral next to Tommy and drive it to the Vice Point Hospital to start doing Paramedic Level 12. You can do it in the Ocean Beach Hospital too, but I don't recomment doing it there since Thieves can spawn nearby and jack your EC White Admiral, but in the Vice Point Hospital there are rarely any Pedestrians walking there. When you arrive to the Vice Point Hospital with your EC Admiral, park the Admiral somewhere nearby at the Hospital where no Pedestrians will spawn, then get into the Ambulance nearby and start doing Paramedic until you pass Level 12. This is how the EC White Admiral is obtained fully, at the beginning of the Game you won't have enough Money to buy any Safehouse with a Garage and that is the only way to keep this EC Admiral. So you will need to leave the EC Admiral in Memory and leave it at the Hospital while you complete Paramedics Level 12. Always make sure you see the EC Admiral there at the Hospital where you parked it every time when you drive there. When you've completed Level 12 of Paramedic, you will have a lot of Money and you can buy all Safehouses on both Islands in Vice City. You will also obviously have the Infinite Sprint Reward from Paramedic, which will be very helpful in a Starter Save if you're doing one. Despite Paramedic Level 12 taking a long time to be completed, it needs to be done at some point, so it's best to do it first and get it out of the way whilst making Money for Safehouses which will allow you to store this EC White Admiral. Anyways, when you've finally completed Paramedic, get into your EC White Admiral which is still parked at the Hospital and then drive to either the El Swanko Casa, Links View or Ocean Heights Safehouses. They all have a Garage. Drive to one of them and buy the Safehouse, then store the EC White Admiral inside the Garage. Make note that during the Cutscene when Ken is running into the Office, the EC White Admiral is actually an AP/EC White Admiral. Though for the AP/EC Admiral you'd need to use a Cheat to obtain it. It's not needed as you can obtain a far easier AP/EC Admiral later on in the Story.

1.1. EC Black Conversion Trick (Almost Any Vehicle)
Mission: The Party (Fail if you want to convert multiple Vehicles, Pass for the Final Vehicle converted, +2 Mission Attempts and +1 Safehouse Visit for every Vehicle converted, for PC you won't get any Safehouse Visits) (OM0)
How to Obtain: There is a Conversion Trick in VC where you can convert almost any Vehicle into EC Black, but it uses a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) which merges Missions together and fools the Game into thinking that you're not on a Mission, meanwhile you are on one. Any Vehicle you make Black using this Conversion will be EC Black and Special. The Method to convert almost any Vehicle to EC Black is rather strange. Don't worry as this is completely safe and works on all Versions. First, I will need to explain some prerequisites for this Conversion Trick. First and foremost, you need to buy some Safehouses with Garages. If you've done the EC White Admiral with doing Paramedic, you will have more than enough Money, so buy the Links View, El Swanko Casa, Ocean Heights and Hyman Condo Safehouses. You actually need the Ocean Heights Safehouse for the Method too, so that is the most important one to buy. First three Safehouses have 1 Garage, but the Hyman Condo has 3 Garages, also you'll need to glitch your way to Vice Mainland to buy it, and you can also glitch your EC Black Vehicles to Vice Mainland to store them at Hyman Condo. You will need those 6 Garages if you want to have a total of 24 EC Black Vehicles. Secondly, you will need to have a Rampage active somewhere on the Map, I highly suggest having the Chainsaw Rampage near Rafael's in Ocean Beach active, which means don't pass it. If you do a Starter Save, then do 34 out of 35 Rampages, but leave that Chainsaw Rampage alone and don't pass it, whatever you do, do not pass it. Thirdly, pass Vigilante Level 12 before doing this, so you won't get any added Mission Attempts while activating Vigilante every time you convert a Vehicle to EC Black. When you activate Vigilante after it's passed, you won't get any Mission Attempts in the Stats. Those are the things you'll need to have before doing this EC Black Conversion Trick. Now onto the Method itself, go to the Washington Beach Police Station and get a Police Car. When you get in it, get rid of the Driver's Side Door by rubbing the Police Car up against a Wall or something. Once you do this, drive to the Ocean Heights Safehouse and position the Police Car so the Save Icon is at the Driver's Side Door. Now, you want to walk into the Save Icon while you get into the Police Car and quickly activate Vigilante. Do it exactly like shown in the Video. At this point, drive to the Chainsaw Rampage. When you get there, hold the Sub-Mission Activation Button as you get out of the Police Car and walk into the Rampage Icon. When you walk into the Rampage Icon, you can release the Sub-Mission Activation Button which will cancel Vigilante and now you will be on a Rampage. If you're on PC, make sure the Sub-Mission Activation Button is the same Button as the Look Behind Camera Button. After the Rampage is activated, drive to Ken Rosenberg's Office and start the Mission The Party before the Rampage Timer goes to zero. After the Cutscene, drive to Rafael's to get some new Clothes before the Rampage Timer goes to zero and you will notice that you're still on the Rampage while The Party is active. Now, drive back to Ken's and wait for the Rampage Timer to expire. Once it finally expired and the Rampage has failed, walk into the Pink Marker to activate The Party again. After that, go to your Garage and get your desired Vehicle that you want to convert to EC Black, now drive to the Marina and drive into the Pink Marker with your desired Vehicle. After the Cutscene, get into the Vehicle you drove into the Pink Marker and then run over the Mercedes to fail the Mission. Now go back to Rafael's with your desired Vehicle and park the Vehicle near Rafael's. Make note that if you're doing this and are not on the PC Version, this potentionally can crash the Game at this Part of the process. For the Game not to crash, you will need to make sure that a Specific Pedestrian is walking on the Sidewalk or driving a Vehicle close by the Pink Marker. The Ped is the one wearing the Black Jacket with the Red Shirt. It's the same Ped in the Cutscene who pulls up in a Freeway Bike. If you're not on PC, you absolutely need this Ped to be around the Area before going into the Pink Marker. When you have that Specific Ped near Rafael's, get into the Pink Marker. After getting the Clothes again, head back to the Marina, only when you get there, do not drive into the Pink Marker, but instead, walk into it on Foot. After the Cutscene you'll notice the previous, desired Vehicle you wanted to convert to EC Black is right where it was when you originally drove into the Pink Marker at the Docks, but now it's converted to EC Black! If you want to fail the Mission to make more EC Black Vehicles, just run over Mercedes. If you want to pass the Mission which you should do when you've converted the final desired Vehicle to EC Black, then just drive Mercedes to the Pole Position Club with your EC Black Vehicle to pass the Mission. Continue doing this Process until all desired EC Black Vehicles are created. I don't recommend making any EC Black Vehicles in which are already in the Guide since all of them can be obtained with passing the Missions unlike doing it with the EC Black Conversion. This is only useful for Vehicles which are unobtainable and/or don't exist in EC Black. An example would be the EC Black Stretch found in Avery's Missions' Cutscenes, but with this EC Black Conversion you can easily have a EC Black Stretch, which is an OM0 Vehicle from Avery's Missions. You can make a total of 24 EC Black Vehicles per Save, but if you use a Replay Marking Glitch which is only on PC, so with that you can have 44 Vehicles per Save. You can also make a EC Black Police, EC Black Police Maverick, EC Black VCPD Cheetah, EC Black Firetruck, EC Black Ambulance etc. Make note that most of the times, the Vigilante Vehicles will be Locked once converted to EC Black, so you'll have to push it to the nearest Garage. To get a EC Black Mr Whoopee, you will need to find the Mr Whoopee during Vigilante where a Suspect will be driving it during Levels 1 or 2, but it's pretty easy to find and can easily be made EC Black when you found it. You can even have a EC Black Dinghy. When you make a Taxi into EC Black, only its Bumpers will be Black, because its Bumpers are the Color Changing Part of the Vehicle, thus a EC Black Taxi is possible. The EC Black Seasparrow will only have a Black part near the Rotors. Some Vehicles can't be made EC Black which are the Angel, Barracks OL, Cuban Hermes, FBI Rancher, Hunter, Patriot, Predator, RC Baron, RC Goblin, RC Raider, Reefer, Rhino, Romero's Hearse, Sabre Turbo, Sparrow, Tropic, and VCN Maverick. Those Vehicles CAN'T be made EC Black because they have a Livery on them so their Color won't change at all, also you can't make a RC Bandit into EC Black without using Mods, as it doesn't have a Livery, it can be Black but it can't be converted to Black with the Conversion Trick. Some Vehicles can't be made EC Black depending on the Version. For example, you can make a EC Black Baggage Handler on PS2, but not on Xbox and Mobile. The Baggage Handler has a Livery on Xbox and Mobile, so it's not possible to make it EC Black there. Seasparrow can't be made EC Black only on Mobile. Securicar can't be made EC Black on Mobile too. Also, the Kaufman Cab can't be made EC Black only on PC, but it's possible to do it on Mobile. Also, if you want to make a EC Black Hotring Racer, you will need to get the EP/FP Hotring Racer from Hotring early on in the Game, and then convert it to EC Black. Thing is that this Conversion Trick deletes Properties, so the Hotring Racer won't be EP/FP anymore. The EC Black Hotring Racer is the hardest Vehicle to convert in VC, so if you get that one without the Replay Trick for the EP/FP Hotring Racer, hats off to you. Happy converting!

1.2. Unique Spand Express (1 of 2)
Mission: Jury Fury (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is an interesting Vehicle as it's Unique and it appears very early on in the Game. The Spand Express looks like a Mule, but it's a different Vehicle and only appears in two Missions. Before obtaining this Unique Spand Express, make sure you have the Ocean Heights Safehouse purchased as it's the only Garage that will fit this Unique Spand Express at this point in the Game on Vice Beach. Links View and El Swanko Casa Garages are too small. Start the Mission Jury Fury, now go to the Juror in Ocean Beach and hit him with the Hammer. He will get into an Admiral and head out into the Street when a Cutscene plays and a Unique Spand Express runs into him. At this point, just smash up the Juror's Admiral or get into his Admiral to scare him out and after the Cutscene, get in the Unique Spand Express. Now, drive to the Juror in Vice Point and when you arrive, just park the Spand Express nearby and smash up the Juror's Sentinel. After that, a Cutscene will play and the Mission will be passed. The Spand Express will still be there nearby after the Cutscene, just take it and drive it to the Ocean Heights Safehouse Garage and store it there. You can scare the Vice Point Juror first and then the one in Ocean Beach, if you do that just take the Spand Express nearby and store it in Ocean Heights.

1.3. Unique Spand Express (2 of 2)
Mission: Riot (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is the second and final time you'll ever see this Unique Spand Express Van in the Game. You could get the one during Jury Fury, but this one from Riot is also very simple to get. Before getting this Unique Spand Express, make sure you have the Ocean Heights Safehouse bought, as it's the only Safehouse Garage which can fit this Unique Spand Express. To get this second one, start the Mission Riot and go to Rafael's to get new Clothes. After that, go to the Rioters' Location and start a Riot by simply running them over. That will activate a Cutscene and the Gates will open. Drive to where the three Spand Express' are located and simply blow up the two on the right hand side by shooting at the Barrel. At this point, get in the third one on the left hand side and drive it back to the Ocean Heights Safehouse Garage. Park the Spand Express in the Garage and blow it up while it's in the Garage. You can use a Weapon or just ram the Spand Express at the Wall in the Garage until it catches Fire, but make sure it's in the Garage when it's about to explode. The Mission will be passed when the Van blows up. Now, simply let the Garage Door renew the Unique Spand Express by closing, opening, closing and opening the Garage Door. The Unique Spand Express will be safe and sound renewed and stored in the Garage.

1.4. EC Black Stretch
Mission: Four Iron (Fail and 2x Mission Attempts for Permanent Blip, or Fail and then Pass and 2x Mission Attempts and Suicide) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is a Stretch with a Black Body Color. During the Starting Cutscenes of the Missions Four Iron, Demolition Man, and Two Bit Hit, you can see this EC Black Stretch. It's obtainable from all three of those Missions, but none of them are actually safe to obtain. The safest one is from Four Iron since that one forces you to have a Permanent Blip on the Radar, or can be obtained with a Suicide if you don't want any Permanent Blips. Obtaining the Stretch from Demolition Man wouldn't allow you to even get 100% Completion in VC, so avoid getting the Demolition Man one. The Two Bit Hit one is exact the same as the Four Iron Stretch in terms of Method, and just as safe. Luckily, you can convert a Stretch to EC Black using the EC Black Conversion Trick from The Party, without Permanent Blips or Suicides. I highly suggest just converting a Stretch to EC Black using The Party, instead of obtaining them from the Avery Missions. This Entry will be an Explanation how to obtain the EC Black Stretch from Four Iron. You will need some Prerequisites for that one though. Firstly, you will need to have a Rampage active somewhere on the Map, I highly suggest having the Chainsaw Rampage near Rafael's in Ocean Beach active, which means don't pass it. If you do a Starter Save, then do 34 out of 35 Rampages, but leave that Chainsaw Rampage alone and don't pass it, whatever you do, do not pass it. Secondly, pass Vigilante Level 12 before doing this, so you won't get any added Mission Attempts while doing this. When you activate Vigilante after it's passed, you won't get any Mission Attempts in the Stats. Thidly, you will need to have a Phone Call in Memory, that means you need to have a Phone ringing without answering it. A perfect Phone Call you could use is Cortez's Phone Call after you pass the Mission Riot. Once you pass the Mission, don't answer his Phone Call as it's needed for the EC Black Stretch. Make sure that the Phone is not ringing while you're entering the Rampage. To avoid doing that, enter and exit the Police Car, and then you can enter the Rampage. If you're on PC, make sure the Sub-Mission Activation Button is the same Button as the Look Behind Camera Button. After the Rampage is activated, while Mission Markers are available on the Radar, drive to Avery's Place. Don't exit the Police Car just yet, wait there. Once the Rampage Timer is below 0:40, exit the Police Car and the Phone will keep ringing, stand near Avery's Mission Marker. Once the Rampage Timer says 0:15, answer the Phone Call from Cortez. The Rampage Timer will run out and expire during the Phone Call Dialogue. Now, once the Rampage has expired, the Mission Marker will come back. Enter the Mission Marker and start Four Iron at the exact time when Cortez sas the Word "eh" during the Phone Call. Doing this will allow you to duplicate the Mission Four Iron, thus two EC Black Stretches will be seen in the Cutscene. Skip the Cutscene and then turn around, you will see the EC Black Stretch just standing there. Enter it, drive it to a Garage and store it. Now, to exit the Mission, you can choose failing the Mission and then having a Permanent Blip on the Radar, or you can use a Suicide and then no Permanent Blips on the Radar. To fail the Mission, get tthe New Clothes and then just go to Leaf Links after storing the EC Black Stretch, go to the Guy you need to kill, and then exit Leaf Links without killing him so the Mission fails. After that, go and confirm that the EC Black Stretch is still in your Garage, by opening, closing, then opening the Garage Door again. By doing so, a Pink Permanent Blip will be on your Radar, at Leaf Links, forever and you can't lose it. To avoid having the Pink Permanent Blip, aftering going to the Garage where you want to store the EC Black Stretch, preferably El Swanko Casa, don't store it yet, but instead park the Stretch so that the Front of the Stretch is a bit inside the Garage.  Lose a bit of Health using a Rocket Launcher further away from the Stretch. Now, go to the Back of the Stretch, aim a Rocket Launcher directly at the Stretch, and then shoot a Rocket at it. Tommy will die, but this will also move the Stretch inside the Garage while it's a Wreck, the Garage Door will close, restoring the EC Black Stretch. Once you spawn at the Hospital nearby, get a Kruger from El Swanko Casa's Rooftop, and also check the EC Black Stretch in the Garage that it's stored and renewed. Now, go to the Clothes Shop, get the New Clothes, go to Leaf Links and kill the Guy to pass the Mission. This will remove the Blips from the Radar, and you'll still have the EC Black Stretch, but with a Suicide in the Stats as a cost. Again, I highly suggest just converting a Stretch to EC Black using the EC Black Conversion, since it's the same exact Stretch, and no heavy Penalties will be shown in the Stats.

