To kill a helicopter with a single bullet Shoot the windshield (front window) with any Sniper Rifle! A tip for RockStar ! For when the next game comes around... Tip When the Army come after you, the Hunter should Hunt you down, @ least with the Rail Gun ! Or both Rail Gun & Rockets.. Phils place cost $8000 Fort Baxer Army Base(in the Left hand tower) cost Nothing... also after the mission with Lance in the helicopter....
