GTA LCS Special Vehicle Guide

Can you obtain two race vehicles at once?

That would save one mission attempt. Sure, with duping, you can obtain all three with one and you can make all three AP/TP/PP/EC. This eats 4 mission attempts, three when pass with the last vehicle.

But without om0, you could get a DP/H/UH/WP PCJ-600 and push two cars at once. Means: a Firetruck, normal car, PCJ-600 vehicle chain.

When reaching the ditching location, park the race vehicles next to eachother. Push them as hard as you can with a Firetruck hitting both race vehicles each with a half Firetruck front into the water. Then use the PCJ-600 to get both out. To store them in the garage, just make them DP and store them on top of eachother.

Like I said, car [email protected] has driving properties set multiple times, and is referenced in the script many more times. Sometime towards the end, the script cuts its ties with car [email protected], however. And at the beginning of the script, [email protected] is set multiple times. But car [email protected] (which actually matters when it comes to car spawning, as there is a difference between [email protected] and car [email protected]) is never set. Not in the mission script, at least. Maybe it's set somewhere else, but I doubt it.

It looks like a similar case with the Heavy vehicle during "Driving Mr. Leone". If you are sure it's not the player's car, it is either a Cartel Cruiser, or just a scrapped vehicle that we'll never find out. If it's the former, it's technically inferior to the one you can get in "Scooter Shooter", since this Cartel Cruiser can be converted to BP early on.

They waste so much money trying to stop something, that, is NEVER going to end. Take down someone, out pops 2 more guys doing exactly the same thing. It'll never be stopped. Just waste of time and money with that stuff, as it always was and will be...

From IGN Guide about Friggin' the Riggin' and also BP/FP Hearse. Oh, and IGN also says the Cash in Kazuki's Chips AP Maverick is locked, so even if you could obtain it, you'd have to push it back to a Garage more than likely as you can't jack it ever since locked doors:

The thing is, not a single dime comes out of their pocket. The ones funding this "war" (just like pretty much every other war) are the tax payers.

I'm not sure if they know at what point the Maverick becomes AP (during the cutscene that plays after you spook Kazuki is the answer), but I assure you, it is locked; I tried to jack it from the helipad the exact moment it takes off and speeds away, but it was a no-go. Nevertheless, since the beautiful AP/EC Black Maverick is now obtainable, this one is useless.

The BP/FP Hearse sounds like a piece of cake on PSP. On PS2, we can try to move it by starting a "Bumps And Grinds" course, or something like "Taxi Driver".

@Luishernandez That was a good list! I, too, found that AP in the "NONAME_something" when looking for proofed vehicles, but I thought it was the Coach from the first cutscene, which looks unobtainable, and even if it somehow can be obtained, you must keep it in memory until you unlock Staunton Island, and even then, it barely fits in the garage (it's larger than the Firetruck!), so I didn't mention it.

About the race scripts, my guess is that the developers have programmed something more general, like "If on a race, make all opponents' vehicles FP/PP/TP", rather than separately programming every single vehicle one by one.

EDIT: Something I forgot to quote; a few days ago, Lennart - said:

Bad news, really bad news. Taxi-Driver just renoves the script, but on another save this method fails. The game crashes. I have no idea why this is and I will look further into it.

What were you referring to? The AP/TP conversion, or the AP/EC Maverick?

Lethal Vaccine

75% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 1 Mission Failed (DP/FP/PP/TP/EC Thunder-Rodd), 4 Pay and Spray Visits, 14 Safehouse Visits, 12:08 Total Playing Time, and 4 out of 12 Special Vehicles. Backed it up on my USB Drive.

Next up is the easy as pie Unique/DP/PP/EC Campaign Rumpo given to me during Steering the Vote...

Should have the Photos up for the 2nd Save File in 3-4 days MAX. Then onto the 3rd Save File. See? 7 Saves are easy to knock out in a month...Then onto VCS and will do 4 Saves, but VCS is a lot more tiring to me...

Its the Maverick (AP/EC/EC2/Unique). Hopefully, its just ppsspp that's having its problems.

The normal (AP/Unique) Maverick is indeed locked but cqn be entered by killing the pilot which isnt AP or BP at all.

The AP/EC/EC2/Unique Maverick:

As soon as I get to this mission on the ps2, I'm gonna try it. Maybe m1lit can spend a few minutes on it? Practice run for the om0 saves xD. Just get the usual Bumps and Grinds stuff and Start the mission. When Toni is walking down the stairs, just press ^ to enter a vehicle driving on the road or a vehicle you parked before. Its hard to explain where without a picture so Ill just say; get a vehicle ( Taxi = best) and park it on the road parallel to the pier Sal is waiting at.

Taxi driver should be started when the explosion and the slow-motion stunt takes place. If this works 100%, we can say, its just ppsspp having strange problems. This case reminds me of the RC Bandit, zazaza discovered.

Does anyone know, at which point the Securicars is really H? I found a way to obtain it EP/PP + ∞ $$$. Unlimited money is not needed and not a special vehicle. If you wanna know how, pm me please.

Lethal Vaccine

83% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 2 Missions Failed (DP/FP/PP/TP/EC Thunder-Rodd and BP/DP/FP/PP Stretch), 4 Pay and Spray Visits, 16 Safehouse Visits, 13:08 Total Playing Time, and 6 out of 12 Special Vehicles. Backed it up on my USB Drive.