1.5. AP/EC Silver Admiral
Mission: Guardian Angels (Pass)
How to Obtain: This AP/EC Silver Admiral is hands down the best Special Vehicle to exist in VC in terms of Properties and it's also one of the easiest to obtain. It has AP Properties applied to it, but also has a EC Silver Body Color on it, which is called Light Blue Grey in the Game Files. The Body Color is different to the EC White Admiral, thus both are worthy to obtain. To obtain the AP/EC Silver Admiral, start the Mission Guardian Angels and go through it like you normally would. So go to the Car Park and get the Kruger, then go with Lance to Diaz' Deal location and shoot any Haitian Enemies which show up. Get the Sanchez and then retrieve the Briefcase from the fleeing Haitian. Head to Diaz and simply go into the Pink Marker. After the Cutscene and passing the Mission, just run out into the Street and turn left. You will see this AP/EC Silver Admiral just sitting there in the middle of the Intersection ready to be taken! Just get in it and drive it back to one of the Garages and store it. If you're playing on the PC Version, you must go into the Pink Marker with Tommy facing the Direction the Admiral will be in the Intersection or it won't be there after the Mission is passed. Interestingly enough, this AP/EC Silver Admiral is actually PP, Pop-Proof, which means it has Bulletproof Tires, but when you store the AP/EC Silver Admiral in the Garage, the PP Property will be lost. Only LCS and VCS Garages store the PP Property. The Cuban Hermes that appears in the Mission also is PP.

1.6. AP Maverick
Mission: Phnom Penh '86 (Fail, 2 Suicides, +2 Safehouse Visits only on PS2) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is an absolutely amazing Discovery, it was known for years that a Maverick is AP in Phnom Penh '86, but now finally a Method was found for it and we can obtain it with OM0, though you'll need to waste Tommy two times to obtain it. It's a very confusing Method and things can happen wrong very easily if you're not careful for it. First and foremost, you need to buy the Hyman Condo Safehouse Garage. If you've done the EC White Admiral with doing Paramedic, you will have more than enough Money to buy all Safehouses. You actually need the Links View Safehouse bought for the Method too. To buy Hyman Condo, you'll need to glitch your way to Vice Mainland, you can accomplish that by going to the Prawn Island Bridge towards Vice Mainland, get on the Dirt on the left, jump into the Object and Tommy will be inside the Bridge, now run and jump your way to Vice Mainland. Secondly, you will need to have a Rampage active somewhere on the Map, I highly suggest having the Drive-By Rampage on the North Vice Point Island or the Chainsaw Rampage near Rafael's on Ocean Beach, which means don't pass it. If you do a Starter Save, then do 34 out of 35 Rampages, but leave one of those Rampages alone and don't pass it, whatever you do, do not pass it. The Chainsaw Rampage is more far away, but more recommended because it can be used for the EC Black Conversion, but the Drive-By Rampage is closer to Diaz' Mansion. Thirdly, you need to have a Phone Call in Memory, I suggest having the Sonny Phone Call in Memory where he asks you how the Sun Tan is. Answer the Phone Calls needed to continue with the Storyline until Phnom Penh '86, but do not activate the Phone Call from Sonny as it's needed to obtain the AP Maverick. Fourthly, you need to collect 80 Hidden Packages so you can have the Sea Sparrow parked behind Diaz' Mansion. Fifthly, you need to have exactly four Grenades in your Inventory. You can find Grenades at the Washington Beach Police Station, except if you're on PS2 V1 because there are Smoke Grenades there on that Version. On PS2 V1, to get Grenades, you need to go the Basketball Courts behind the Little Havana Hospital on Vice Mainland. Sixthly, pass Vigilante Level 12 before doing this, so you won't get any added Mission Attempts while activating Vigilante. When you activate Vigilante after it's passed, you won't get any Mission Attempts in the Stats. Lastly, you need to have 0 Armor and 100 or 150 Health when doing this. If you've done Pizza Boy before, don't worry about it as it doesn't matter. Those are the things you'll need to have before obtaining this AP Maverick. Just a resummary in short words: Hyman Condo bought, one Rampage active, Phone Call in Memory, 80 Hidden Packages, 4 Grenades, Vigilante Passed, 100 or 150 Health with no Armor. Now onto the Method itself, go to the Washington Beach or Vice Point Police Station and get a Police Car. When you get in it, get rid of the Driver's Side Door by rubbing the Police Car up against a Wall or something. Once you do this, drive to the Links View Safehouse and position the Police Car so the Save Icon is at the Driver's Side Door. Now, you want to walk into the Save Icon while you get into the Police Car and quickly activate Vigilante. Do it exactly like shown in the Video. At this point, drive to the Active Rampage. When you get there, get out of the Police Car, throw one Grenade nearby so you damage Tommy and get his Health to around 17. Most of the time if you do this, his Health will say 17 if you started this with 100 Health. If you have 150 Max Health, you will then have 67 Health after hurting yourself with Grenades, but I think it really won't matter for the first Suicide. Now, walk into the Rampage Icon while having the Grenades active in your Inventory, which is very important. When you walk into the Rampage Icon, you will be on both a Rampage and Vigilante Mission, now go back into the Police Vehicle and press the Sub-Mission Activation Button which will cancel Vigilante, now you will be on a Rampage while the Mission Markers are active. After the Rampage is activated, drive to Diaz' Mansion immediately before the Rampage Timer runs out. Drive up the Stairs next to the Mission Marker while still in your Vehicle, once the Rampage Timer says around 0:15, get out of the Vehicle. You will have that Phone Call in Memory ringing, simply don't answer it, but once the Rampage Timer says around 0:12, press the Enter Vehicle Button to attempt getting into the nearby Vehicle to cancel the Phone Call, then immediately start the Mission Phnom Penh '86. Skip the first Cutscene, but skip the second Cutscene with Lance once the Rampage Timer says exactly 0:02. After the Rampage is over and once you get the Maverick Gameplay Cutscene, you will notice that you're holding Grenades, now mash the Attack Button to throw the Grenades to kill yourself, and then very importantly walk forward a bit after you wasted Tommy. You will be teleported back to the Hospital, now as fast as you can, get into the Kaufman Cab Taxi to go back to Diaz' Mansion. You will notice the Dialogue will still be running. Once there, run as fast as you can to the Sea Sparrow from 80 Hidden Packages which is parked behind the Mansion. Just to be extra careful, get into the Sea Sparrow while Lance says "Okay, we're almost there." while he's in Mid-Speech, just to be sure. During this Part, the Dialogue can sometimes softlock, if that happens, reload and do everything again. You need the Audio and Subtitles to continue, one of the methods to prevent Softlocking is to hold the Answer Phone Call Button and keep it until you are in a Vehicle, then release it there, this should prevent the Softlock. If you've done it right, then the Dialogue will be running like normally, now fly using the Sea Sparrow to Prawn Island as fast as you can. While flying to Prawn Island, the Game might crash if you're not fast enough though, you might notice Lance's Maverick there on Starfish Island, but it catch up to Prawn Island, so no worries. Once at Prawn Island, fly to the East Mansion Roof, sometimes the Streetwannabe's Gang Members won't spawn, to get them to spawn is quite tricky though. Most of the time, they won't spawn, thus you'll have to park your Helicopter on the East Mansion Roof, exit it, let the Phone Call ring out, but don't answer it by any means necessary. Let the Phone Call ring out until the Game gets bored, go back into the Sea Sparrow and fly around the Film Studios and fly back to the East Mansion Roof until Lance's Maverick finally spawns. This can happen on Console and it's quite annoying. The Maverick will fly to the East Mansion and the Gang Members will spawn, what you want to do is kill all the Gang Members with the Sea Sparrow Guns. You have to follow Lance's Checkpoints and kill the Enemies, sometimes the Enemies won't spawn so you'll need to fly closer to Lance's Maverick to get them to spawn. Sometimes the Maverick will skip the East Mansion Enemies and fly to the second Checkpoint straight away. Kill all the Guys using the Sea Sparrow Guns to move on with the Mission, in other words. Before entering the Final Checkpoint, so right after killing the Gang Members on the Front of the North Mansion of Prawn Island, park your Sea Sparrow nearby, exit it and hold down the Phone Call Activation Button. You have to hold it down from now on and keep it held until you get to a Specific Moment. Do not let it go. Keep it held down, get into your Sea Sparrow, fly near the Maverick to continue the Railshooter Checkpoint, now start flying towards a Safehouse. Once you hear someone say "You're on MY turf asshole!" and when you see the Subtitle, release the Phone Call Button. You will realize that the Cutscene will be softlocked, meaning it will never end, and the only way to navigate to your Safehouse is by using the Radar. The reason why you had to softlock the Cutscene is because the Maverick is AP only in that Specific Cutscene, so the Phone Call Idea was a very clever Trick to say the least. At this moment you will be navigating yourself to a Safehouse using the Radar, I suggest navigating to the Links View Safehouse, from now on, you need to know the Enter/Exit Trick and the Phone Call Rule, which you have to use and be extremily careful with it. This is the most important Part of the whole Method, because if you forget that Rule and approach it very wrongly, your Maverick won't be AP anymore, thus you'll need to reload and do everything again. From now on, when you get out of a Vehicle, you have to immediately enter it again. Most of the time when you exit a Vehicle, the Phone will ring, but if you exit and enter it immediately, the Phone won't complete its first Ring and the Maverick won't lose its Properties. This is the Enter/Exit Trick. Once you enter and exit Vehicles to cancel the First Ring of the Phone Call, you can now walk and run around to do something for about 20 Seconds, before the Phone Call starts ringing again. If you hanged around outside of a Vehicle for more than 20 Seconds and get the Phone to ring, the Maverick will lose its Properties, reload and try again. This is the Phone Call Rule. Once you have this in mind, you have to use it for the next Parts of the Obtaining Procedure after softlocking the Cutscene. Anyways, while you're flying towards the Links View Safehouse, park the Sea Sparrow nearby, do the Enter/Exit Trick and then walk into the Save Icon, cancel the Save Icon and run back to the Sea Sparrow before the Phone starts ringing. You will have a Normal Camera View again. You can also kill yourself instead of going to the Safehouse to regain Normal Camera View, but 2 Deaths are better than 3 Deaths. Also, you have to be very careful about landing the Sea Sparrow near the Safehouse so you don't damage it accidently so you can still use it. While knowing the Enter/Exit Trick, get a Sniper Rifle if you're on Console or Kruger if you're on PC. You can get the Sniper Rifle somewhere on the Map, either in the Labyrinth at Diaz' Mansion or by the South Bridge Vice Mainland End, or you can get the PSG-1 Laser Sniper Rifle on top of the Hyman Condo Safehouse from collecting Hidden Packages. I suggest using the Kruger on PC as you can easily Free Aim on the PC. After that, go to the Location where you picked up the Grenades from before, do the Enter/Exit Trick and get them, then get back to the Sea Sparrow. Once you have the Kruger/Sniper Rifle and have the Enter/Exit Trick still on your mind, fly back to the East Mansion Roof and kill the Streetwannabe's Gang Members and their Leader using the Sea Sparrow Guns. Land your Sea Sparrow on the Roof, do the Enter/Exit Trick and kill Lance using the Sniper Rifle or Kruger before the Phone starts ringing again. This can be a serious pain on Console, as Lance will hover up and down annoyingly so you can't just shoot him in the Head easily, so you'll most likely have the Phone Call ring again and then you'll fail the whole Procedure. Once you kill Lance before the Phone starts ringing, go back into the Sea Sparrow as fast as possible and fly down to the Road. Do the Enter/Exit Trick and run to the AP Maverick and push it using Tommy's Body so it's upwards. You will notice Lance's Dead Body nearby too. Quickly get in the Maverick before the Phone starts ringing again, then fly it to the Location where you picked up the Grenades from before, do the Enter/Exit Trick and get them, then get back to the AP Maverick. Fly to the Hyman Condo Safehouse and fly the AP Maverick into the Biggest Garage there, the one left of the Save Icon. Don't worry about crashing at the Walls because the Maverick is truly DP, unlike the Proofed Bikes in VC. Once it's in, do the Enter/Exit Trick, run out of the Garage and blow up Tommy with a Grenade to deplete his Health to 17, or if you have 150 Health you will then have 67 Health left, which is enough to kill Tommy using 1 Grenade anyways. Now run back to the AP Maverick, get back in it. This Part is very important, once you enter the Maverick, just to be sure, wait around a bit inside the Maverick, then do the Enter/Exit Trick again for the final time. Once you exit the Maverick after the Enter/Exit Trick, start to count down from 20 Seconds. Get Tommy out of the Garage until it closes, move slowly towards the Garage until it opens and then stop, make sure that the Garage Doors are open from the furthest possible Point away. Once you count down to 19, throw a Grenade towards the Garage to kill Tommy for the second time, the Garage Door will close and you will die while the Phone is on its first Ring. If you've done this Part right, you will spawn back to a Hospital with your Mission Markers still on. Now, immediately go to the Hyman Condo Garage and check if the AP Maverick is inside. Open, close and open the Garage Door. Now save your Game somewhere else than the Hyman Condo Safehouse as saving there likes to remove the Vehicles in the Big Garage rarely, reload the Game and check if the AP Maverick is still there. If it's still there inside, huge congratulations, as this seems to be the hardest possible Special Vehicle in VC that uses OM0, and the most confusing one to understand. Phew, what an adventure. Enjoy your AP Maverick in VC!

