Does the Mariachi Tornado still spawn ?

Does it still spawn if so what's the time iv looked around from previous videos but from 2 years ago not sure the status if it still works ??

Also if it did could I take it to Benny's an keep everything inside of it

i wouldn't recommend you doing that . taking the tornado into upgrade might cost your guitar

 

a guy claims he loses his gang tornado's appearance after he upgraded it , afterward he has buyer's remorse

There's a glitch that I'm 80% was intentional by Rockstar that you will pay for the upgrade price of any tornado but it won't upgrade, you just lose money.

 

So, if I were you and you still want a Lowrider Tornado, buy one from Benny's site, players are reporting its the only tornado that upgrades to the actual Custom.

P.s can't be modded at Benny's I've already tired.

 

But you can add an ignition bomb leave near LSC and laugh till your heart's content

As of 30 mins ago it still spawned and no you cannot take it to Benny.

The rusty ones from my garage upgrade perfectly. All were previously street cars.

I'm sure you won't. Why? They are different 3D models. Every lowrider has a different 3D model from its stock version. Why? How? Because the suspension has to be different and it needs new points for new accessories. So, the things inside, along with the rusty paint, will disappear, since they are parts of that 3D model, not separate parts to be in every version of car. Sadly R* didn't started to make different variants on the same car yet...their system is outdated. No, cars in which you can choose different roof options aren't cars with variants, they simply have that as accessory.