I have concerns, though. Next up is H/PP Fire Truck, BP/DP/PP/EC Patriot, and FP/PP Barracks OL, all from SI Story Missions, however, I have a BP/DP/FP/PP Stretch and Unique/DP/PP/EC Campaign Rumpo already in the SI Garage. I've left a Vehicle in memory in my old Saves when something didn't fit in the SI Garage before unlocking SSV, however, this time I am not sure if I can do this without losing a Vehicle...

During Love on the Run, you think it's possible to leave TWO Vehicles in memory and they not disappear while Toni touches the Rumpo during Love on the Run, scripted to drive for the Mission. Or how about when he gets into that Esperanto during the cutscene at the start of the Mission? I don't know how I am doing to fit all these HOGS inside the Garage. sh*tty, tiny Garages don't mix well with huge, gigantic hog Vehicles like Fire Trucks, Barracks OL's, Patriots, Securicars, etc, etc...

I am pretty sure the Securicar is H/EP/PP as soon as you need to escort the Securicar. I don't mean RIGHT at the beginning of the Mission, but instead after the cutscene where the other Police Car will be destroyed and then it's all you alone escorting the Securicar. The game will instruct you to take out the roadblocks, which are those PP/EC Stingers and during this entire time, while you escort the Securicar to SI to pass the Mission, the Securicar is Heavy. No possible way to get it normally, though, since if you snipe the Driver, screen will turn black, Mission will be failed, and Securicar vanishes...

If it actually WOULD BE possible to get it in H/EP/PP form, you can't make it DP and anyone knows who has driven H/DP/PP Vehicles and smashed into a Securicar in traffic will know that a Securicar will instantly catch on fire. So if you have a H/EP/PP Securicar, it'll be on fire as soon as you ram a SINGLE Vehicle. It's a horrible Vehicle if it's in Heavy form, imo, and especially without it being DP...

Love on the run? Thats the last Donald mission. Im pretty sure, you mean Love on the rocks. As you said to me before, its a bad H vehicle. But its another variation means it should be obtainable. Whoever wants to try his luck, Vigilante works just fine.

Thanks for the infos :)

I think its possible to keep two vehicles. Mission vehicles dont count. AND even to mark them which I havent found out how to. But once, there was a thieve in a damaged bobcat. I collected packages but everytime I went far away and came back, it didnt vanish. I changed vehicles multiple times.

Eh, the Patriot isn't very big. I'd say it's standard. But hey! I've managed to fit a Firetruck, Maverick, Banshee and Stinger in the Staunton Island garage, so there might be a way.

Something weird happened to me in LCS; when I took vehicles out of the garages, THEY JUST STAYED THERE, AND WOULDN'T GO AWAY! I took four vehicles out of each garage (12 in total), left them there, jacked a random vehicle to go check the other islands, and, no matter how long I drove around, THEY WERE KEPT IN MEMORY! That's insane!

On that note, something more insane happened on the bad side; MetalMilitia89, your method for opening those insolent garages didn't help me very much. In fact, the Shoreside Vale garage completely f*cked me over. I tried EVERYTHING, stayed there for OVER TWENTY MINUTES and STILL NOTHING! Then, I desperately drove to Portland, created a Ghost car with the Crusher, and went all the way back, and inside the garage. Nope. It wouldn't open, not even when I exited the Ghost and entered an already stored vehicle. Let me rephrase that: I GOT STUCK INSIDE MY OWN f*ckING GARAGE! Seriously, were it not for the wide variety of awesome Special Vehicles, LCS would be pretty horrible. It has many faults, but this was the icing on the cake. I've grown to hate this game after that incident.

Hahaha, the Securicar! The fun thing is, it's supposed to be an armoured van. I've obtained the BP/FP one in III (because BP is pretty damn useful in this game), but it sucks. I haven't taken it out yet, and I likely never will, so it just takes up precious garage storage. Thankfully, in V, it got the durability it deserved. Speaking of, does GTA V any have vehicles that possess NON-VISUAL unique properties (EC/EC2, Lustered etc.)? I would ask this question in the respective guide, but there isn't one.

Damn, Lennart - keeps finding all the good stuff. Unlimited money? Not that all this money is really needed, but blow me away! Keep it up, man!

Yeah, I am thinking even if I touch the Esperanto I am forced to get inside and then the Rumpo I am forced to also get inside and drive to Donald's Lockup during Love on the Rocks, that my H/PP Fire Truck and FP/PP Barracks OL will still be waiting for me when I run back to the SI Safehouse on foot. Not to mention, the Esperanto is facing the direction of my SI Safehouse so I can keep the camera on the area of where the 2 Vehicles are parked to ensure they don't disappear and after I leave the Esperanto, I can go back to the Safehouse quickly and check to see if they are there. I am ALMOST positive Mission Scripted Vehicles don't count as Vehicles Toni drives, thus I SHOULD be able to leave both the Fire Truck and Barracks OL in memory and then just double drive both of them over the SSV Bridge and to the SSV Garage. I hope it works! I will be doing all of this tomorrow. I am done playing for today...