1.7. BP/EP/FP Squalo
Mission: Supply and Demand (Fail)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Vice Mainland! This is a Special Boat in VC and it has BP/EP/FP Properties, which makes this Squalo very interesting and Special. Make sure you first have the Hyman Condo Safehouse purchased, if you've done Paramedic while obtaining the EC White Admiral, then you certainly will have enough Money to buy Hyman Condo. To obtain this BP/EP/FP Squalo, start the Mission Supply and Demand and go to where Lance is, when you take control of the Squalo you and Lance are riding in, just drive it to the Location a bit north of the Stadium. Eventually, the Mission will be failed for not beating the other Boats to the Location. When you come to the Stadium, beach the BP/EP/FP Squalo onto the Land by accelerating the Squalo onto the Shore and you'll most likely land on the Land nearby. Once it's on Land, use Tommy's Body or jack a Random Vehicle from Traffic to push the BP/EP/FP Squalo to the Hyman Condo Safehouse and into one of the Garages. On Consoles, this will take you some time as the BP/EP/FP Squalo tends to get stuck sometimes on the Road, especially when you hit the Traffic Lights, so avoid them. On PC, the BP/EP/FP Squalo will slide on the Ground like butter if you have the Frame Limiter turned off. There shouldn't be any issue pushing it to the Garage. When you've pushed the BP/EP/FP Squalo into the Garage at Hyman Condo, then you've just obtained the BP/EP/FP Squalo. Test the Properties and save the Game. Make note that this is one of few non-OM0 Special Vehicles that need a Mission Failure to be obtained.

1.8. EP/FP Squalo
Mission: Supply and Demand (Fail)
How to Obtain: In the Mission Supply and Demand, there is a BP/EP/FP Squalo and a EP/FP Squalo and both require a Mission Failure. The EP/FP Squalo is an Inferior Special Vehicle as you can get a better one in the same Mission with the BP Property. The only reason why it's in the Guide is because the EP/FP Squalo is also DP, but the DP Property doesn't register on Boats and Motorcycles in VC, thus why it's EP/FP. My advice is that you should get the BP/EP/FP Squalo only with one Failure, instead of the EP/FP one or both for two Failures, but it's your choice if you want to obtain both just for the Invisible DP Property on the EP/FP Squalo. Before getting it, make sure you first have the Hyman Condo Safehouse purchased, if you've done Paramedic while obtaining the EC White Admiral, then you certainly will have enough Money to buy Hyman Condo. To get the EP/FP Squalo, start Supply and Demand and go to where Lance is and then drive to where the Marquis is before the other Speeders. Once that is done, a Railshooter Part will start, immediately kill Lance now. While you're driving the Squalo, it's BP/EP/FP, but during the Railshooter Part, it's DP/EP/FP or EP/FP. Once you've killed Lance and the Mission has failed, get into the EP/FP Squalo and immediately drive to the Location a bit north of the Stadium. When you come to the Stadium, beach the EP/FP Squalo onto the Land by accelerating the Squalo onto the Shore and you'll most likely land on the Land nearby. Once it's on Land, use Tommy's Body or jack a Random Vehicle from Traffic to push the EP/FP Squalo to the Hyman Condo Safehouse and into one of the Garages. On Consoles, this will take you some time as the BP/EP/FP Squalo tends to get stuck sometimes on the Road, especially when you hit the Traffic Lights, so avoid them. On PC, the EP/FP Squalo will slide on the Ground like butter if you have the Frame Limiter turned off. There shouldn't be any issue pushing it to the Garage. When you've pushed the BP/EP/FP Squalo into the Garage at Hyman Condo, then you've just obtained the EP/FP Squalo. Test the Properties and save the Game. Make note that this is one of few non-OM0 Special Vehicles that need a Mission Failure to be obtained.

1.9. EC2 Patriot (1 of 2)
Mission: Sir, Yes Sir! (Pass)
How to Obtain: The Secondary Exclusive Color on this EC2 Patriot is Special, but Invisible. This same EC2 Patriot can be found parked at Fort Baxter at any time, so it's not a Special Vehicle and it's not really worth to obtain it from Sir, Yes Sir! You can if you want to though. The EC2 Color on it is a Wet Asphalt Color, but in the Game Files the Color is called Grey3. To obtain it, start the Mission Sir, Yes Sir! and drive to the West Island to intercept the Army. Stop ahead of the Army and use a Sniper Rifle to snipe the Driver of the EC2 Patriot. Kill as many Army Soldiers as you feel necessary where it'll be safe to steal the EC2 Patriot. After stealing the EC2 Patriot, drive it back to the Hyman Condo Safehouse and put it in one of the Garages. Make sure you or the Soldiers don't blow it up. Now, return to where the Rhino Tank is located. Steal the Rhino like normally and take it to the Location to pass the Mission before it self-detonates. Once the Mission is passed, very importantly, go to the Hyman Condo Safehouse and go to the Garage where you put your EC2 Patriot. Open, close, open and close the Garage with the EC2 Patriot so the Garages recognizes it as being stored. If you store a Vehicle in a Garage that is taken from a Mission while the Mission is still running, then the Garage won't acknowledge the Vehicle inside, so it's always the best to go back to the Garage and make sure the Garage acknowledges the Mission Scripted Vehicle after the Mission ended.

2.0. EC White PCJ 600
Mission: Autocide (Pass)
How to Obtain: This Payphone Assassination Mission contains three Special Vehicles, an EC White PCJ 600, EC Black and Red Bobcat and an EC Blue PCJ 600. This will be an explanation how to get them all at the same time while passing the Mission. To obtain all of them, start the Mr Black Assassination Payphone Mission Autocide and once the Mission starts, in front of you up the Street will be the EC White PCJ 600. Get onto it and drive around the Corner to the first Target located on the Billboard which is Mike Griffin. Kill him with the Sniper Rifle and then proceed to the next Target with the EC White PCJ 600. When you arrive, just destroy the Securicar to kill Dick Tanner. Interestingly, this Securicar has the Heavy Property, but the Heavy Property is not saved in VC Garages. Now, head towards the Links View Safehouse to put the EC White PCJ 600 in the Safehouse Garage. Once the EC PCJ 600 is inside the Garage, go to the next Target who will be Marcus Hammond and Franco Carter, this is when the EC Black and Red Bobcat will appear. From a Distance snipe the Driver and the Passenger in the Head and get inside the EC Bobcat. Drive it to the Links View Safehouse and store it in the Garage. Once the EC Bobcat is secured, jack a Random Vehicle and drive to the next Target who will be Nick Kong and will be on a Tropic Boat. From the Bridge, snipe him dead and then proceed to the last and final Target which will be Charlie Dilson and he will be driving the EC Blue PCJ 600. Locate him and ram him off the EC PCJ 600 and kill him. The Mission will be passed and once he's dead, take the EC Blue PCJ 600 and drive it to a Safehouse Garage to store it. Now, don't forget this, go to the Links View Safehouse Garage and open, close and re-open the Garage Doors to fully make the Garage acknowledge the Vehicles inside. If you store a Special Vehicle inside the Garage that is taken from a Mission while the Mission is still not passed or failed, the Garage isn't actually recognizing it yet. Not until the Mission is either passed or failed and you open, close, open, and close the Garage will it be recognized. This EC White PCJ 600 is Special and EC for sure for its EC White Body Color.

2.1. EC Black and Red Bobcat
Mission: Autocide (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check out 2.0. to know how to get the EC White PCJ 600, EC Black and Red Bobcat and the EC Blue PCJ 600 while passing the Mission Autocide. This EC Black and Red Bobcat is for sure EC and Special, it has a Primary Color being Black and the Secondary Color, which is the Stripe, being Red, or how the Color is called in the Game Files Red6.

2.2. EC Blue PCJ 600
Mission: Autocide (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check out 2.0. to know how to get the EC White PCJ 600, EC Black and Red Bobcat and the EC Blue PCJ 600 while passing the Mission Autocide. This EC Blue PCJ 600 is for sure EC and Special for having a EC Blue Body Color. In Traffic there are Blue PCJ 600s in VC, but it's not the same Blue Color as this EC Blue PCJ 600.
Video by Lethal Vaccine

2.3. EC Black Washington
Mission: All Hands on Deck! (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is one of the hardest Special Vehicles to get with Passing the Mission in VC, especially on Console. It's easier to get with a Mission Failure though, but it's always better to pass the Mission than to fail if you have the option. It's a Washington with a EC Black Body Color, which is very Special. On the Xbox Double Pack Version of VC, this is a EC White Washington. So if you have the VC Xbox Version, the only way to get a EC Black Washington is to convert one using the OM0 EC Black Conversion Trick with added Attempts, but on the plus side you'd get a EC White Washington which is very Unique and only available on one Version of the Game. If you want to try and get the EC Black Washington with Pass, start the Mission All Hands on Deck!, now you will be forced to watch the Cutscene where the French arrive to the Docks driving these EC Black Washingtons, then they'll get on some Boats and chase after the Yacht when you eventually gain control of Tommy after the Cutscene ends. As soon as you get control of Tommy, gun down all the French on the Yacht in front of you using a Minigun if you're on PC or any Weapon of your choice that has Free Aim.Once all the French are dead, turn around to the back of the Yacht and run up to it and jump over the Banister onto the Lower Deck. At this point, just wait for the Enemy Speeder to apprach the Yacht on the right hand side. Interestingly enough, it travels rather close to the Yacht which allows Tommy to literally be able to just jump onto the Boat. If you managed, simply hit the Button to get onto the Boat and now turn it around and drive back to Land where you saw the EC Black Washingtons stop in the Cutscene. On some Versions of VC, you can teleport into the Speeder by getting into it from the Yacht, to accomplish that, get down on the left hand side of the Yacht and get a Kruger or M4, soon an Enemy Speeder will shot up, simply use Free Aim and kill the Driver of the Speeder. Now spam the Enter Vehicle Button and wait for the Rio behind it to push it a bit forward and you'll be teleported inside the Speeder. On some Versions that won't work, so you'll need to jump down onto the Speeder and hope that you jump onto the Boat without falling into the Water. When you finally get back, only one of the two EC Washingtons will be there, though. Just beach the Boat any means necessary and now here comes the hardest part of all. Get to the Washington and using Tommy's Body alone, you must try and push it as quickly as you possible can back to the Ocean Heights Safehouse Garage before the next Cutscene plays. On Console this seems to be a complete nightmare because of the Frame Limiter. People on PC have an option to turn it on or off which makes this Task very easy so it can be pushed literally like butter, but if you're on Console, you have no other option and need to just get lucky to be able to push the Washington back to the Garage before the Cutscene plays. To push it, ge behind the EC Washington and sprint and push the Washington using Tommy's Body. He seems to overshoot it and run to the left or right and even on the Roof of the Washington, so be patient and quick with this. On Console, get behind the Washington and then turn your Camera to the Back of the Vehicle and push it, make sure that it gets some momentum so the process goes faster. Sometimes, especially when you're near the Garage, the EC Washington seems to get Heavy and it will be harder to push, just keep on trying and you will get it unstuck. Just get it to the Garage as quick as possible, if you manage to accomplish this Part, the rest is simple. Once the EC Black Washington is inside the Garage, just stand next to it until the Cutscene plays and at that time, Tommy will be teleported back onto the Yacht to finish and pass the Mission like normal. Just take everyone out including the Boats blocking the Yacht's Path and the Hunter to finish the Mission. Once passed, you will be driving a Normal Speeder, now simply make sure to get back to the Ocean Heights Safehouse Garage and confirm the EC Black Washington is still there by opening, closing, opening and closing the Garage Door to have the Garage acknowledge the Vehicle is inside there. If you store a Special Vehicle inside the Garage that is taken from a Mission while the Mission is still not passed or failed, the Garage isn't actually recognizing it yet. Not until the Mission is either passed or failed and you open, close, open and close the Garage will it be recognized. If you managed this task, especially on Console, then congratulations as this is one of the more trickier Special Vehicles to obtain in the entire Game. To get it with a Failure Method, simply get to Land using the Speeder Teleport or Jump Trick and then push the EC Black Washington to where Colonel's Mission Marker usually is, then get in the EC Washington and the Mission will immediately fail, then simply get into the Washington and store it in a Garage. I suggest getting it with the Pass Method, despite it being harder, you won't have an added and unneeded Mission Attempt in the Stats.
Video by Lethal Vaccine (PS2 Version) / Video by LieutenantCB17 (PC Version)

