Los Santos Rock Radio has a legendary line-up of rock songs that rocketed the charts in the 70's and 80's, all done up big names and bands who influenced the people, influenced the music industry, influenced our cultures, and they are all still remembered and respected today for their generosity as human beings who shared great music.

 

The rock songs in this game have great lyrics, amazing tempo, astonishing vocals, and I still feel teary-eyed to this day whenever I singalong Roundabout.

 

Compare all of that to Rihanna's Only Girl in the World or Scandalous, do you really think this kind of music deserves better recognition than the golden age artists?

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you're being genuine in your complaints. What is actually a fact is that there are no music genres better than others, in each genre there is good and bad music but no type of music is inherently superior to another. It's all down to personal taste, 100%.

I know how you feel, I got pretty pissed in the motorbike game as I felt the Bati was the best looking and performing bike but it didn't do well in the game. It did actually turn out that someone was creating new accounts to downvote it (f*ck knows why) but even after removing all their votes it still didn't win or come close to it.

 

I haven't seen anything to suggest any multiple account type voting in this game. Sometimes there is a run of the same votes, it can be a coincidence or it could be a reaction to someone (like yourself) complaining too much. It's best to try and be cool with it.

Please take into consideration the age of people and how generations are different. People's upbringing and type of music which were popular at the time of their upbringing all play a role into what they like in the future. You pointed out the 70's and 80's which was when Rock music was popular so those growing up at that time recognize these people and think of them like idols, eg. you. However those from the 80's, 90's onwards were brought up when pop was popular and it was what people were listening to at the time. This influenced my preference in music. This doesn't necessarily mean that if you were born in the 90's you only like pop, but I am showing the trend of what was popular at the time.

 

Your golden age music would be viewed as something else for others. 90's pop music is my golden age music with Destiny Child and other artists in there as well. So everyone is going to have different views on your question of Rihanna having different views from your perception of the golden age artists.

I prefer pop to rock but I am not claiming anyone to be ignorant here in this thread just because of their vote and preference.

What bandwagon? There is less radio stations now in the game and 7 hours is hardly a time frame considering there is only a certain small number who posted within the time. With less radio stations it brings the chance of downvoting one station to a greater level. Think about it 2 points take more than adding one point. Hardly a bandwagon if you ask me hun'.

 

Seriously though, have you ever considered why people may be downvoting your radio station? Maybe because of yourself, for insulting others?

Go reflect on this.