Campaign Rumpo, Stretch, and Patriot backed up into the Garage take up the entire Garage where you can't put a Fire Truck or Barracks OL next to another Vehicle, side by side. I mean, just look at my Photo of the EP/PP Securicar, H/DP/PP/EC Sentinel, H/DP/PP/EC Bobcat, and AP/PP Forelli Exsess. The Sentinel, Bobcat, and Forelli Exsess are TINY Vehicles, yet with a Securicar in there, it's packed. So I don't see how someone can say the Patriot, Stretch, Campaign Rumpo, and Fire Truck OR Barracks OL can fit in there. 100% impossible. One HAS to be left in memory = FACT. But I am thinking I am very well going to have to leave TWO in memory and hope they don't vanish while I do Love on the Rocks...

PSP isn't like PS2. jam8tone does the same thing in his Bonus Video. Drives far away to show the TP Property on his Thunder-Rodd, yet, 3 other Vehicles are still sitting at Portland Garage. Try this on PS2, insta-deleted. Even when I fly the Maverick to Harwood, park it there, go and get Trashmaster WITHOUT looking at Maverick, it's gone...Different Platforms and Different Versions....Are DIFFERENT.

That Method to open Garage works for me on PS2 and Mobile, and I saw jam8tone do it in his Videos, too, on PSP. Furthermore, just running into the Safehouse and back out again and right up to the Garage also works to get it to open. May take a few tries, though. Again, jam8tone demonstrates a lot of this in his Videos and always has good tips he is verbally giving. I've watched not only all of his Special Vehicle Videos for every GTA on his Channel, but also his 100% Walkthrough Videos and learned a lot of good stuff that I took with me for my own use when playing...

BP/FP Securicar in III is very good. Any BP Vehicle in III is. Unlike BP Vehicles in LCS, which aren't needed. All I care for are H/DP/PP in LCS whereas anything BP in III is a must. Even with a Vehicle I am not going to drive around, it's still Special, and I still want it. Can store 13 Special Vehicles in III when 14 exist. So you'll need 2 Save Files for ALL 14 of them, but can practically get ALL of them in the SAME Save. I have all 13 in III on PS2 and iOS. III's Selection is very small and also all of them are very easy...

I think you're thinking of the Police Riot in GTA V. There is a Securicar in V, too, but the Police Riot is the Enforcer of the older GTA's as well as IV, TLaD, and TBoGT.

And there IS in fact a V "Guide," if you want to even call it that, but it's not updated, it lists a lot of Rare Vehicles and not actually Special Vehicles, and most of the subject matter is useless in that Topic. On Next Gen V, you can convert any Motorcycle into AP, but only can save them via Quicksave for some reason. But on Old Gen V, this AP Conversion for Bikes isn't possible. The only Special Vehicles in V are UP (Unique Plate), Unique, and EC. Nothing else exists and all of the EC Vehicles are very questionable and not actually looked at with the Game Files...

If your Portland garage isn't full, you can try parking the Patriot on top of the Stretch or something. It's even easier when you enter the garage with a Ghost vehicle. After all, you only have to park them like this until you unlock the Shoreside Vale safehouse.

That's strange. Considering the PS2 has a much superior engine, it should have been the opposite.

Tried that MANY times. Didn't work.

The Securicar in III is useless, and the main reason for that is the Barracks OL, and maybe the Trashmaster to a lesser extent. Its only use is to be admired inside the garage by collectors like you; you would never drive around Mafia territory with this sh*t, would you?

No, I was actually thinking of the Stockade, which bears a resemblance to the Securicar from the 3D era, and is also driven by Gruppe Sechs (the name of the security is referenced on the original, as well).

In Portland? DP/FP/PP/TP/EC Thunder-Rodd, H/DP/PP Sindacco Argento, EP/FP/EC PCJ-600, and EC PCJ-600. 4 Vehicles inside there. 2 already inside SI (Unique/DP/PP/EC Campaign Rumpo and BP/DP/FP/PP Stretch). I am telling you, one is FOR SURE going to be left in memory, which I've done in the past a few times, but I never tried leaving TWO Vehicles in memory during Love on the Rocks. I hope it works. I will know bright and early tomorrow when I wake up. I give my progress day by day and say how many Special Vehicles I have. If I have 6 already and I said 2 were in SI, the other 4 are obviously in Portland...

Also, I doubt the BP/DP/FP/PP Stretch fits in Portland and if it does, when the Garage closes on it, it'll disappear. This isn't GTA III. III's Portland Garage can store the AP/EC Black Stretch. LCS's Portland Garage can't store any Stretch...

I drive around ALL of my Vehicles, actually, and see how long I can last. Even in VC, I actually like loading up the game and cruising around in my EC Black Vehicles with no Properties at all, etc...I've driven ALL of my Vehicles in III, even just DP/EC Vehicles through Portland at the end of the game trying to stay alive for as long as possible. So yeah, I drove the BP/FP Securicar in III around a few times...

You seem to think that I am obtaining Special Vehicles to "use them" for whatever reason, but this is NOT the case. I just enjoy the process and what I have to go through in order to obtain them, especially the hard ones or time consuming ones since after obtaining them, the feeling I get is absolutely amazing, especially for the harder Vehicles. It's why despite how useless you find a BP/FP Securicar in III is, it's still a Special Vehicle, still going to be obtained and literally WHY NOT? You have the space, so you might as well use it and MAXIMIZE it, which means storing 13. 1 in Portland, 6 in SI, and 6 in SSV = 13 Special Vehicles in total. Just like in VC. You HAVE 44 spots to store Special Vehicles, yet only 26 (27 on PS2) existing Special Vehicles in the entire game, so you might as well obtain ALL that exist, despite if you find them "useless" or not...