2.4. BP/EP/FP PCJ 600
Mission: Bar Brawl (Pass)
How to Obtain: Like the Special Vehicle in the Entry above, this BP/EP/FP PCJ 600 is also one of the more challenging ones to obtain in VC, though it's a bit easier compared to the EC Washington on Console, but it can still be treacherous to obtain if you aren't used to the Game or how to obtain it. Make note that this is actually an AP PCJ 600, but due to the fact that DP doesn't register on Boats and Bikes in VC, it's only BP/EP/FP. Before starting this Task, get a Rhino Tank and have it stored in the Vercetti Estate Mansion Safehouse Garage. You can easily get it from Fort Baxter after collecting 90 Hidden Packages. When you have the Rhino stored, start the Mission Bar Brawl and get to the Garage and take out the Tank leaving the other Guys behind at the Mansion. Drive the Rhino to the Blip on the Map and run the two Patrol Invest Group Guys over. Now, walk into the Pink Marker to speak with the Front Page Bar Owner. After the short Cutscene, get back into the Rhino Tank and drive to the exact Location that you see in the Video at the Grassy Area where the Bench is bear the Beach, quite close to the Location the Game instructs you to go. When you get there, turn the Rhino Turret backward on the Tank. Here comes the luck based and tricky part, get out of the Rhino and run to the Staircase opposite of the Location where the Enemies are and take out all the DBP Security Guys except for one as you need one to stay alive for the next Part. Kill both ones which are standing at the Door but leave one Guy alive who will run after you, so don't accidently leave one Guy out who is just standing. If you get a Wanted Level, get the Police Bribe which is nearby in the Alleyway near the Staircase. At this point, allow the one Guy to follow you while you run back to the Tank. Get in the Rhino Tank and try and get the Guy shooting at you to get as close to the Tank and then start accelerating and firing the Tank's Turret backward for extra Acceleration. You must run the Guy over and then need to jump out of the Tank at the right moment as you see in the Video, allowing a Cutscene to play while the Tank rolls into both of the PCJ 600s coming out of the Alleyway and colliding with the Tank so they will blow up and instantly pass the Mission during the Cutscene. If you don't blow both of them up at the same time and pass the Mission immediately, then you will need to reload and start over. What you want to happen in the Cutscene is the PCJ 600s getting blown up by the Rhino, but the one in the front should be blown up and stay blown up. It will most likely land on the Sidewalk nearby the Staircase if you did everything correctly. If the PCJ 600 gets up in the Wreck Form and is on Fire, it won't be BP/EP/FP, so you need to aim for the PCJ 600 to stay blown up until the Mission gets passed immediately. When I obtained it, the first PCJ 600 stayed blown up until the end of the Cutscene and the second PCJ 600 got up and got set on Fire, so I had to kill the second DBP Goon to pass the Mission, but the first PCJ 600 was BP/EP/FP. Basically, what you need to aim for to know for sure that you did everything correctly, you need to literally try and replicate the exact spot of where the PCJ 600 Wreck lands on the Sidewalk and pass the Mission immediately during the Cutscene for this to work. If you succeed, run to it and wait for a suitable Vehicle to come by in Traffic and then jack it as you will need one to push the Wreck all the way to the Ocean Heights Safehouse Garage. Very carefully push it there and don't get a Wanted Level while pushing the BP/EP/FP PCJ 600 Wreck. Also, you can wait to answer Lance's Phone Call until the BP/EP/FP PCJ 600 is secured in the Garage or answer it right away while waiting for a good pushing Vehicle to show up. It's your choice. Once you allow the Garage to renew the Wreck of the PCJ 600, test the Properties immediately to make sure it's BP/EP/FP. If the PCJ 600 isn't BP/EP/FP after pushing it in the Garage, then you did something wrong with the Cutscene Part, thus you have to reload and retry. If it remained with the Properties then congratulations on obtaining one of the trickiest Special Vehicles in all of VC! Also, something to note, at this Stage you will have completed the Mission Shakedown, so right after Shakedown go and buy the Sunshine Autos Asset to get 16 new Garage Spaces to use, which you will really need if you want to obtain all the VC Special Vehicles.
Video by Lethal Vaccine

2.5. EC Black Admiral (1 of 2)
Mission: Check Out at the Check In (Pass)
How to Obtain: The first EC Black Admiral in VC out of two, getting either is fine, though I suggest getting this one as it's less of a hassle. It has a nice EC Black Body Color which is for sure EC and it actually has a Heavy Property on it, thus actually being a H/EC Black Admiral, but the H Property gets deleted when you store the Vehicle in the Garage. To obtain it, you first need to have a Flamethrower in your Inventory. Start the Mr Black Payphone Assassination Mission Check Out at the Check In and grab the Sniper Rifle. Aim at the Woman and kill the Person who she talked to, then pick up the Briefcase. Run out and don't forget to pick up your Weapons when you leave. Once that is done, you will need to lose the Wanted Level by avoiding the EC Black Admiral Location for now, which is on the Road where you legally enter the Airport. Drive near Fort Baxter and drive up to the Billboards, drive around them and then you will be near Little Havana, simply drive there and lose your Wanted Level. You can either go to a Pay and Spray to lose the Wanted Level or you can go pick up a Police Bribe or two to lose the Wanted Level if you're interested with keeping the Pay and Spray Visits/Sprayings Stat to zero. After losing the Wanted Level, drive to the Location where the EC Black Admiral spawns, near Sunshine Autos on the Road where you enter Escobar International Airport. You will see one of these EC Black Admirals sitting there waiting to ambush you. All you have to do is walk up to it with your Flamethrower and flame it. The Driver will get out scared and run away while leaving the Door open. At this time, just get into it and drive to the Ammu-Nation in Downtown to pass the Payphone Mission. When you arrive at Ammu-Nation, remember the Door is normally locked, so when you get out of the Admiral, keep the Door open so you can get back into it after the Mission is passed and drive it back to a Garage to store it. Of course, the Heavy Property will be deleted in the Garage.

2.6. EC Black Voodoo
Mission: Two Bit Hit (Pass)
How to Obtain: This will be an explanation on how to obtain all three EC Black Voodoo, Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse and Unique/FP Romero's Hearse at the same time with passing the Mission Two Bit Hit. This Avery Mission called Two Bit Hit doesn't need to be completed right away after you unlock it early on in the Game, I highly suggest that you wait and don't do the Mission until you buy the Sunshine Autos Property Safehouse since it's very close by where the three Vehicles are and the Safehouse has four Garages. It's a nice place to store these Vehicles in general. To do this quest, start the Mission Two Bit Hit and go get the Cuban Clothes as instructed. Now, go to the Pizza Restaurant where you will find all three of these Special Vehicles scattered around. Just run to the EC Black Voodoo and get inside of it and then drive it back to Sunshine Autos where you can store it. Once it's stored, return back to the Pizza Restaurant and next run up to the Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse on the Side of the Road and jack it. Drive it back to Sunshine Autos and store it. Lastly, return to the Pizza Restaurant again and get the third and final Special Vehicle. Sometimes the Vehicle won't be there as it will be driving away from the Area. If that happens, don't be alarmed, simply locate the Unique/FP Romero's Hearse whereever it is driving and try and pin it against a Wall. Be careful as the Unique/FP Romero's Hearse, if it is driving away, is often spitting out Explosive Coffins. Get out of your Vehicle and yank the Haititan Driver out. At this point, just kill the Driver and his Guard and the Mission will be passed. If the Unique/FP Romero's Hearse didn't leave the Pizza Restaurant, then just kill the Guy standing near it and then jack the Unique/FP Romero's Hearse and leave Little Haiti to pass the Mission. Once you have the Unique/FP Romero's Hearse, head back to Sunshine Autos and store it in a Garage while checking on the EC Black Voodoo and Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse by opening, closing, opening and closing the Garage Doors in the Garages that they're stored inside. You must do that so the Game acknowledges that they are inside. If you store a Special Vehicle from a Mission while the Mission is still running and not passed or failed, the Garage doesn't actually acknowledge the Vehicle that it's inside, so if you would save and reload without checking them, they would vanish. It's not hard to do this. The EC Black Voodoo is very special as Voodoos only appear in a Dark Red Color and the Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse is still Special due to the Invisible Secondary Special Color which is Black. Due to the large Garage Storage in VC, it's better to obtain the Unique/EC2 Version of the Romero's Hearse too along with the Unique/FP one.

2.7. Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse
Mission: Two Bit Hit (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check out 2.6. to know how to obtain all three EC Black Voodoo, Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse and Unique/FP Romero's Hearse along with passing Two Bit Hit. Make note that the Secondary Color of this EC2 Romero's Hearse is actually Invisible and Black, but still Special. Due to the large Garage Storage in VC, you should obtain it too as there's no reason to skip it. Make note that the Coffins in the Romero's Hearse can be differently Colored and can have a different Design, but can also have no Coffin at all. You can get any Variation you like, however, one is not more Special to another.

2.8. Unique/FP Romero's Hearse
Mission: Two Bit Hit (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check out 2.6. to know how to obtain all three EC Black Voodoo, Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse and Unique/FP Romero's Hearse along with passing Two Bit Hit. This Unique/FP Romero's Hearse is more Special than the EC2 one, eventhough the FP Property is not spectacular, it's still Visible. Make note that the Coffins in the Romero's Hearse can be differently Colored and can have a different Design, but can also have no Coffin at all. You can get any Variation you like, however, one is not more Special to another.

2.9. FP Voodoo (Japanese Version only)
Mission: Trojan Voodoo (Fail)
How to Obtain: The Japanese Versions have a different Mission Script and a lot of different Textures and Exclusive Content, thus also new Special Vehicles. On the Japanese Versions of VC, there are two new Special Vehicles that can be obtained, the FP Voodoo and the FP/EC Gold Stretch. You can't really get your hands on the Japanese Version of VC unless you live in Japan yourself or if you convert your current VC Version to the Japanese Version, which can legally be done from the Speedrunning Website for VC. For the Japanese Version Special Vehicles, let's just assume that you have the Japanese Version of VC. If you don't, then these Vehicles are out of bounds for you and can't be obtained at all as they don't exist. During the Mission Trojan Voodoo for Umberto you can obtain a FP Voodoo, so start the Mission and get a Voodoo with Pepe. Once you've gotten a Voodoo, drive to the Location near Kaufman Cabs where Rico is, but don't get into the Pink Marker. The Voodoos at the Location are FP, so get out of your Voodoo and kill the Cuban Gang Members inside the FP Voodoos to fail the Mission. Once the Mission has been failed, get inside of the the FP Voodoos and drive it to a Garage and store it.

3.0. Unique Love Fist (1 of 2) (PS2 only)
Mission: Psycho Killer (Pass)
How to Obtain: This Special Vehicle is only for PS2 Players. If you're playing on Xbox or PC or Mobile, then you don't need it as the Love Fist Limo is not Unique and will always spawn in Downtown at the Place where the Love Fist Missions took place after finishing the Love Fist Missions. On PS2 that doesn't happen, thus if you don't obtain the Unique Love Fist during the Mission, you'll never see it again. To obtain it, just do the Mission Psycho Killer like normal by killing the Psycho, once passed you will still be driving this Unique Love Fist. Just make sure it doesn't get blown up while you pass the Mission and that you're still driving in it when the Mission is passed. Simply take it back to a Garage and store it. It also appears in Publicity Tour, but it's better and easier to obtain it from Psycho Killer as you need to fail the Mission to get it from Publicity Tour.

3.1. Unique Love Fist (2 of 2) (PS2 only)
Mission: Publicity Tour (Fail)
How to Obtain: This Special Vehicle is only for PS2 Players. If you're playing on Xbox or PC or Mobile, then you don't need it as the Love Fist Limo is not Unique and will always spawn in Downtown at the Place where the Love Fist Missions took place after finishing the Love Fist Missions. On PS2 that doesn't happen, thus if you don't obtain the Unique Love Fist during the Mission, you'll never see it again. If you want to obtain this Love Fist Limo from Publicity Tour, you will need to fail the Mission for that one. Start Publicity Tour, and drive as fast as you can until the Bomb gets defused. Once it's defused, drive it to a Garage, exit it and then blow it up inside the Garage. This will fail the Mission, now open, close, and open the Garage Door so the Love Fist gets renewed. It's unrecommended to obtain this Unique Love Fist from Publicity Tour, as you can get it from Psycho Killer with a Mission Pass. Just obtain it from Psycho Killer and ignore the one from Publicity Tour.

3.2. BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo
Mission: The Driver (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Sabre Turbo with BP/EP/FP Properties and is one of the few Special Vehicles which require you to get a Mission Failure in the Stats to obtain. You physically can't obtain this Special Vehicle unless the Mission is failed. There are two completely different Methods, one is only and exclusively for the PS2 1.00 Version and the other Method is for the other PS2 Versions, PC, Xbox and Mobile Versions of VC. The PS2 Only Method isn't going to work on newer PS2 Versions and vice versa, so keep that in mind, if that is the case for you, you'll need to use the second Method. The second Method is for people who can't use the first Method and are on any other Platform other than PS2 V1. It's a bit more tricky and time consuming, but still rather easy if you're detemined to get it. For the first Method for PS2 V1 Users, start the Asset Mission The Driver and once the Race starts, immediately reverse and head towards the Pizza Restaurant on your left a bit past the Malibu Club. You will shortly be slapped with a 2 Star Wanted Level, however, between the Bushes and Trees in the Grassy Area near the Pizza Restaurant, you will find a Police Bribe. Pick it up and one of the Stars will be gone, now just head to where the Adrenaline Pill is located behind the Penthouse Building and wait there. Hilary will be coming around in his BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo around the 2:10 mark on the Race Timer. At this time, pick up the Adrenaline Pill and find Hilary. Arm yourself with a Sniper Rifle and aim at Hilary, then snipe him dead while under the influence of the Adrenaline Pill which which will make this much easier and slowed down to kill Hilary. The Mission will shortly fail when Hilary falls out of the BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo while the Door is left open. Just get into it and drive it back to a Garage and store it. This only works on PS2 1.00 since the BP/EP/FP Properties will be removed after he dies and falls out of the Sabre Turbo on other Platforms and later Versions of PS2. For the second Method, which works only on the later PS2 Versions, PC, Xbox and Mobile Versions, make sure you have a Rhino Tank stored in the Vercetti Estate Mansion Safehouse Garage before starting The Driver. You don't need it in the Garage, but it's nice to have it in the Garage if you fail the Procedure of obtaining the Special Vehicle, so you can easily reload and take the Rhino from the Garage. Get in the Rhino and drive to the Location behind the Bunch of Tools Store, in the Grassy Area. Leave the Rhino and run to the Malibu Club and start The Driver. Once the Race starts, reverse like in the first Method, and grab the Police Bribe. At this point, just drive the Sentinel back to the Grassy Area and get in your Tank that you left there. If the Rhino vanished, you'll need to reload, though most of the time it won't vanish. Now wait for Hilary to come around in the Sabre Turbo which should be around the 1:45 mark on the Timer. When he arrives, drive the Rhino into the Sabre Turbo which will result in it blowing up and the Mission failing. Sometimes you will miss him and he will drive away, if that happens, reload the Game. Once the Sabre Turbo is blown up, use the Rhino Tank to push the BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo Wreck to the Vercetti Estate Garage, which would be right in front of you over the Bridge on Starfish Island. Push the Wreck into the Garage and allow the Garage to close on it to restore it. Open the Garage again and your BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo should be sitting there good as new. Just be careful when pushing the Wreck in the Garage as it tends to disappear when it's between the Garage and Non-Garage Zone, so make sure you push it inside with the Tank as quick as possible.