Oh yeah, it's called a "Stockade" in V, but it's called a Securicar in IV, TLaD, and TBoGT. It's also called a Securicar in III, VC, SA, LCS, and VCS, too. But it's still not nearly as good as the Police Riot which you can jack on a 4 star wanted level in V. It's also nothing like the "Police Stockade" from IV or the Enforcers from IV, TLaD, and TBoGT, either.

EDIT: Perhaps using The Made Man, we can get "random" Heavy Vehicles. For instance, I've done The Made Man Mission now at least 20+ times when playing LCS since 2014 and noticed the Sindaccos aren't ALWAYS driving Argentos. Sometimes they spawn driving Moonbeams, Sanchez', etc, etc. I wonder if WHATEVER Vehicle they are driving is Heavy? I've had them come to the Leone Sentinel on FOOT, in Sindacco Argentos, but also using other Vehicles. Perhaps it's like the EC Black Conversion in VCS, where if one of the Henchman start to go toward your Vehicle and jack it, it becomes EC Black. Perhaps in LCS, whatever Vehicle the Sindaccos touch, it'll be Heavy. Remember, though, only ONE of the TWO Vehicles they drive are Heavy. If this is a false alarm, I apologize, but it might be real...

EDIT 2: 90% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 5 Missions Failed (DP/FP/PP/TP/EC Thunder-Rodd, BP/DP/FP/PP Stretch, H/PP Fire Truck, BP/DP/PP/EC Patriot, and FP/PP Barracks OL), 4 Pay and Spray Visits, 20 Safehouse Visits, 15:55 Total Playing Time, and 9 out of 12 Special Vehicles. Backed it up on my USB Drive. Photos will be up either tomorrow or the following day and by Wednesday, I can start the 3rd Save File. I may take a few days break before starting the 3rd Save File, though.

Lethal Vaccine

100% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 120 Mission Attempts, 4 Pay and Spray Visits, 24 Safehouse Visits, 18:16 Total Playing Time, and 12 Special Vehicles!

Save File 2:

Portland: DP/FP/PP/TP/EC Thunder-Rodd, DP/PP/EC Stinger, EP/FP/EC PCJ-600, EC PCJ-600

Staunton Island: H/DP/PP Sindacco Argento, BP/DP/FP/PP Stretch, BP/DP/PP/EC Patriot, DP/EC Bobcat

Shoreside Vale: Unique/DP/PP/EC Campaign Rumpo, H/PP Fire Truck, FP/PP Barracks OL, FP Securicar

VgNul1y.jpg?1

TtPRJIc.jpg?1

8n5g0OW.jpg?1

The Only Missions Failed: Grease Sucho to Obtain the DP/FP/PP/TP/EC Thunder-Rodd, Search and Rescue to Obtain the BP/DP/FP/PP Stretch, L.C. Confidential to Obtain the H/PP Fire Truck, False Idols to Obtain the BP/DP/PP/EC Patriot, Munitions Dump to Obtain the FP/PP Barracks OL, Cash Clash to Obtain the FP Securicar, and The Shoreside Redemption to Obtain the DP/PP/EC Stinger.

This Save has 5 less Mission Attempts than the first Save. It also has 5 less Safehouse Visits. Also nearly 2 Hours quicker Total Playing Time. Depending on which Vehicles I get, depends on how many Attempts I have. Also Safehouse Visits and Total Playing Time. In other words, each Save will vary, but my 7th Save should be the absolute LOWEST for ALL Stats, since I am just obtaining 10 DP/TP Vehicles for that Save and won't be failing a single Mission. No need to make those useless DP/TP Vehicles converted to PP, either.

Anyways, I won't play LCS tomorrow, but will start the 3rd Save File on Wednesday, I suppose.

LCS 3rd Save File Special Vehicles:

DP/EC Patriot, DP/FP/PP/TP/EC Stallion, DP/FP/PP Leone Sentinel, DP/FP/EC Sentinel, BP/EP/FP Speeder, DP/EC Pony, EC Faggio, H/PP/WP/EC Faggio, DP/PP Sanchez, DP/PP/EC Landstalker, DP/PP/EC Patriot

Oh, and the White on the Bobcats? Totally NOT special. Confirmed by driving around and finding Bobcats in traffic. Parked my DP/EC Bobcat next to another in traffic and compared. 100% identical, not even a 1% doubt in my mind. The White is absolutely nothing special at all. There is a BRIGHT White and also a Dull Colored White, however, the Bright White is the ones found during Panlantic Land Grab and Bringing the House Down, but these White's spawn in traffic. Now, the Bumpers are the only thing that makes them special, and I still am doubting especially the one in Bringing the House Down since I think Grey/Silver Bumpers spawn on Bobcats in traffic. These Bobcats really confuse me. I have the Brown Bumper Bobcat for this Save, but the Bringing the House Down Bobcat is obtained for the 3rd Save File. Meanwhile, it's probably not even a Special Vehicle whatsoever.