3.3. EC White Walton
Mission: Gun Runner (Pass)
How to Obtain: Another standard to obtain Special Vehicle in VC, it's a Walton with an EC White Body Color. Start the Mission Gun Runner, get in Phil's Patriot and drive to the Main Road on the Vice Mainland Island. Get out of your Vehicle and arm yourself with a Sniper Rifle, use it to snipe the Driver of one of the EC White Waltons driving up the Road. Go to the Walton and get inside of it and drive it back to the Hyman Condo Safehouse and put it in one of the Garages. After this is done, just do the Mission like normal by destroying the remaining EC White Waltons and picking up the Weapons. You can also kill the Faggio Drivers for extra Bonus Money. Once that is taken care of, return to where you stored the EC White Walton and shoot it to blow it up. The Mission will be passed and now just allow the Garage to renew the Wreck by closing it and opening it again to reveal the EC White Walton fully restored. Pretty easy to get.

3.4. EC Black Pony
Mission: Loose Ends (Pass)
How to Obtain: In this Mission you can obtain an EC Black Admiral, EC Black Pony, and EC Blue and White Maverick all at the same time while passing the Mission. However, obtaining the EC Black Admiral is rather pointless since you should of already obtained the one from Check Out at the Check In. There really isn't any reason to skip that one and obtain it from Loose Ends. If you already got the EC Black Admiral from before, then there's no need to obtain it from the Mission and it would be less of a hassle only obtaining the EC Black Pony and EC Blue and White Maverick at the same time while passing the Mission. Before starting the Procedure, you will need two Packers. Park one Packer in one of the Sunshine Autos Garages and drive the other one to the Mission Start Location. Alternatively, you can have both Packers ready outside the Compund and then starting the Mission. It's up to you how you want to do it. Start the Payphone Assassination Mission Loose Ends and get in the Compound. In the Compound there will be two EC Black Admirals and a EC Black Pony. Make sure not to blow them up using Bullets or the Explosive Barrel, as on Console you can accidently shoot at the Barrel using Auto Aim. You will have to stand from a Distance and use the Sniper Rifle or a M4 to kill the Guys sitting in the Driver Seat and Passenger Seat of the EC Pony. If they get out, they will close the Doors behind them and the EC Pony is Locked. On later Versions of VC, the Pony is never locked though. Go through the Compound until all of the Guys are taken out. Now, head back out of the Compound and fetch one of the Packers and like it up against the Gate. Using the second Packer, try and drive it on top of the first Packer and over the Gate into the Compound. If you succeed with this, the rest is easy. Using the Packer you now have inside the Compound, line it up facing out of the Compound and now get in the EC Black Pony and drive it up the Packer and over the Wall or Gate out of the Compound. Once the EC Black Pony is out, drive it back to a Garage and park it inside. Next, return to the Compound. Get the EC Black Admiral too if you need it, drive it on the Packer and get it to a Garage like you did for the EC Black Pony. When you've done that, return to the Compound and continue the Mission like normal until you retrieve the Briefcase. After retrieving the Briefcase, get into the EC Blue and White Maverick that is provided to you and fly to the Pink Marker at the Airport and then the Mission will be passed. Now just take the EC Maverick back to a Garage and store it. If you're unsure how to store the EC Blue and White Maverick in the Garage, watch the Video. You need to park the EC Blue and White Maverick at the Garage Location of Sunshine Autos and then push it inside using a Vehicle. Be very careful about this Part as it's the most annoying Part of the procedure, especially on Console. On Console, pushing the Maverick violently will make the Maverick jump around and tip over, thus will blow up. So carefully drive it in the Garage. On Consoles, you can't use Tommy's Body to push it inside the Garage, but on PC you can using the Frame Limiter Option. The Video shows how to get all three of the Special Vehicles and not just the EC Black Pony and EC Blue and White Maverick. It includes the EC Black Admiral, as well. Also, very, very importantly, check on the EC Black Pony by opening, closing, opening and closing the Garage Door after the Mission is passed. If you store a Special Vehicle inside the Garage that is taken from a Mission while the Mission is still not passed or failed, the Garage isn't actually recognizing it yet. Not until the Mission is either passed or failed and you open, close, open, and close the Garage will it be recognized. If you went ahead and got the EC Black Admiral, too, be sure to check on that, as well. These Special Vehicles aren't very difficult to obtain, but do require a rather time consuming Setup. You don't want to lose them after taking the time to obtain them. The most annoying Part besides the EC Maverick Pushing is the fact that the Packers love to despawn. You can always run on Foot to the southern end of the Vice Mainland Island to find a Packer always parked there and can drive it back to the Compound, park it, then run on Foot back to the southern end of the West Island and fetch another.

3.5. EC Black Admiral (2 of 2)
Mission: Loose Ends (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check 3.2. to know how to get the EC Black Pony, EC Black Admiral, and EC Blue and White Maverick at the same time while passing the Mission Loose Ends. If you got the EC Black Admiral from Check Out at the Check In, you don't need to get it from Loose Ends. It's the same Admiral with the EC Black Body Color.

3.6. EC Blue and White Maverick
This Maverick is for sure EC for the Blue and White Color Combination. Though, some Parked Mavericks are Blue and White, but they're not the same Blue Color as this one from Loose Ends, which still makes the EC Blue and White Maverick truly EC and Special.

3.7. EC Gold Stretch
Mission: Martha's Mug Shot (Pass)
How to Obtain: There are two Methods to obtain this nice looking EC Gold Stretch, the easier and better Method is shown in the Video. Any of the two Methods are good and you can use any. This Stretch is for sure EC as it has a Gold Body Color, or how the Color is called in the Game Files, Yellow5. Start the Asset Mission Martha's Mug Shot at the InterGlobal Film Studios, after the Cutscene simply get in the nearby Sparrow and follow Candy's EC Gold Stretch to the Building until you get the Cutscene. After the Cutscene, look to the south of Malibu Club, you will see the EC Gold Stretch parked on the side of the Road, however, the Doors will be locked and the Driver will still be inside of it. Simply pull out your Sniper Rifle and snipe the Driver dead. The Body will fall out of the EC Stretch and the Door will be left open. At this point, drive the EC Stretch back to a Garage and park it inside. Now, return to the Building and take the Photos of Candy and Alex Shrub with your Camera like normally, then simply pass the Mission by returning to the Film Studios and going into the Pink Marker. Be careful as you'll have a 5 Star Wanted Level. Once the Mission is passed, return to the Garage where you stored the EC Gold Stretch and confirm it. If you store a Special Vehicle inside the Garage that is taken from a Mission while the Mission is still running and not passed or failed, the Garage isn't actually acknowledging it yet. So after the Mission is passed, simply go to that Garage, open, close, open and close the Garage Door so that the Garage is recognizing the EC Stretch. The second Method requires you to use a Flamethrower on the EC Stretch as soon as the Mission starts and then you can drive Candy to the Building yourself, but that isn't actually needed to obtain it.
Video by Lethal Vaccine

3.8. FP/EC Gold Stretch (Japanese Version only)
Mission: Martha's Mug Shot (Fail)
For the FP/EC Gold Stretch on the Japanese Version, you need to fail the Mission to obtain it. Start the Mission Martha's Mug Shot and run to the FP/EC Gold Stretch before Candy gets inside. Oh any other Version of VC, the Stretch is not FP. Get on top of the Car Hood of the Stretch and wait for Candy Suxxx to come closer. When you see her, kill her with a Weapon, the Mission will fail the and FP/EC Gold Stretch will drive off. Once that happens, shoot at the Stretch Driver using a Free Aim Weapon until he gets out. He will leave the Door open when he gets out, so get in the FP/EC Gold Stretch and drive it to a Garage and store it.

3.9. EC Black Sentinel
Mission: Hit the Courier (Pass)
How to Obtain: One of many EC Black Vehicles from the Storyline, it's a Sentinel with a EC Black Body Color. To obtain this EC Black Sentinel, start the Asset Mission Hit the Courier and quickly drive to the Viceport Docks where a Shootout will take place. Shoot all of the Bodyguards dead and then run to where the EC Black Sentinel is sitting in the Compound while you wait for the Courier to land coming by a Maverick. Once the Maverick lands, arm yourself with a Sniper Rifle and aim it directly at the Windshielf of the EC Black Sentinel so when the Courier gets into the Sentinel, you can immediately snipe her dead. Her Head might be lower when she's in the Sentinel, but just aim and shoot at where the Head usually should be and she will fall out dead, leaving the Door open. Stranegly enough, the EC Black Sentinel will drive forward a bit, even without the Driver but that is normal. Retrieve the Briefcase as instructed and then make a run for the EC Sentinel and get into it. Now, drive back to the Prink Works to pass the Mission, but when you arrive, make sure you leave the Door open before running on Foot into the Pink Marker as the Door will be Locked if you allow Tommy to close it. To leave the Door open, press the Button to exit Vehicles to get out of the Vehicle and immediately run away from the Vehicle so the Door stays open. After the Mission is passed, get into the EC Black Sentinel and drive it to a Safehouse Garage and store it so it will be yours.

4.0. FP Cheetah
Mission: Sunshine Autos Races (Any One of the Races) (Pass)
How to Obtain: This FP Cheetah as well as the FP Infernus and FP Banshee from the Sunshine Autos Races all have the same exact Method on how to obtain them. There are two ways to go about obtaining them. One, start any one of the Races and simply do it like normal and before going into the last Checkpoing look behind you and when you see either of the three FP Vehicles coming close to the Finish Line, go through the final Checkpoint to pass the Race in First Place. Then just do a Drive-By on one of the three FP Race Vehicles and the Driver should slow down, get out of the FP Vehicle leaving the Door open and run away scared. However, this doesn't always happen and they will speed off. If not, just reload and try again. If they do get out, just get into the FP Race Vehicle and drive it back to a Garage. The second Method is doing all the Races and then replaying the Races after coming in First Place, by replaying the Race you don't need to come in First Place and you can just fail the Race. This won't effect the Mission Attempts Stat since you've already passed them in First Place and any Replay of a Race is basically just to get a Faster Time on them or you can obtain the FP Race Vehicles this way, too. Simply go to the end of the Race and just wait for the other FP Race Vehicles to come to the end. After the Race is failed for not finishing or for not coming in First Place, simply do a Drive-By on the FP Race Vehicle you need and hopefully the Driver will slow down, get out scared and run away leaving the Car open. If that's the case, just take it back to a Garage and store it. Rince and repeat until you have all three FP Vehicles obtained which are the FP Cheetah, FP Infernus and FP Banshee. Make note that these FP Vehicles are Rare and not really Special as you can obtained them any time.

4.1. FP Infernus
Mission: Sunshine Autos Races (Any One of the Races) (Pass)

4.3. NE Zebra Cab (1 of 2)
Mission: Cabmaggedon (Pass)
How to Obtain: Make note that this NE Zebra Cab is not Special at all on any Version of VC as you can always get it during Free Roam after 100% Completion. Though, it's more of a hassle to obtain it from Free Roam than from the Mission Cabmaggedon, plus you can pass the Mission to obtain it so why not get it while doing the Mission. The Extra missing on this NE Zebra Can are the Taxi Lights on the Roof. To obtain it, you first need to have a Vehicle that doesn't have Extras on it in one of the Sunshine Autos Garages, for example an Admiral, a Flamethrower and you will also need to do 100 Fares for Taxi Driver, because the Taxi Jump Reward is needed. When you've done that, start the Kaufman Cabs Asset Mission Cabmaggedon and drive to the Docks as instructed and drive into the Pink Marker in the Direction and sound the Horn. A bunch of Taxis will appear and will try to ram you, what you want to do now is drive as quick as you can to the Gate and drive towards it, then use the Taxi Jump Ability to jump over the Gate. Once that is done, drive to Sunshine Autos and get out of the Kaufman Cab. Go to the Garage where you have the Vehicle without Extras, as soon as the Timer gets close to 0:00, open and close the Garage Door with your Vehicle without Extras, so do it around 0:03. As soon as the Timer hits zero, the Zebra Cab will appear. Sometimes maybe it won't be NE, so reload if it isn't. If it is NE, drive back to the Docks and get to the Gate. Now, use the Flamethrower to get the Taxi Driver run out of the NE Zebra Cab and burn him too. Once he's dead, the Mission will be passed, now get in the NE Zebra Cab and drive it to a Garage to store it. This is one of the newest Discoveries in VC. It's possible to get a NE Taxi, NE Kaufman Cab and NE Cabbie in VC too, but they can be obtained at any time even after 100% and they're explained later in the Guide.