Also, used Firefighter to make the H Fire Truck converted to PP. Dunked it at the Bedford Point Pier, of course...

EDIT: I have been researching Comments, Websites, and anything I can find on Google pertaining to these Bobcats. Panlantic Land Grab Bobcat is definitely a Special Vehicle due to the Bumpers. But the Bringing the House Down Bobcat isn't special at all. The White spawns in traffic and Grey/Silver Bumpers are the most common colored Bumpers for any Bobcat in traffic. In fact, I don't even see the Bringing the House Down Bobcat listed on ANY Sites other than my Guide, jam8tone's Youtube Guide, and sh*tty GTA Wikia which is usually wrong for most things, in general. I won't be obtaining the Bobcat in the 3rd Save File and replacing it with another Special Vehicle from a Side Mission instead. I'll be removing it from the Guide, as well, once I get to doing updates. I only have it here in the Guide since jam8tone thought the White was special and so did I, but after confirming it's not special without a doubt in my mind, the only thing left would be the Bumper and this Bumper also spawns on Bobcats in traffic.

No worries. I hope you're back soon, though, and also with VCS Special Vehicles!

Since I won't be obtaining that fake EC Bobcat from Bringing the House Down in the 3rd Save, I gotta get something else in its place so I have 12 Special Vehicles in total instead of 11. Any ideas? I was thinking, despite it being hardly a Special Vehicle, I would get the EC Black PCJ-600 from Sal's Driveway and make it PP/EC, thus "making it" Special, since you can't get that Bike in PP form at any time. Or perhaps a PP Manchez. I am not sure. I could just get a Vehicle that I have listed in my 4th, 5th, 6th, or 7th Save File. Also for the 7th Save File, I am going to try something crazy and store 4 CARS inside Portland and IF I can get them out, I will have enough room in the SI Garage and that means I can get the EC Speeder, which would of been the only non-OM0 Vehicle I would be missing once all 7 Saves are done with, but I was thinking I could just get it in the 7th Save now that I won't be obtaining the fake Bobcat from Bringing the House Down. We'll see how everything turns out when I get close to finishing the 3rd Save File. I will be starting tomorrow...

EDIT: 56% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 1 Mission Failed (DP/FP/PP/TP/EC Stallion), 4 Pay and Spray Visits, 11 Safehouse Visits, 9:35 Total Playing Time, and 2 out of 12 Special Vehicles. Backed it up on my USB Drive.

I also found another Special Vehicle that is a FAKE and I am 99.9% sure I can confirm that. It's the EC White Pony with White Bumper in Snappy Dresser (Unobtainable without OM0) and Dead Meat (Needs Mission Failure). I've seen it driving in traffic with the exact same color White Bumper and Body Color during Car Salesman not only once but a few times and also during the actual Mission Snappy Dresser, as well, once or twice.

Also, Gabriel_175 said in PM he would report some things himself in this Topic, but he didn't get to it yet so I will say that he confirmed the Colors on CheatDevice for the Bobcats and yeah, the White is NOT special for sure. It's just EC2 Bobcats, but visible of course. Especially the Panlantic Land Grab Brown Bumper Bobcat. I am still unsure of the Silver/Grey Bumper in Bringing the House Down since he didn't get back to me yet on that. He also is looking at the EC Speeders in More Deadly Than the Male and some other things, etc...

Ok, I'm pretty sure that Rumpo from Dead Meat IS unique. I remember comparing it to another Rumpo and it looked different than traffic Rumpos

Pony, you mean? EC White Pony and FP/EC Cream Rumpo. I asked you before about this Rumpo and you said it's surely that EC Cream Color, but it's bloody close to just "White" in my game, hence why I felt it spawned in traffic. About the Pony, I can take a Photo if you want. I am pretty sure on this, as well as all these things with the Bobcats. It's NOT a rare occurrence for me to spot these White Bobcats with Grey/Silver Bumper and it's NOT a rare occurrence for me to spot the Bright White Pony with White Bumpers.

Gabriel_175 told me in PM that all of the stuff I am thinking is NOT EC, is EC. He's using CheatDevice to spawn the Vehicles and Colors, and told me that SOMETHING is special on all of the Vehicles in question, even if it's just EC2, but visible. But the thing is, this is PSP, which may be different than PS2 and Mobile, and the Script we are looking at is also for Mobile and kinda PS2, but not PSP. I swear the PS2's Color Palette is different for some of these GTA's, especially LCS and VCS. Major differences among each Platform for LCS and VCS.

I will go ahead and stick to the plan and just obtain the Bobcat from Bringing the House Down and compare it immediately to one in traffic and drive around until I find the twin. If it's the same, will reload and just not get it and get something else. Same with the White Pony I get later in the 6th Save, I believe is when I am obtaining it, I will compare it immediately after I get it and compare to what I see in traffic. Blue Faggio from Stop the Press, too. This one is probably special as I believe it's more vibrant and bright to what I am seeing in traffic on PS2...

I already confirmed the Faggio from 'Stop The Press' and the Pony from 'Bone Voyeur!'... I haven't confirmed the Rumpo from Dead Meat, but I am pretty sure it is unique

EDIT: Rumpo from Dead Meat IS EC. EC2 at least. Script makes car 144 after the whole 'chopping Casa' thing, with colors 1,1. The Rumpo's carcols line has 1,25 listed, no other 1 to be seen. As the EC2 is visible, that makes it an EC Rumpo

But how come you keep saying Rumpo? Lol...Like I said in the above message, "Pony, you mean?" There is no Rumpo in Dead Meat. It's a Pony, that is White, with a White Bumper. Same Pony I can find in traffic UNLESS it's a different White which I will compare side by side, in-game when I get to obtaining it for the 5th Save File. What I don't get is the Bumper. jam8tone and many, many others say you can only find one Bumper Color on Pony's in traffic and that is the Grey/Silver kind of Bumper found on MOST Vehicles in LCS. However, I've seen the Pony in traffic, in a bright White Color with the same White Bumper. Like I said, I can take Photos for evidence. The only reason I don't do that is cuz I am usually in the middle of a Mission or a long "run" of 10+ Missions and sh*t I am doing for less Safehouse Visits and then these Vehicles appear and I don't want to stop what I am doing and waste time. But yeah, one of these days, I can just boot up the game and do NOTHING but find these Vehicles, take the Photos, then reload and do what I wanted to do. But I assure you, I see White Pony's in traffic with White Bumpers, front and back, as well as those White Bobcats with many DIFFERENT types of Bumpers. I don't recall ever seeing a Brown Bumper, hence why I obtained the Panlantic Land Grab Bobcat due to it's special Brown Bumper, but that Bringing the House Down Bumper is just like all the other Grey/Silver Bumpers on Bobcats in traffic. Again, going to obtain it and compare with another sitting side by side, in-game, at noon with the best lighting...

Sorry, it was like 1 AM, I was f*cking tired. In fact, I still am, so here's the Pony's carcols line. Same story as if it was the Rumpo, this Pony is EC2 visible at the bumper:

pony, 1,36, 90,36, 98,98, 91,36, 23,23, 64,36, 20,36, 57,36

But what does these numbers mean? Everyone keeps giving me "numbers" and I don't know what they exactly mean.

67% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 1 Mission Failed (DP/FP/PP/TP/EC Stallion), 4 Pay and Spray Visits, 12 Safehouse Visits, 10:43 Total Playing Time, and 2 out of 12 Special Vehicles. Backed it up on my USB Drive.

On average, I complete about 10% of the game progress a day, so in a few days, I should be 100% in the 3rd Save File already and posting those Photos of the 12 Special Vehicles. Almost half done with the entire LCS Database of Special Vehicles already. Game is so easy, quick, and all Vehicles are simple.

The numbers in the quote are the Pony's traffic colors. The Pony from Dead Meat is 1,1. As you can see, traffic colors doesn't list a 1,1 pair of colors. That means the Pony from Dead Meat is Exclusive Color

I see now. Thanks. I still like to be SURE so when I obtain these Vehicles, I will still compare to traffic. Notice, all the Vehicles I question are White? Bobcats and Pony, and kinda the Rumpo from Bone Voyeur! Maybe it's just a PS2 thing in the end. Things seem to look a bit blurry on PS2. Even in VC with the EC White Admiral and AP/EC Silver Admiral, if they AREN'T side by side, they look the same. But if they ARE side by side, then it's easy to see the difference. I will surely check all this stuff manually by comparing what happens in-game and how they look after obtaining them. I swear, though, the White on the Bobcats is what is found in traffic. Like I said a few days ago when I got the DP/EC Bobcat from Panlantic Land Grab and was driving it back to a Garage a bunch of Bobcats spawned since I was driving one, of course, and I saw a couple "White" Colors, one being the Bright Ice White Color which is on BOTH of the Bobcats from their respected Mission. So if anything, they are EC2, but visible luckily. I am still completely confused on the Bringing the House Down Bumper of the Bobcat, though. This one is for SURE going to be compared to other Bobcats as well as the White once I obtain it. If my eye can't tell any difference, I won't obtain it.

This Photo is from one of my OLD Saves for LCS, and as you can see, I took the Photo just after midnight with horrible lighting, but even still, notice both are the SAME White, but different Bumper, and that SAME White spawns in traffic and the SAME Grey/Silver Bumper also spawns in traffic. So Bringing the House Down Bobcat is still the biggest mystery to me in LCS for being a Special Vehicle or not and if it's not, I don't want to find out months from now AFTER I finish these Saves. I refuse to do this sh*t over and over again.

EDIT: 75% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 3 Missions Failed (DP/FP/PP/TP/EC Stallion, DP/FP/PP Leone Sentinel, and DP/FP/EC Sentinel), 4 Pay and Spray Visits, 13 Safehouse Visits, 12:04 Total Playing Time, and 4 out of 12 Special Vehicles. Backed it up on my USB Drive.

I found 2 new methods for the H/EC or UC Yankee (one if them has unlocked doors and both use B&G course one).

I dont know if unlocked doors for the BP conversion are essential. My method wont glitch the %.

It should be possible to get the H/EC Patriot with my

"100% grade A

tripling method". Ill update you if I am able to obtain it.