4.4. EC Black Sanchez
Mission: Trial by Dirt (Pass, then Fail to obtain the Vehicle, this way it won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: If you are into assembling a Starter Save, you can actually do Trial by Dirt in the Beginning of the Game within the Starter Save before passing An Old Friend. This means the EC Black Sanchez, similar to the EC White Admiral from In the Beginning..., can be obtained much earlier than how it's listed in the Guide. Trial by Dirt, like Test Track below, is a Side Mission immediately available from the beginning of the Game and can be completed and both Special Vehicles obtained if you know how to get to the West Island early. Now, in some PS2 Versions, you may have an advantage with this EC Black Sanchez whereas on perhaps later PS2 Versions and all other Platforms, it's slightly more time consuming, but only by a couple minutes. Start the Side Mission Trial by Dirt by getting onto the Sanchez north of Downtown. Simply complete the Course once, at least in some PS2 Versions, and while you go into the Last Checkpoint to pass it, look behind you and you should see a few Guys riding EC Black Sanchez'. Just kill one of them and take the EC Black Sanchez for yourself and store it in a Garage. If this doesn't happen for you, which it probably won't, then you need to complete Trial by Dirt three times, beating your Time each time you do it. This is very easy to accomplish, though. All you have to do is on the first two tries, go ultra slow. Then on the third time through, you may go as fast as you want as long as you beat the previous Time you had. After you've completed it three times, beating your previous Time, do it a fourth time and on the fourth time around, you will find these guys riding the EC Black Sanchez' behind you. Since you already passed the Mission, failing it at this point won't count against you in the Stats. Just abandon the course and jack one of the EC Black Sanchez Bikes from one of the Haitians and drive it back to a Garage while the Mission fails shortly after. It can be obtained at any time.

4.5. EC Black Rancher
Mission: Test Track (Pass, then Fail to obtain the Vehicle, this way it won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: If you are into assembling a Starter Save, you can actually do Test Track in the Beginning of the Game within the Starter Save before passing An Old Friend. This means, the EC Black Rancher, similar to the EC White Admiral from In the Beginning..., can be obtained much earlier than how it's listed in the Guide. Test Track, like Trial by Dirt above, is a Side Mission immediately available from the beginning of the Game and can be completed and both Special Vehicles obtained if you know how to get to the West Island early. The Method to get this is identical to that of obtaining the EC Black Sanchez from Trial by Dirt. Get in the Landstalker to start the Side Mission Test Track and complete the Course three total times, each time beating your previous Time. Make sure to go ultra slow the first two times around the Course, so you can assure you beat the time on the third go around the Course. Once you complete the Course three times, beating your previous Time, do it a fourth time and you will see an EC Black Rancher following you. Since you already passed the Mission, failing it at this point won't count against you in the Stats. Just abandon the Course and jack the EC Black Rancher from the Patrol Invest Group Member and drive it back to a Garage while the Mission fails shortly after. It can be obtained at any time.

4.6. EP/FP Hotring Racer
Mission: Hotring Stadium Event (Pass, then Fail to obtain the Vehicle, this way it won't effect Stats)
How to Obtain: If you want Minimum Stats, I suggest first passing the Side Mission and then failing it to obtain it. Nothing will be added to Mission Attempts in the Stats if you fail the Side Mission after passing it for the first time, so make sure you pass it by coming in First Place before attempting this. This is an aboslute nightmare of a Special Vehicle to obtain, especially if you try and obtain it in the beginning within a Starter Save. If you are into assembling a Starter Save, you can actually do Hotring in the beginning of the Game within the Starter Save before passing An Old Friend. This means, the EP/FP Hotring Racer, similar to the EC White Admiral from In the Beginning..., can be obtained much earlier than how it's listed in the Guide. But getting it in a Starter Save is a complete absolute hell of a task in general to accomplish. Getting it in the beginning of the Game is fifty times harder then after 100% Completion. I recomment getting this after 100% as it'll be slightly easier, since as a 100% Reward, Vehicles can take twice as much Damage before they catch Fire and blow up. If you actually manage to obtain it before The Party, you can transport it to the Vice Beach Island and then make it a EC Black Hotring Racer using the EC Black Conversion Trick. To obtain it, start the Stadium Side Mission and once the Race begins, drive to the Location you see in the Video. Position the Hotring Racer facing the Wall and start accelerating toward the Wall. Eventually what should happen is it should start turning on its Side on two Wheels and the Wheels should be facing to the left. Continue to accelerate without letting up and try and move the Steering Wheel around holding it to the left side. It is vital that once you start accelerating into the Wall that you do not stop until the Hotring Racer falls below the Stadium. This isn't as easy as it looks, though, and may take you numerous tries over and over again. You're getting close when the Wheels of the EP/FP Hotring Racer touch a Wall on the left hand side and the Hotring Racer turns vertical while doing a Burnout on this Wall on the left. That Burnout will slowly but surely give it momentum to break through the Ground and sink underneath the Stadium as shown in the Video. If you succeed, allow it to fall below while crossing your fingers that it lands on all four Wheels and doesn't flip over or bounce up into the air. It's possible for it to fall below just to have it land and bounce up and then fly into the invisible Ocean nearby, also you can have it land on the Ground awkwardly and immediately catch Fire on impact and shortly after blow up. Fully obtaining it requires you to be lucky on three separate occasions. The first occasion is getting it to sink below the Stadium. The second occasion is getting it to land properly on its Wheels underneath the Stadium. The third occasion is finding your way back to the Rifle Range to get back into the normal Game World to retrieve the EP/FP Hotring Racer. If you managed to get past the first two instances, then the third is slightly easier. Once the EP/FP Hotring Racer lands successfully, get out and try and find you way to the Rifle Range as best you can. You are not being timed with this, so it can take as long as you want. It's best to visualize the Map of Vice City when you are running in total blackness. If you see Pedestrians, you are getting closer. If you see the Police Bribe which is located at the Hyman Condo Garage, you are extremely close, since the Rifle Range is right around the corner. Once you manage to get back to the Rifle Range and back into the normal Game World, the rest is all down hill. Just run on Foot back to the Stadium and on the left hand side, you will find your EP/FP Hotring Racer sitting there. At this point, get into it and drive it back to Hyman Condo. Park it in the Garage and while Tommy is inside the Garage, shoot at the EP/FP Hotring Racer to blow it up. You will be teleported back in front of the Stadium and now just go back to Hyman Condo to confirm the EP/FP Hotring Racer is inside the Garage. If you managed to obtain this Special Vehicle, then congratulations as it's one of the hardest ones to obtain in the whole game of Vice City. It's harder than the BP/EP/FP PCJ 600 from Bar Brawl and probably on par, if not slightly more difficult than the EC Black Washington from All Hands on Deck! Though you can obtain it at any time after 100% Completion. Good luck!

4.7. Unique/EP/FP Hotring Racer A (PC only)
Mission: Hotring Stadium Event (Pass, then Fail to obtain the Vehicle, this way it won't effect Stats) (OM0 + Replay)
How to Obtain: The Hotring Racer A and B are Vehicles which are completely different to the normal Hotring Racer, plus they're unobtainable after 100% Completion thus they're actually Unique Vehicles. Unfortunately, they're only obtainable on the PC Version of VC, because the PC Version has the Replay Feature needed to obtain the Vehicles. The Hotring Racer A is the one with a horizontal Stripe on the Bottom of the Vehicle, so you can know how to recognize it. To obtain it, you will need a Rampage available/uncompleted, I suggest using the Rampage on the Big Stairs in the centre of Downtown, the one which gives you the Objective to kill 25 Gang Members using a .357 Colt Python Revolver. Very, very importantly, you will need to do this Procedure before 20:00 on the day when Hotring is active, so be very cautious about the in-game Time. If you don't want added Mission Attempts, I advice you to complete the Hotring Stadium Event and Vigilante Side Mission to Level 12 before doing this procedure. You also need to have the Big Garage at Hyman Condo empty or at most have two Vehicles inside if you want to obtain both Hotring Racers. If you have those prerequisites, grab a Police Vehicle and go to the Rampage Location, once you get there activate Vigilante and get out of the Police Vehicle. You will need to save a Replay exactly where the Rampage Icon is, so get to where the Rampage Icon is exactly, then press F2, then F3, then F2, then F3. This way, the Replay is saved. Get back in the Police Vehicle and cancel Vigilante. Now, while inside the Police Vehicle, press F3 to load up the Replay which you've saved, then continue to spam the Side-Mission Activation Button. If you accomplished that correctly, both the Rampage and Mission Markers or Vigilante should be active. It doesn't matter if the Vigilante Mission is activated for now, what's important is that the Rampage Timer is active. Go to the Hyman Condo Safehouse before the Rampage Timer depletes, go to where the Save Icon is correctly. If the Vigilante Mission is not active, you will see it and you can walk through it, if the Vigilante Mission is active you won't see it, so you will need to know where it exactly is right in front of the Door. Once Tommy is where the Save Icon should be, you will need to save a Replay there now. So press F2, then F3, then F2, then F3 and you've saved a Replay at the Save Icon. While the Rampage Timer is active and after you've saved a Replay at the Save Icon, immediately go to the Stadium and activate Hotring. If the Vigilante Mission is still active for you, just wait for the Vigilante Mission to go to zero, but very importantly, don't have the Rampage Timer go to zero until you've started Hotring. Once you've activated Hotring with the Rampage Timer on, wait for the Rampage Timer to go to zero, then drive your Hotring Racer to the Gate/Wall, so the Enemy Hotring Racers can ram into it. Now, get out and get your M4 and shoot and kill the Peds inside the Hotring Racers without blowing the Vehicles up so the Door is left open. The Opponent Hotring Racers which you aim for are the Unique/EP/FP Hotring Racer A and the Unique/EP/FP Hotring Racer B. After that, shoot your own Hotring Racer so you damage it, but do not blow it up, just damage it enough so a fraction of Damage is left. Enter the Hotring Racer A or B and press F3 to load the Replay at the Save Icon, while making sure that your own Hotring Racer is in a Place in the Stadium so the Opponents ram into it. After that, you will be in a Ghost World Version of Vice City, but very close to the Garage, simply navigate your Hotring Racer A or B which you've stolen into the Garage, when you're completely sure that it's inside the Garage, get out and blow it up inside. Move away so the Garage Doors close and wait for the Opponent Hotring Racers to ram into your own Hotring Racer so it explodes and the Mission fails. Once your own Hotring Racer is blown up, you will be teleported to the Stadium in the Normal World, simply run to the Hyman Condo Garage to check on your Unique/EP/FP Hotring Racer A or Unique/EP/FP Hotring Racer B which you've obtained. If you accomplished it, congratulations, as this task isn't very easy, despite it using some kind of OM0 and Replay Feature to obtain it. You can actually obtain both of those Hotring Racers in the beginning of the Game before The Party and then make them EC Black, so you'll have a Unique/EC Black Hotring Racer A and a Unique/EC Black Hotring Racer B, the EP/FP Properties will get deleted in the Process though. You can actually make those two Vehicles NE also, which also only works on PC because it needs a Replay Feature. To do that, you will need a Saved Replay without any Vehicles with Extras in it. Park your desired Hotring Racer in a Garage with a Vehicle which doesn't have Extras on it, like for example an Admiral or Pony. Get inside the Hotring Racer, drive it out and let the Garage Door close, once you've done that, reverse back in and press F3 to load the Replay at the exact moment when the Garage Door is opening. Your Hotring Racer will be NE as easy as that, though it's only possible on PC. So in total you can have four different PC-only Special Hotring Racers in VC, these are the Unique/EP/FP/NE Hotring Racer A, Unique/EP/FP/NE Hotring Racer B, Unique/EC/NE Black Hotring Racer A, and Unique/EC/NE Black Hotring Racer B. Eight, if you count the Hotring Racers without the NE Property, though NE can be removed from the Hotring Racers any time anyways, while pressing the Replay Button at any normal time while next to the Hotring Racers.

4.8. Unique/EP/FP Hotring Racer B (PC only)
Mission: Hotring Stadium Event (Pass, then Fail to obtain the Vehicle, this way it won't effect Stats) (OM0 + Replay)
How to Obtain: Check out 4.5. to know how to obtain the Unique/EP/FP Hotring Racer B as it's the same Method for the Unique/EP/FP Hotring Racer A. The Hotring Racer A and B are Vehicles which are completely different to the normal Hotring Racer, plus they're unobtainable after 100% Completion thus they're actually Unique Vehicles. Unfortunately, they're only obtainable on the PC Version of VC, because the PC Version has the Replay Feature needed to obtain the Vehicles. The Hotring Racer B is the one with a Big Grill on the Front and has a Stripe along the Body and Roof. Eight, if you count the Hotring Racers without the NE Property, though NE can be removed from the Hotring Racers any time anyways, while pressing the Replay Button at any normal time while next to the Hotring Racers.

4.9. BP/EP/FP Sanchez (PC only)
Mission: Dirtring Stadium Event (Pass) (OM0 + Replay)
How to Obtain: Unfortunately, this Vehicle is only obtainable on the PC Version of VC, because the PC Version has the Replay Feature needed to obtain the Vehicles. This is a Sanchez with BP/EP/FP Properties applied onto it, in the Game Files it's actually an AP Sanchez, but the DP Property isn't registered on Bikes and Boats in VC, and because Visible Properties are more valuable than Invisible Properties, it's BP/EP/FP in the end. To obtain it, you will need a Rampage available/uncompleted, I suggest using the Rampage on the Big Stairs in the centre of Downtown, the one which gives you the Objective to kill 25 Gang Members using a .357 Colt Python Revolver. So this is actually a Special Vehicle and not a Rare Vehicle as you need a Rampage uncompleted, thus once you get 100% Completion, you can't obtain it. Very, very importantly, you will need to do this Procedure before 20:00 on the day when Dirtring is active, so be very cautious about the in-game Time. If you don't want added Mission Attempts, I advice you to complete the Dirtring Stadium Event and Vigilante Side Mission to Level 12 before doing this procedure. You don't need to actually complete Dirtring before doing it as you will complete it anyways while getting the BP/EP/FP Sanchez, but it's better to first complete it without any Rampage Timers active before it. You also need to have the Big Garage at Hyman Condo empty or at most have three Vehicles inside, or you can use the other smaller Hyman Condo Garages. While the Rampage Timer is active and after you've saved a Replay at the Save Icon, immediately go to the Stadium and activate Dirtring. If the Vigilante Mission is still active for you, just wait for the Vigilante Mission to go to zero, but very importantly, don't have the Rampage Timer go to zero until you've started Dirtring. Once you've activated Dirtring with the Rampage Timer on, start getting the Checkpoints as instructed. While you'll be doing that, the Rampage Timer will go to zero, though don't worry about it. Get all the Checkpoints except for any one on the Dirt Road. Once you've picked up all Checkpoints but the final one, go to it and quickly pick it up, then press F3 to load the Replay at the Save Icon. You will be teleported to the Ghost World of Vice City while the Side Mission is passing, quickly navigate yourself to a Garage and get the BP/EP/FP Sanchez inside it while making sure that Tommy is on it. Once the Side Mission has fully passed, you will be teleported at the Stadium in the Normal Game World, now run to your Safehouse Garage at Hyman Condo where you've stored the BP/EP/FP Sanchez, open and close the Garage Door so the Garage fully recognizes it inside. If you accomplished it, congratulations, as this task isn't very easy, despite it using some kind of OM0 and Replay Feature to obtain it.

5.0. Unique RC Baron
Mission: RC Baron Race (Pass, then 2x Fail to obtain the Vehicle, this way it won't effect Stats, +1 Safehouse Visit on Console and Mobile) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is a simple Unique RC Baron without any Properties on it. It uses a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) which merges Missions together and fools the Game into thinking that you're not on a Mission, meanwhile you are on one. You need to have some Prerequisites for this Special Vehicle. Firstly, you will need to have a Rampage active somewhere on the Map, I suggest having the Uzi Drive-By Rampage north of the Vice Point Island active, which means don't pass it. If you do a Starter Save, then do 33 out of 35 Rampages, but leave that Uzi Rampage alone and don't pass it, whatever you do, do not pass it for the Unique RC Baron, though you can leave out the Chainsaw Rampage near Rafael's if you want to as it's also used for the EC Black Conversion Trick. For this Unique RC Baron, you might want to leave a Rampage closer to the North Point Mall, but it's your choice. Secondly, pass RC Baron Race and Vigilante Level 12 before doing this, so you won't get any added Mission Attempts while activating the Side Missions. When you activate Vigilante after it's passed, you won't get any Mission Attempts in the Stats. Those are the things you'll need to have before doing the Unique RC Baron Obtaining Procedure. Now onto the Method itself, go to the Washington Beach or Vice Point Police Station and get a Police Car. When you get in it, get rid of the Driver's Side Door by rubbing the Police Car up against a Wall or something. Once you do this, drive to the Links View Safehouse, or the Ocean Heights Safehouse if you left the Chainsaw Rampage alone, and position the Police Car so the Save Icon is at the Driver's Side Door. Now, you want to walk into the Save Icon while you get into the Police Car and quickly activate Vigilante. At this point, drive to the Rampage. When you get there, simply walk into it without holding down anything. After the Rampage is activated, you will be both on the Vigilante Mission and Rampage, now cancel Vigilante and drive to the Top Fun Van where you activate the RC Baron Race as quick as possible before the Rampage Timer goes to zero. Once you finally get there, enter the Top Fun while the Rampage Timer is still counting down and when the Rampage Timer says exactly 0:04 and skip the Cutscene. As you can see, you will need to be very quick for this, though I doubt that you can even do it using the Chainsaw Rampage, it might be possible though. If you did it all correctly, you will be able to duplicate the RC Baron Race Side Mission. Now immediately blow up your own RC Baron during the Side Mission to fail it. After you do that, the Mission will fail twice giving you a Short Cutscene of the Checkpoint used in the Side Mission, then the Camera will be teleported back to Tommy. After that, you will see some Unique RC Barons around either intact or in Form of a Wreck. Intact or a Wreck, doesn't matter, push the Unique RC Baron now to a Safehouse Garage to save it. I suggest using the El Swanko Casa Safehouse Garage as it's the closest. Be careful to keep the Camera on it at all times so the Unique RC Baron won't vanish. You will notice how the RC Baron will spin around like crazy while you're pushing it, so be patient. Once you finally get it near the Garage, get it inside very, very carefully. If it's a Wreck it can easily vanish at the Garage Door Zone and it's not very easy to push it with Tommy's Body, especially not on Console. Once you finally get it inside the Garage, let the Garage renew it by closing the Garage Door and then opening it, then congratulations, as you've just obtained the Unique RC Baron. This isn't a very easy task at all, eventhough it uses OM0. You won't have any Permanent Blips when doing this, so don't worry. Also, if you try and get inside the RC Baron, the Game will immediately crash, so it's a Trophy Special Vehicle. There is a way on PC to temporarily obtain a Flyable Version of the RC Baron, but once you put it in a Garage you won't be able to fly it, though it gives Permanent Blips so it's less of a Reward than to have a Unique RC Baron Trophy in your Garage.

5.1. Unique/EC Blue and White RC Bandit
Mission: RC Bandit Race (Pass, then Fail to obtain the Vehicle, this way it won't effect Stats, +1 Safehouse Visit on Console and Mobile) (OM0)
How to Obtain: The Opponent's RC Bandits from the RC Bandit Race are obtainable using OM0, which is a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) which merges Missions together and fools the Game into thinking that you're not on a Mission, meanwhile you are on one. The RC Bandits are obtainable Trophies as you can't drive them. The Opponent's, also the Player's, RC Bandits are EC. One is EC Blue and White, which in the Game Files is called Police Car Blue and White. The second is EC Red and White, which in the Game Files is called Cherry Red and White. The third one is EC Yellow and White, which in the Game Files is called Taxi Yellow and White. The Player's one is EC Green and White, which is simply unobtainable, in the Game Files it's called Midnight Blue and White. You need to have some Prerequisites for this Special Vehicle. Firstly, you will need to have a Rampage active somewhere on the Map, I suggest having the Uzi Drive-By Rampage north of the Vice Point Island active, which means don't pass it. If you do a Starter Save, then do 33 out of 35 Rampages, but leave that Uzi Rampage alone and don't pass it, whatever you do, do not pass it for the Unique/EC RC Bandit, though you can leave out the Chainsaw Rampage near Rafael's if you want to as it's also used for the EC Black Conversion Trick. For this Unique/EC RC Bandit, you might want to leave a Rampage closer to the North Point Mall, but it's your choice. Secondly, get a Rocket Launcher with a lot of Ammo/Rockets. You will seriously need that, I suggest having more than 150 Rockets just to be sure. Thirdly, pass RC Bandit Race and Vigilante Level 12 before doing this, so you won't get any added Mission Attempts while activating the Side Missions. When you activate Vigilante after it's passed, you won't get any Mission Attempts in the Stats. Finally, a lot of Health and Armor. I also suggest you do the Pizza Boy Side Mission before it so you can have 150 Armor and 150 Health. Those are the things you'll need to have before doing the Unique/EC RC Bandit Obtaining Procedure. After the Rampage is activated, you will be both on the Vigilante Mission and Rampage, now cancel Vigilante and drive to the Top Fun Van where you activate the RC Bandit Race as quick as possible before the Rampage Timer goes to zero. Once you've gotten into the Top Fun, blow up the RC Bandit to fail the Mission as soon as you can. Get out of the Top Fun after the Mission has been failed and use the Rocket Launcher to shoot the Unique/EC RC Bandit Wreck of your choice to the El Swanko Casa Safehouse Garage. Just don't do it with the Player's Green and White RC Bandit. Push it using the Rockets of the Rocket Launcher, simply shoot the Wreck to the Garage. This is easier said than done, as you can easily hurt yourself and eventually die from the Rocket Blasts thus you'll need to do everything again. Also, make sure that your always have your Camera pointed at the Unique/EC RC Bandit Wreck at all times, because if you don't, then it will vanish, thus you'll need to reload and retry. You will get a lot of unwated Police Attention during the Rocket Launcher Pushing Part, so be careful about that too. Something to watch out for on the Console Versions of VC, while shooting the RC Bandit to the Garage with the RPG, it will get half inside the Ground and then fall off from the Ground a lot of times. This will happen a lot on the Console Versions, so beware of that too, if it falls down then you'll have to reload and redo everything again. Once you finally get it to the Garage, push it in as quickly as you can so the Garage renews it. It might vanish at the Garage Zone too, thus you'll need to do all that again. Once you finally push it inside the Garage, let the Garage Door close on it, then open it again, and you'll have the Unique/EC RC Bandit of your choice obtained and secured. Once you finally obtain it, then congratulations! This isn't a very easy task at all, eventhough it uses OM0. You won't have any Permanent Blips when doing this, so don't worry. Also, if you try and get inside the RC Bandit, the Game will immediately crash, so it's a Trophy Special Vehicle. Repeat it all for the other Unique/EC RC Bandits.

5.2. Unique/EC Red and White RC Bandit
Mission: RC Bandit Race (Pass, then Fail to obtain the Vehicle, this way it won't effect Stats, +1 Safehouse Visit on Console and Mobile) (OM0)
How to Obtain: Check 5.1. to know how to get the Unique/EC Red and White RC Bandit, as it's the same Method for the Unique/EC Blue and White RC Bandit. Also, if you try and get inside the RC Bandit, the Game will immediately crash, so it's a Trophy Special Vehicle. Repeat it all for the other Unique/EC RC Bandits.

5.3. Unique/EC Yellow and White RC Bandit
Mission: RC Bandit Race (Pass, then Fail to obtain the Vehicle, this way it won't effect Stats, +1 Safehouse Visit on Console and Mobile) (OM0)
How to Obtain: Check 5.1. to know how to get the Unique/EC Yellow and White RC Bandit, as it's the same Method for the Unique/EC Blue and White RC Bandit. Also, if you try and get inside the RC Bandit, the Game will immediately crash, so it's a Trophy Special Vehicle. Repeat it all for the other Unique/EC RC Bandits.

5.4. NE Flatbed
Mission: Free Roam / V.C. Endurance Sunshine Autos Race (Any Time)
How to Obtain: This is the Territory of the Guide which explains Vehicles which can always be obtained, even after 100% Completion. The NE Vehicles aren't that Special in VC, though there is a lot of them. Only the Vehicles which don't normally spawn without Extras are NE. The simple rule of all NE Vehicles is that once you open and close a Garage, the first Vehicle which spawns either Parked or in Traffic, will be NE. The NE Flatbed has the Back Missing, thus having a literal Flat/Empty Bed. It's the most Special NE Vehicle in VC as it's the hardest to obtain. To obtain it, make sure that all your Sunshine Autos Garages have only one Vehicle without Extras inside them, so that you can easily open them. Start the 6th Sunshine Autos Race, which is V.C. Endurance. To get this NE Flatbed I highly suggest that you complete the Race before trying to obtain the NE Flatbed, because after completing the Race the Game won't give any added Mission Attempts when you redo it. Activating V.C. Endurance will remove Traffic near the Sunshine Autos Area which gives you a higher chance of success. After that, get a Fast Vehicle like an Infernus and drive to where the Benson is parked at the Gate where Cabmageddon takes place, get in the Benson and then get out of it. This will make sure that the Benson won't spawn again while doing this Procedure. Drive back to Sunshine Autos, drive at the Garages Area and open them while driving close to it, then drive to Viceport where the Flatbed usually spawns. When you get there and it's not NE, drive back to Sunshine Autos and drive at the Garages Area like before and redo it until the Flatbed is NE. Sometimes, you will get the Flatbed which spawns in Traffic being driven by Peds in NE Form while doing this Procedure. Once you get the NE Flatbed either driven by Pedestrians or Parked, get inside it and store it in a Safehouse Garage. Now, complete the Race. This one might take you a while, especially on Console. Good luck.

5.5. NE Bloodring Banger (Oceanic)
Mission: Free Roam (Any Time)
How to Obtain: The simple rule of all NE Vehicles is that once you open and close a Garage, the first Vehicle which spawns either Parked or in Traffic, will be NE. Only the Vehicles which don't normally spawn without Extras are NE. Both Bloodring Bangers in VC can be NE, though they can be a Challenge. The Bloodring Bangers are NE when they don't have a Roof and some Ads. First thing which you need to do for those, you need to complete the Bloodring Stadium Event as a prerequisite. After that, both Bloodring Bangers will spawn at the Parking Lot at the Stadium. The one on the right is the Oceanic Version, and the one of the left is the Glendale Version. Also, have a Vehicle without Extras in the Hyman Condo Big Garage, for example, have an Admiral or Pony inside. Get a Fast Vehicle like an Infernus and get to the Hyman Condo, drive very quickly from Hyman Condo to the Stadium Parking Lot making sure that you've opened the Hyman Condo Garage. If you're lucky and no Traffic Vehicle has spawned NE, one Bloodring Banger will be NE, most likely it's going to be the Oceanic Form. If it's not NE, repeat it until it's NE. Once you get it NE, you will have a NE Bloodring Banger (Oceanic), now store it in a Garage. I suggest putting it in the other smaller Hyman Condo Garages if you want to obtain the NE Bloodring Banger (Glendale) too, if you haven't already.

5.6. NE Bloodring Banger (Glendale)
Also, have a Vehicle without Extras in the Hyman Condo Big Garage, for example, have an Admiral or Pony inside. For the Glendale Version only, make sure that you get into the Bloodring Banger (Oceanic) on the right and out of it, so that the Oceanic Bloodring Banger won't be NE. Get a Fast Vehicle like an Infernus and get to the Hyman Condo, drive very quickly from Hyman Condo to the Stadium Parking Lot making sure that you've opened the Hyman Condo Garage. If you're lucky and no Traffic Vehicle has spawned NE, the Bloodring Banger will be NE. If it's not NE, repeat it until it's NE. Once you get it NE, you will have a NE Bloodring Banger (Glendale), now store it in a Garage. I suggest putting it in the other smaller Hyman Condo Garages if you want to obtain the NE Bloodring Banger (Oceanic) too, if you haven't already. Basically, it's the same Method as for the Oceanic Version, but the added Part is to get inside and out of the Oceanic Version while trying to get it in NE Form.