Interesting ^^^^

Anyways, Photos will be up for the 3rd Save on Monday. I thought I'd finish tomorrow (Sunday), but I won't and will probably only get to 98%, right before The Shoreside Redemption and to make my Vehicles PP and also to obtain the Black Patriot and Landstalker from AWOL Angel and make them DP/PP/EC. But those Vehicles are luck based, so it may take some time. The 4th, 5th, and 6th Save may take SLIGHTLY more time, especially the 6th Save since a lot of my Vehicles will be coming from 9MM Mayhem and Scooter Shooter and all of them will be H/DP/PP, but some are a nightmare to get lucky enough to obtain, like the Cartel Cruiser and Patriot. I even have issues at times with the Yardie Lobo and Stingers, too. All in all, they WILL be obtained (again, now for the third time at that) and all the Saves will be done by the end of this Month I'd imagine. Then I can finally do 2 OM0 100% Saves for LCS with some new OM0 Vehicles and then once those are done with in April, it's time to move onto VCS and do 4 Saves for that game.

With the H/DP/EP/FP/UH/WP bikes method, you can obtain the other railshooter vehicles too. Now you can choose betweem skill+om0 and luck+patience.

It's been a week since I last posted here. One of these days, starting from a Starter Save, I began another playthrough, just for the AP/EC Black Maverick. I speedran the hell out of LCS, including the side sh*t for 100% completion (Slash TV, Trash Dash, Street Races etc.), finished with Portland, AND obtained the Heavy Firetruck within a day. However, when I got to the Maverick, I got f*cking insane. There was no way for me to comment on anywhere for a couple of days without sh*tposting. Compared to this thing, the Heavy Firetruck on PSP, is a f*cking breeze. If you want to obtain this helicopter for yourself, you have to give up on your career, kids, wife, and public life in general. Work just enough to pay your electricity bills, and maybe a snack every now and then to keep you alive. If you are playing on console, pass on the legacy to your descendants. The AP/EC Maverick is up there with the Police car in San Andreas (Console), and some crazy sh*t in VCS that used to take two real life days to obtain. But, since this is not the case anymore for the latter, the Maverick currently takes pride in the title of the single hardest task in all of GTA. Now that I successfully got my hands on it, I can safely ignore anyone who claims that the "uphill battle" of OBTAINING the vehicle is where it's at, without the burden of reason.

During the playthrough, I tested and discovered some things; MetalMilitia89's idea of Heavy conversion in "The Made Man", much like the EC Black conversion in VCS, unfortunately doesn't work. I've acquired enough experience to be able to tell whether a vehicle is Heavy or not, by just colliding with it, and I can safely concur that none of the vehicles the Sindaccos drive becomes Heavy (bar the initial Sindacco Argento).

I also investigated "Driving Mr. Leone". There are three scripted cars in this mission (two regular Police cars, and an FBI one), and none of them seems to be Heavy. I even tested if the player's vehicle becomes Heavy during the Callahan Bridge jump cutscene. Negative. I still don't know what the script means, and how you can tell used scripts from unused ones.

Among other things, I tried the BP/FP Hearse. As previously mentioned, the script says nothing about immunities in "The Morgue Party Candidate". Here's the thing. The Hearse does indeed acquire these properties when parking it far into the garage, and moving away from it, WITHOUT exiting the garage (otherwise, you'll pass the mission with the Hearse trapped inside), however, when getting the Hearse back out, it's impossible to fail the mission and keep it. Moreover, if you store it in the garage during that time, it will LOSE these properties. Haven't tried OM0 yet, but, through "normal" means, the immunities seem kinda "spoof", which reflects their absence from the script.

Entering a race also removes the UH property, but strangely, WP remains. Looks like Rockstar planned ahead. Speaking of races, can't you just use the Heavy Kuruma to push the vehicle you want in the water? I know, it loses the DP property, but it's supposed to be QD as well, so it should be able to make it to the nearest "dunking" point with careful pushing. Unless QD is also removed. Haven't checked.

Although I didn't try it, I'm almost positive you can convert your EC Faggiot into FP/EP/DP/H/PP/WP/UH, by starting "Scooter Shooter" with it, and "re-obtaining" it from grandma.

Just of curiosity; Is McAffrey's Banshee EC? I personally can't tell any difference from a regular one, but haven't looked at the script, either.

With the H/DP/EP/FP/UH/WP bikes method, you can obtain the other railshooter vehicles too. Now you can choose betweem skill+om0 and luck+patience.

I commented on that a few days ago. By the way, in what mission is the unlimited money glitch? "The Shoreside Redemption"? I'll try it for myself.

The Kuruma is not QD lol. It just has an insane ammount of health but that should be good too IF you wouldnt have to save the car in the garage because the doors are locked.

McAffrey's Banshee isnt EC. I took a look into the files.

Its in tsr in the cutscene with the rpg. Just try to find the right moment to start vigilante.

That Kuruma from Smash and Grab is only H/EC with 9,999 Health added to it. Like the Race Vehicles, who have Increased Health and also the Unique/FP/EC Maverick in Calm Before the Storm with 99,999 Health. All of this stuff is just Increased Health. Like in Karmageddon, the Script is copy/pasted in another Topic in the LCS Section and it's just 2,000 Health on the Fire Truck, thus twice as much HEALTH as normal, but HEALTH doesn't store in a Garage, hence why I never considered the Karmageddon Fire Truck QD since the Script clearly says 2,000 Health for it.

Yeah, that Banshee isn't EC. Blue and White Stripe spawn in traffic. Banshee's can have a White Stripe normally, in general, making Sal's Banshee only half special in terms of the EC, since the White Stripe isn't special, only the Black Color of the rest of the Banshee.