5.7. NE Zebra Cab (2 of 2)
Mission: Free Roam (Any Time)
How to Obtain: The simple rule of all NE Vehicles is that once you open and close a Garage, the first Vehicle which spawns either Parked or in Traffic, will be NE. Only the Vehicles which don't normally spawn without Extras are NE. The Free Roam Method for the NE Zebra Cab is harder than the Cabmageddon Method, though both are simple. For the Free Roam Method you need Cabmageddon passed. The Extra Missing on the Zebra Cab are the Taxi Lights on the Roof. To obtain it in Free Roam, go to Apartment 3C in Ocean Beach and get inside it. Once you're in it, go to the Bloody Bathroom and get into the Bath, running towards the Wall. Eventually, you will glitch out into the Ghost World of Vice City. Now, get a Vehicle and drive to a Garage which doesn't have any Vehicles with Extras in it. You'll need to know the Map very well to navigate yourself from Place to Place, use the Radar Minimap as reference. Once you're at the Garage, open and close it, then drive to the Kaufman Cabs Location and you will most likely see the NE Zebra Cab there. The Ghst World disables all Traffic so it helps a lot, you can use this same Method for the NE Flatbed too. Get in it and drive it to a Garage and store it. To restore the Normal Game World, get inside any Interior and exit it. You can even use the Ghost World from the EP/FP Hotring Racer Obtaining Procedure to get the NE Zebra Cab from Free Roam too if you want.

5.8. NE Kaufman Cab
Put a Vehicle without Extras in the Hyman Condo or Sunshine Autos Garage, or any Garage for that matter but I suggest to use those two. Open and close the Garage Door and run into the Traffic, you might see a NE Kaufman Cab. If you see one, get in it and store it at a Garage, if not, repeat the Procedure until you get a NE Kaufman Cab. This is the same Method for the NE Cabbie and NE Taxi, which are all Any Time Vehicles.

5.9. NE Cabbie
Put a Vehicle without Extras in the Hyman Condo or Sunshine Autos Garage, or any Garage for that matter but I suggest to use those two. Open and close the Garage Door and run into the Traffic, you might see a NE Kaufman Cab. If you see one, get in it and store it at a Garage, if not, repeat the Procedure until you get a NE Cabbie. This is the same Method for the NE Kaufman Cab and NE Taxi, which are all Any Time Vehicles.

6.0. NE Taxi
Put a Vehicle without Extras in the Hyman Condo or Sunshine Autos Garage, or any Garage for that matter but I suggest to use those two. Open and close the Garage Door and run into the Traffic, you might see a NE Kaufman Cab. If you see one, get in it and store it at a Garage, if not, repeat the Procedure until you get a NE Taxi. This is the same Method for the NE Cabbie and NE Kaufman Cab, which are all Any Time Vehicles.

6.1. EC Black FBI Rancher
Mission: Free Roam when Five Star Wanted Levels get unlocked (Any Time)
How to Obtain: This is a simple FBI Rancher, but it has a EC Black Primary Color and a EC Black Secondary Color, meanwhile the Body Colors can't be seen on the Vehicle itself. However, there is a way to see the EC Black on the FBI Rancher, if you obtain it, then you crash into a Wall, you will see these Damage Spark Particles. On the EC Black FBI Rancher, they are Black, which makes this Vehicle EC. The FBI Ranchers which are not EC have Yellow Colored Damage Sparks. Obtaining this Vehicle is the same as obtaining the EC Black FBI Car in III. First, get yourself a Five Star Wanted Level and grab a FBI Rancher that comes after you with the FBI Agents. Grab it and store it. Save and reload to lose the Wanted Level, then check if the FBI Rancher has Black Sparks. If it has, then the Vehicle is EC Black. The FBI Ranchers that come after you are EC Black, though the FBI Ranchers which are parked on the Roadblocks during Five Star Wanted Levels have Yellow Sparks and those are not EC at all.

6.2. EC White Infernus
Mission: Free Roam (Any Time)
How to Obtain: There are EC Parked Vehicles in VC, which means they're always obtained, not Special, barely Rare, but are EC as the Colors can't be obtained from Traffic. At the Vercetti Estate, you will find a EC White Infernus which is actually Lance's Infernus. Get in it and park it in a Garage to store it. Though you don't need to store it as it's always available.

6.3. EC White and Yellow Oceanic
Mission: Free Roam (Any Time)
How to Obtain: There are EC Parked Vehicles in VC, which means they're always obtained, not Special, barely Rare, but are EC as the Colors can't be obtained from Traffic. At the Ocean View Hotel, you will find a EC White and Yellow Oceanic always parked there. Get in it and park it in a Garage to store it. Though you don't need to store it as it's always available. The Yellow Body Color is actually the Primary Color and is called Taxi Yellow in the Game Files, the White Front Color is the Secondary Color, though a lot of Oceanics in Traffic have a White Front Color. What makes this Oceanic EC is the Color Combination. In Traffic, you might find some White and Yellow Oceanics, though it's not the same Yellow Color as on this EC White and Yellow Oceanic.

6.4. EC Silver Admiral (PC/Xbox/Mobile only)
Mission: Free Roam (Any Time)
How to Obtain: There are EC Parked Vehicles in VC, which means they're always obtained, not Special, barely Rare, but are EC as the Colors can't be obtained from Traffic. Only on the PC, Xbox and Mobile Versions, at the Vercetti Estate near the Stretch, you will find a EC Silver Admiral which is actually Diaz's Admiral used in Guardian Angels, without the AP Properties. Get in it and park it in a Garage to store it. Though you don't need to store it as it's always available. It's double Inferior as it's always available and Parked, and because in the Storyline it can be obtained in AP Form, which makes it very useless. If you want it, you can get it, though I highly, very highly, advice you to get the AP/EC Silver Admiral instead.

6.5. EC2 Patriot (2 of 2)
Mission: Free Roam (Any Time)
How to Obtain: There are EC Parked Vehicles in VC, which means they're always obtained, not Special, barely Rare, but are EC as the Colors can't be obtained from Traffic. At Fort Baxter, you will find a EC2 Patriot. Get the Cop Outfit so the Army won't attack you inside, though it's not needed. Get in it and park it in a Garage to store it. Though you don't need to store it as it's always available. It's EC2 which means the Color is Invisible and Special, it's the same EC2 Patriot used in the Mission Sir, Yes Sir! and I advice getting it from that Story Mission if you want it. The Secondary Body Color is completely Invisible and is called Grey3 in the Game Files. The Primary Color is also invisible on it, but it has the Normal Green4 Primary Color available on all Patriots.

I'll finish it today. No hard feelings about the other Guide, either. But to post on this Forum and to do it the right way, you can't just copy/paste things from other Websites...

It also includes all the REAL Special Vehicles. Not any fake ones like the AP Voodoo and no Special Vehicles in which lose their properties, either, like a H Sentinel, UH Angel, etc, etc. These aren't special the moment you store them in the Garage, so there is no point in including them in the Guide.

That's nice, but no need to post any Saves in these Topics. If you want, just post your Saves to GTAGarage. Also, try and stay on topic. No need to talk about SA Special Vehicles in this Guide. If you want to talk about SA Special Vehicles, go to the SA Special Vehicle Guide. I hope you stopped using Mods/Save Editors/Cheats/CLEO to obtain Special Vehicles since that ruins the experience and sucks all the fun out of it...

If I feel like it when I get more time, I will add in the EC Black Conversion and some other Duplication/Mission Replay Vehicles, but I am not sure. I plan on removing those even from my SA Guide, so we'll have to see. Not removing them fully, but just adding them to another part of the Guide and not in the main Guide since they use such ridiculous Methods. When new Methods come to light, that is when I will add them into the Guide as new Methods are found...

Yeah, the Unique RC Baron, BP/EP/FP Sanchez, and EC Black Conversion are probably what I will add, but probably not in the MAIN Guide, but underneath it somewhere...

I'll think of something. For now, I am happy with the way it looks and is written. It includes everything that is obtainable in normal gameplay...If someone has the skills, patience, and luck, they can get all of these, whereas the other Vehicles are more about being on PC Version using a dodgy Replay Feature and/or Duplication with Rampage Icons and what not. We'll see...

A small mistake at EC2 Patriot, it says:

I see no reason to get this as you have loads of storage space to burn...

Don't you mean "I see no reason to NOT get this"? Considering that there is a lot of space to store vehicles.

I am not worried over that. Everyone's rating is obviously different. I try to rate them with a non biased view. Everything is practically a 1 star, except 2 Vehicles, but that's cuz I played so many times. To others, things may seem more difficult, so I rate them like that...

If and when I do VC over again on PS2, I will do the SAME Save, except pass for the Washington so my Mission Attempts will be 90 when all is said and done instead of 91 I currently have, and I will get all the NE Vehicles as well, since there is so much storage space to burn...

Nice. I will check it out. Idk if I will add the EC Black Conversion into the Guide, though, nor any of the Vehicles who have a Replay Feature to obtain, like the EC Black Stretch, Unique RC Baron, and BP/EP/FP Sanchez. The way my III and VC Guides are done, as well as LCS and VCS includes all legit Vehicles and Methods. The only Guide of mine that has such Vehicles with Methods like these is SA, but as I stated in the SA Guide a couple weeks back, I will probably be removing all of them from the main part of the Guide and including them underneath the Guide. This will show people how many Special Vehicles in SA are using such a Method and possibly a better Method can be found and when that happens, I will add it into the normal part of the Guide.

Feel free to post these Vehicles and discuss anything you want about Special Vehicles, though. It might interest someone to get these using such Methods...

EDIT: It would be cool to have the EP/FP Hotring Racer in the Starter Save and make it EP/FP/EC Black Hotring Racer. I am assuming you just have the normal one and it's not EP/FP...

Damn, that's a shame! I totally forgot that this Conversion Trick deletes all other properties on the Vehicle and is replaced with just EC Black. So it's best to just use normal Vehicles from Traffic to make EC Black in the end...

Yeah, sadly the Baron, Sanchez, and Hotring Racer are PC Exclusive, though, since it uses Replay Feature. That isn't on PS2 or even iOS...For the Hotring Racer, it's much better to get it with the Method I explained in the Guide as once you obtain it like that and not using the piss easy Replay Feature 1 Minute to Obtain it Method, you will feel a big accomplishment. It sucks to get, but once obtained you will feel good. And you can just get it after 100%. It's a lot easier then, but still may take 20-50 tries...Plus, that Method works for ALL Platforms. I don't like Vehicles in which use Replay Features, Duplication of Mission Methods, or the OM0 Methods. They are cool to get in an alternative Save or something like that, but for the "main" Save, since I like making a Special Vehicle Guide for ALL Platforms with Methods in which work for ALL Platforms, I don't like to get them. It just seems to cheap for me. Just like in SA, I won't get any of those Vehicles on any "main" big Save, but only on a 2nd Save File, alternative Save, etc...

Btw, for some reason every June, I get an urge to play through VC, so having the 44% Starter Save will help a lot if that happens, but if it does happen, I will get the SAME Special Vehicles, except with 90 Attempts and passing for the Washington as well as ALL of the NE Vehicles. I have a reason to re-do it for that 1 Attempt and all NE Vehicles to burn space, which I never obtained before and kept them in VC. After that, or maybe even before I do VC, I may re-do III. I don't need to do it any different to what I already have, I just simply want my Starter Save in Slot 1 and the 100% Save in Slot 2. The way I have now is the Starter Save is SEPARATE from my 100% Save. It's 2 separate Files. I will re-do III and do it the EXACT same way I did it before, but this time it will be TOGETHER with my Starter Save on ONE File. III is simple and takes me 2-3 days to get 100% and all 13 Special Vehicles with 78 Mission Attempts as the minimum. With 53% done in the beginning before the second Story Mission in the game, I only need 47% each playthrough, lol...It goes by so quick, but I like the Story and the Special Vehicles the most for ALL GTA's for that matter, so I like having the Starter Save so I don't need to bother with all the usual Side Missions, Collectibles, Rampages, Stunt Jumps, etc, etc...

I dont like the duplication and OM0 Methods too because they are difficult to pull off, But as long they dont bring any bad consequences are cool by me. I only dont get special vehicles that involves cheating or moding, That are my own rules.

Usually the bad consequences happen on Console, thus I stay away from it all since that is my main Platform of choice with Mobile "on the side."

To me, those sort of Methods are bordering on the line of typing in button cheats to get what you need, so I don't like doing it on any MAIN or BIG Saves I do...

@Bender., that's because the Taxi has a livery in VC I believe. Only the secondary color will be Black but not the primary color of Yellow...Still looks cool and is visible. It's more like a Lightless EC2 Black Taxi...

Black Vehicles doesn't affect in anyway, as i tried on V1, V3 , Japanese. and they work fine but whole obtaining method is diffrent and takes while longer, and you have to find the guy with black jacket and red shirt (just on foot) otherwise game will freeze, after that there is no other bad things that can happen, many people did all missions/100% game and they saved game a bunch without problems except markers on map (where on black vehicles they don't stay.)

and the problem with taxi is patched on VCS since i did EC/EP Ligtless Taxi here and it worked fine, looks like normal car and pretty cool

Yeah, but what sucks is I have all the Rampages done in the beginning. Everyone who has Starter Saves can't use this Method unless they rather start over at 0% and not 44%. I already have all the boring as f*ck Side Missions, R3 Missions, Collectibles, Rampages, and Stunt Jumps done before An Old Friend, the first Story Mission of the game, so it would suck having to start at 0% just for a handful of extra EC Black Vehicles at the cost of the Mission Attempts going up +1 each time you convert one. I rather just get all the normal Special Vehicles without these Duplication Methods/Replay Feature/OM0 Methods as well as all NE Vehicles and finish with 90 Mission Attempts instead of 91 I currently have due to failing the Mission to obtain EC Black Washington, but this time, I will try and pass the Mission...