I also tested The Made Man and tried to see if a Perennial was Heavy that the Sindaccos drove up in, but it wasn't, so no "random" H Conversion in The Made Man, unfortunately.

It's probably not a BP/FP Hearse. Kinda like how the EP/FP Hellenbach GT from Snuff "acts" like it's also BP during the Mission, but it's only EP/FP in the end.

Any Heavy Vehicle that isn't DP breaks down after a handful of collisions, especially something big like the H Fire Truck. Pushing those Race Vehicles using a Heavy Vehicle wouldn't be a good idea at all and would catch on fire before you even reached 25% of the distance, probably...

About QD, thehambone only found about 6 total QD Vehicles and wrote them in my Guide many Pages back, before it hit double digits, just in case you want to check. There isn't many and the Property isn't important, tbh, since MOST QD Vehicles have to ability to be made DP, thus canceling any QD out.

Also, I will finish the 3rd Save for SURE tomorrow, but I may be too late to take the Photos before I go to work, so those may have to wait until Tuesday, but I am going to TRY and take them tomorrow and finish it all...

Well, I once found the post you are talking about, and I memorized that this Kuruma, and the Maverick from "Calm Before The Storm", are definitely QD. Turns out my memory didn't deceive me, after all. I found the post again: http://gtaforums.com/topic/849155-gta-lcs-special-vehicle-guide/?p=1068801909. I checked the script myself, and while the abnormally high Health holds true for the Kuruma (and the Maverick), it doesn't necessarily mean that it's NOT also QD. What I don't know is whether the property is kept after entering a race or not.

Again, THE FIRETRUCK IS CONVERTED TO QD/PP AFTER "Karmageddon"! If you don't believe me, test it for yourself. I took it for a ride around, counted the collisions, completed "Karmageddon", STORED THE FIRETRUCK IN THE GARAGE, LET THE DOOR CLOSE, drove it back out, took it for a second ride, counted the collisions AGAIN, and came to the conclusion that THE SECOND time, the Firetruck was MUCH more durable, and the spike strips didn't do sh*t.

My whole point? QD AND INCREASED HEALTH DON'T CANCEL EACH OTHER OUT. They CAN coexist.

Since DP conversion exists in LCS, though, there is little point looking into QD. The only noteworthy vehicle with this property is the Firetruck. Where QD does mean something, though, is in VCS, since the property also stores in this game, and there are very few DP vehicles around, and no DP conversion whatsoever. I would like a list of QD vehicles in VCS, and I wish more people looked into the game, since it's one of the best GTA around, and the severe lack of Special Vehicles (especially compared to LCS) is a letdown. Its respective guide, in the 3D era, is the least discussed yet! There is, however, one currently unobtainable vehicle that makes even LCS jealous, namely the H/AP/PP(?) Barracks OL, but no acquisition method seems to be working so far (on PSP, at least).

Personally, I don't know how or what thehambone looked at in the Script to determine QD. I only ever see the Increased Heath in the Script, but where does it say a Vehicle is even QD? QD HAS to be real, though, cuz the Landstalker from StSBYF doesn't smoke until much later, after you crashed at least 2x or 4x the amount you normally could crash in a Heavy Vehicle before it starts to smoke. Also the Avenger is QD. I never crash it enough to smoke, yet, all other Motorcycles in this game break down so easily and are fragile as sh*t, so the Avenger's QD Property is kinda nice, and since there is no way to make it Unique/BP/DP/FP/PP, then the QD is nice.

I kinda feel like when I get to doing my VCS Saves, people will be back in that Topic. It's true, though. III, VC, SA, and LCS Guides have a lot more discussion and people using the Topic, yet hardly anyone in the VCS Guide. Still, though, it's still pretty active comparing it to my HD Era Guides. IV, TLaD, TBoGT, and CW have only a few Pages each worth of comments compared to that of the 3D Era Guides. I just don't get it. If you're a fan of the Series and Special Vehicles, wouldn't you WANT to own them all, play them all, and obtain Special Vehicles in them all? Seems like people just play a game or two, despite 15 GTA's in the Series and 10 of those 15 have Special Vehicles and a place to store them. I, II, and London 69 and 61 do NOT have Special Vehicles or a place to store anything and GTA Advance has 3 Special Vehicles, but no place to store them either. So it's just III, VC, SA, LCS, VCS, IV, TLaD, TBoGT, CW, and V who have Special Vehicles and a place to store them.

EDIT: All That's Left: Make DP/FP Leone Sentinel PP whilst passing The Shoreside Redemption and pass The Sicilian Gambit and it's done. Photos will be up tomorrow morning (Tuesday).

Also, I confirmed the EC Blue Faggio next to the Faggio I THOUGHT was identical in traffic. It's true, and it's special! Very, very, very minor difference, but a difference you can clearly see when they are side by side. I also confirmed the Bringing the House Down Bobcat. Strangely enough, like I figured, the Grey/Silver Bumper is NOT special and identical to what you see in traffic, but the thing is, the White Color is a slightly different shade of White to what you find in traffic. So yeah, both of the Bobcats and that Faggio are without a doubt special whether it's an EC or EC2, this or that, SOMETHING is special on the Vehicle and you can visibly see it.
